Friends, dont ever buy anything from snapdeal.. I placed an order 2984216920 on 2nd Oct 2014.. They did not bother even to attempt a delivery till 29th Oct. Called them up many times, mailed them.. but no reply. The worst mistake I did was to pay it upfront instead of choosing CASH ON DELIVERY. Even wrote mails to ceo@snapdeal.com and coo@snapdeal.com. None of these junk guys are bothered.. They are all waiting to loot our money.. Looks like snapdeal has adopted a new business model where in it delays the delivery, blocks customer money till the customer cancels the order.. it might invest this money somewhere else till the customer asks for a refund.. With all these tortures, I have cancelled the order and just waiting for my refund. I will make sure, I continue to educate people about people about NOT BUYING form snapdeal.

Snapdeal is a name of FRAUD that not only cheats you for your hard earned money but also give you a lot of tensions with the ordered product. You place the order, make the payment, and then forget that you ever had that money with you because Snapdeal never bothers if at all you get the couriered product or not. You keep waiting for the courier to come, keep contacting them with tracking number, keep writing mails, keep calling their numbers, and keep making a fool of yourself, but you will never get any good response nor the product. After many weeks, if at all you be fortunate enough to get the package having your product, you find it faulty. Now when you ask for a refund, they give SD-Cash but do not refund your money to your account or credit card, means, even if you do not want, you will have to make another purchase with them and buy another tension of writing mails, making calls and tracking your courier of another faulty product. These people have no SHAME on their act of fooling people in name of rubbish discounts. I will simply advice people NOT TO GO WITH SNAPDEAL for any purchases. FlipKart and EBAY are much better to deal with. SNAPDEAL SHAME SHAME …!!!

I have placed order for Ray-Ban Eyeglasses and I Phone 5 s vide order numbers Order ID : 3297717835 and Order ID : 3272071304 - the order despatch and deliveries are extremely erratic - website of Blue Dart shows estimated date of delivery which is neither maintained not updated - I am yet to receive delivery of both the orders - In fact your call centre gives replies which is neither convincing nor settles any issues - the blue dart numbers that you give are never answered and one number is starting with 1860......... is not correct. My order of Ray-Ban on the Blue Dart DHL site is still showing 24th as the estimated delivery date which has not been received even while writing this email. Feel sorry that I placed orders on Snapdeal

No delivery on commit date. When I check with support they mentioned, we are already shipped check with package service. I order with snapdeal not with package service. Delivery on time is snapdeal responsibility. I wont order any more in snapdeal

Two months ago i purchased dress material from this so called online shopping portal and received a different one from website and i returned. My order number was 2666040733. In spite of multiple mails , they never did NEFT transfer to my account but just gave SD cash of Rs.1039 I was forced to purchase other dress after a month 2750478036 and surprisingly after placing order they sent me a mail with different price stating that i have pay remaining money as COD after using SD cash. Owing to this cheat from them i had to cancel order again. Later i ordered Water fountain and Gem tree in 2933325340 using Sd cash.Water fountain reached me after 26 days in completely broken condition and they are sending wrong crystal gem tree in spite of going for product exchange thrice. For broken water fountain, they gave again SD cash , last week i order 3320795003 and after placing order after 5 days my order was cancelled and again i got SD cash in account. I have sent so many mails with my account details for NEFT transfer but no executive responded till date. These goons doesn't have any genuine products and want to waste customers time and money.They must shut their company. I never experienced such frustrating experience with Jabong, Flipkart .

I would like to suggest one thing to snapdeal dealers.Your third party delivery service named "Delhivery" is the worst courier service I have ever seen.Stop delivering your products using this delhivery courier service.Their delivery status remains same for 2-3 days and then they somehow manage to deliver the product on the expected delivery date that too after calling them multiple no.of times.Also the customer response which they give on their customer care no. is worst. Snapdeal, please change your delivery options else we will have to change our online shopping destination. One more thing that I would like to highlight here is.initially when I was booking my mobile back cover, estimated delivery date was 21/10/14 however post booking it was displayed as 27/10/14. Update: Delivery date of my product was 27/10/2014 however i have still not received any product neither have i received any response on call from both the ends i.e snapdeal as well as the Delhivery courier service. When i called up Delhivery guys yesterday they said hopefully it will take 48 more hrs that too not sure.They charged extra 30 rs as delivery charge but still such a bad service.Also customer no. is busy all the time , so there is no way to contact them and delivery status is not updated after 23/1014 on their website. When i called snapdeal customer no. even they said that i will have to wait for next 24 hrs and that too not sure they will be able to deliver product or not.

The Snapdeal team is highly unprofessional. Chek this out, just call their call center and you will realize what I am saying. At any point in time they would have around 100 callers waiting! This means there are so many clarifications that customers have. After a long time if you get to a chance to speak to customer care, he or she will be rough and uncivilized. Instead of trying to resolve the issue they talk Legal stuff. The team does nothing to deliver on time. and if delayed they take a don't care attitude. Though a unprofessional approach in India is not unusual, I see many ethical groups trying to improve on this. Snapdeal cannot even manage the Couriers they have tied up with. I have seen several complaints on this on the net. I will never never go back to them. After all I don't want to make them the first Online Company to go profitable using these means and galloping people's hard earned money.

I placed an order on 15th Oct, 2014 and haven't got my order yet (27th Oct, 2014) . I spoke to Snapdeal, they sent me a Blurdart AWB number, when I tried to check the status, it said invalid AWB number. I was shocked to see how can they send me an invalid AWB number just for the sake of sending one and keep the customer quite for the meanwhile. This is strange and weird. This was my 2nd attempt of buying something on snapdeal. I had the same experience earlier, still I thought lets try this time. Its all the same kinda experience. If I had placed an order with Flipkart, I would have already got it by now. Flipkart is way too sincere in terms of delivering the products. Highly disappointed with Snapdeal.com.

If any body ever want to make a purchase online DONT EVER PREFER THE SNAPDEAL, I have Very bad experience with snapdeal to shop online. They are making fool of people. Never meet their commitments. I have ordered a Philips product (Order no 3151483824 ) on 12th oct 2014 on Noida address. They give me the delivery date 18th oct 2014. And when I followup with their courier ECOM than I come to know that snapdeal handover the product to courier ECOM on 16th oct 2014 in Ahmedabad. I have so many followup with snapdeal and ECOM but both are saying different thing. As per snapdeal they told me to rec this product by 18th oct but Ecom said they Cant deliver this. As per ECOM they can’t deliver this on 18th oct. they will deliver it after 20oct 2014. I have ordered many times from Amazon And Flipkart. Their delivery is awesome. The product arrives in two or three days. However I tried Snapdeal.com for the 2nd time and unfortunately they use to take minimum 10 days. NEHA SHARMA

I had ordered a HP 110-216ix Desktop (i3 3240T/2 GB/500 GB/Ubuntu) from Snapdeal on 27th Sep 2014 through Order 2942217472. Snapdeal sent me a message that one or more items from my order is shipped in a package by Bluedart Road transport. I received this package on 4th October, but to my surprise it contained only the desktop CPU, keyboard & mouse. It DID NOT contain the LED Backlit Widescreen monitor mentioned in the product description at Snapdeal. Also the carton as well as the computer CPU was damaged. I lodged a complaint on the Snapdeal and attached the pictures of the damaged box, damaged CPU and the pictures of the webpage which had a description of what all was supposed to be in the package. Snapdeal representative called me on 8th October and after collecting the information from me, she informed me that they would investigate the matter about the missing monitor. However, there has not been any communication from Snapdeal since then. I have written emails to help@snapdeal.com there has been NO RESPONSE to my emails too. I have made 2 calls to Snapdeal since then & all they say is that they are investigating. I am sitting with a physical damaged product & on old monitor despite paying Snapdeal for a NEW product The last agent told me that they are investigating and will send me the monitor. But there are no timelines. I am surprised with Snapdeal & very unhappy with the way Snapdeal is treating me after taking money for the complete order. Its very surprising that they have not even spoken about replacement or compensation of the damaged product.

Hi, I have given 1 star because zero star is not possible to mark here. If u really want a nightmare then pls pls deal with snapdeal. Horrid experience with customer service. i order my laptop on 8th Oct 2014 till i have dont received this product. on 14 oct 14 customer care executive said to me that the price of product is increase than your bought price so we cant deliver that product to you. i calling many time in support system they said we arrange call back till i have not receive any call from snapdeal. After contacting them on same day, it was been told to us that within 48 hours we will receive call and then nxt day i.e. on 13th Oct. received mail that we will contact you asap. on 14th Oct, received a mail that we tried to contact you at 1.54pm you were not available we will cal you in 24 hrs. I havent received any call and its been more thn 9 days now Till now no call. I have called thm up and cancelled my order and they said refund about my money that we will refund ur amount after 7 to 10 day later. I am online shopper. After having awesome experience with FLIPKART, MYNTRA nd others, i admit that nothing beats Snapdeal in cheating and harassing genuine customers. For this product I dont have any experience because for experiencing this product. bahut bade choooooooooooor hai saleeeeeee

This is the worst website ever, they take orders without checking the stocks and after taking the payment they take there own sweet time to refund, they don't have any respect for the buyer or the buyers time, they are practically frauds. I had placed an order on the 23rd september 2014 for a Hp Cartridge and they delivered the goods on the 26th September 2014, the man who came to deliver did not let me check the package before paying and once I paid and opened the package the Cartridges were wrong I had ordered for a colored combo and instead I received an all black, so the man had already taken the money and left, I went online and reported the matter on the same day, and they promised me to exchange the same within 5 working days, they picked up the goods next day and I was informed that I will get the right cartridges within 3 working day and that was the 28th september 2014 and since then I did not receive any information regarding the same, the only information I had was that my order is confirmed and I will receive it by the 8th September 2014, now today I get a message that my order is cancelled and now they will guide me how I should apply for refund. What is this some kind of joke? they are nothing but frauds, I would never ever but anything from them ever again, and will tell everyone to be cautious...!!! Hemant Saraogi

Snap deal is worst e marketing company . It sells non authenticated products which you can get almost at 1/5 cost outside . They usually buy local products which roadside vendors sell at much lower rate but to allure you they make product extraordinary in image , which is only illusion but after buying the same products you will regret a lot . Same i found with flipkart . So after ordering two products i stopped both snap deals or flipkart . Both are a big cheat . Shopclues is relativiely less known but its much better . Till date i have ordered only one product from shopclues but fortunately quality was good

They take Rs. 2000 as black money to relive me for duplicate product, otherwise they are going to take legal action. I ordered a simple charger on the 10th of Sep and selected the express delivery which means it should have been delivered to me in 2 days. 3 days later on the 13th i get a mail saying there is a problem with their courier service and then on the 15th another mail saying order has been cancelled and re-ordered again. again on the 16th i get the same mail saying that there is a problem with the courier service and will be rectified in 48 hrs, today is the 22nd and no use. i had called them on the 16th first i got no answer and again today when i call to cancel it, i dnt get any intimation mail that it has been cancelled.. not shopping from here again

This is worst online shopping place, they are not able to provide the product on time and when you try to cancel also they will not allow that, for my refund i am trying for past one month but they have not done it till date. request everyone not to shop on this site for small digi camera I ma suffering till date, even their customer care will never updates on any issue . I live in Los Angeles and wanted to order a toy battery car for my nephew�s birthday. I tried with multiple credit cards but it didn�t go through, throwing me back again on checkout screen. I called customer service but the person had no idea about anything. I then called my friend back in India to place this order for me from domestic card/account. He placed the order successfully. I got the tracking number from Blue dart with estimated delivery date. Everything was on track when one day tracking status changed to �On Hold For Regulatory Paperwork�. It was same status for next 6 days. Delivery date was already past 5 days and my nephew�s birthday was long gone by a week. My friend called snapdeal to know what is happening and he was told to call blue dart. He called blue dart and they told him that Snapdeal did not send required documentations with the package and that is the reason it is on hold. He called Snapdeal informing about the conversation with blue dart. Instead of helping him out by sending right documentations, they simply said they cannot help. He said to cancel the order and return the money for which they agreed. This was my first online shopping experience in India and had to say it was my worst. Totally unprofessional service.

I placed my order on snapdeal.com on 31 August 2014 with order ID 2727374025 and it was expected to be delivered on or before 5 September 2014. I have not still received the item or any update on that. The status on your website is utterly useless and the status on your careless courier partner bluedart.com has not changed since 2 days. Kindly tell me if my order has reached the moon by mistake. I am really not at all excited or interested to recieve the item anymore so please cancel my order or better be informed that I hereby declare the order cancelled from my side so I will not pay a single penny if it arrives my door now, tomorrow or after 1000 years. I have already bought my own machine through the traditional method of going to a store and selecting my item and having it delivered to my house immediately as promised. Please and yes, I will negatively recommend snapdeal to my friends and family. Give me a reason to come back to your website now...

@Snapdeal Dear Snapdeal Team, I have not counted, may be I have contacted your customer care over phone and e-mail with every bit details for 15 times or more between 30.7.14 to 31.8.14 - and still you are not recognising!! This proves your care for a customer. I have no FALTU time to listen to your meaningless BAKWAS. @Community Members Dear friends honestly speaking, don't buy anything from SnapDeal, if you order a trouser, they will send you a lungi with zipper after one month ! They tactfully manipulate branded products and are worst in shipping. If you complain, they will ask for a JPEG photo. Then they will ask you to send the item to them with your own cost (which will be reimbursed as SnapDeal Cash - again to purchase garbage?). Now if you are wise enough keep the item, at least you can get some money by selling in juna bazar. If you return it, the same will again be returned to you along with a whole on it telling the product is used, so refund is not possible !! And now even you can not sell it in Juna Bazar and you lost your hard earned money. Really frustrated by my greatest blunder to buy from SnapDeal. The money I saved by working late hours has been snatched by SnapDeal but I could not do anything. I also repent why I could not visit buyingiq before I made the purchase. If there were negative rating, I would then rate SnapDeal minus 5 stars for every thing. The site should be named as SNATCH DALE, BACHTE RAHO.

Snapdeal Order: 2631638218. I placed an order for a protective case for my galaxy s4, on 15th of august 2014. It was supposed to be delivered on 22nd august. But the product is not delivered yet. I tracked the shipment online at the delhivery courier website. ( Which is another fraud company like snapdeal). They said that the product was not delivered and returned back because an extra invoice was not received along with the shipment and the fault is on shippers side not on their side. Then i contacted snapdeal customer service on 29th august. They said that the product was not delivered because of some fault from courier partner's side. They said that steps have been taken for the reshipment of the product and they will be updating me with status. ( Yes they are fucking big on updates, when i track the status of my order , i saw that it will be delivered on 22 august !!!!. WTF !! today its September 1st !!) So I have not yet received any updates from snapdeal team. I contacted the snapdeal customer care 4 times again . But no use. They would just apologize for the inconvenience caused and promises to escalate the issue to an upper section, and to update me of the status of the order. I would never even think about ordering something online again. SNAPDEAL IS THE WORST. I just want my money back.

SNAPDEAL Order Nbr. 2569404318 / Request #8484439 TV Not working on delivery and NO Refund/Exchange despite innumerable calls to customer service. Had paid money online & since then there's been No response whatsover except a couple of robotic emails/ customer rep saying 'we are looking into this'. This is UNacceptable and the company must be punished for malpractises and utter incompetence. How can they take the customers money and then NOT deliver the right product and keep delaying on 'purpose', which I am 100% sure is the case looking at the attitude/robotic replies of customer reps. I am sure that 1.SNAPDEAL does NOT have a working product available on short notice due to their network of SHADY/SUBstandard sellers and merchandisers who sell fake/used/defective/stolen products. 2. They take customer's money today and promise to deliver a product within say 2-5 days, and then keep delaying for months until customer is fed up of calling again and again and cancels and demands refund as per their immoral TrustPay guarantee. They then take another month to return the money which they have to legally anyways someday or the customer can actually sue. Now by this stage, they have kept your money for couple months and earned INTEREST on it; while you tear your hair apart. I have shopped online extensively in the US in the past 7-8 years and now here in India in the past year. Its safe to say THIS HAS BEEN MY WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER. The Number of online complaints and pleas for help I see is something I havent seen before for a company that is supposedly One of India's recent times internet success stories. I think Its easy to ride the wave of increasing internet reach in India currently and quicky rise as a company, but very difficult to sustain it in the longer run with these kind of operations and unethical behavior. I refuse to believe that someone senior in the company hasnt seen or is not aware of the sheer number of complaints and the kind that would figure in peoples 'most horrible experience' lists. And if they have seen it, then why do these complaints keep getting more and more as each day passes. Arent corporations supposed to atleast make an effort to better themselves. What kind of business are you running? Is the company moto ONLY to earn money at customers expense. To hell with return customers huh? I have been doing some online research specifically on snapdeal reviews and the kind of complaints compared to other sites such as amazon india, flipkart..and I see the difference. Its quite an eye opener. And kind of a scam. Dear Snapdeal - Yes, you are one of India's recent internet success stories. But you are also operating a scam. Making a quick buck and fooling customers. Remember the Internet is forever. Whatever's written on here is your history and legacy. And the lakhs (maybe millions) of rants and complaints and desperate pleas for help plastered all over the internet by cheated customers will come back to bite you someday when it really matters. As I have already mentioned in previous many mails and calls, I am yet to receive my Lg L90 mobile phone or its cash refund whichever can be processed earlier. As to refresh your memory which I am sure you people lack a great deal apart from other things, I had ordered 2 Lg L90 mobile phones on 15th august , of which I received only one on 18th, despite the invoice on the top mentioning the quantity to be 2 . I immediately registered a complaint with your customer support and i was told that the seller was at fault and it was due to the carelessness of the packaging staff. Since then it has been 10 days and counting, during which I have sent few more mails and made numerous calls where I was assured every time that some investigation is going on and I my problem will be resolved at the earliest, and here I am 10 days later, utterly fed up of your service and extremely furious. What kind of investigation is this? Why your staff is so grossly incompetent? Why a matter as simple as this is being treated as if it involves complexities pertaining to that of geo-political relations of Indo-Pak. I'll make it a point not only to NEVER purchase from your site but also vigorously persuade others in my cohort to do so . This is the worst e-commerce site out there and I am eagerly waiting for the day it gets bought at throwaway prices by flipkart or other similar giants and incompetent morons and lazies which presently constitute the snapdeal staff will get swiftly replaced. Keep providing this kind of service and that day will be realized sooner than anyone would have expected. I demand to know what is the progress of my complaint and how soon i can expect cash refund or handset itself.

I have ordered the wildcraft rucksack 12th august, for which snapdeal gave me 40% discount. As per snapdeal I should get delivery in 3 days which did not happened,  on 19th Aughust I got message, that it is delayed and I will get it in next three days. on 23rd august they just canceled the order. and when I called they said it is out of stock. and if I wanted to buy again, I have to pay total amount. So my advise is don't look at snapdeal's offers.It will just waste your time. and if u still want to order, never go for pre-payment, buy on CODs.

You guys should be ashamed of your poor customer service. These snapdeal guys told me write them at writetous@snapdeal.com. But as expected they never revert on this id. Bull shit services. I have returned all the product i received but they have refunded only half of money. Its going to be a month now. I want to share my experience with macimum people, do that they dont buy anything from snapdeal. Their customer care executives are also very rude. I might have called them 40 times, but they say that they can only escalate the issue. Snapdeal is loaded with unresponsible and hopeless customer care department. They are cheater, and not even bothered about their brand reputation. I am planning to sue them in consumer court now. Because I have lost all hopes of support from them. My order id is 2541987026. Now i know that they will not refund my money. I regret the day when i purchased from them amazon, and homeshop 18 are 10000 times better. You get eady refund there.

Snapdeal is totally a fraud site, it was my last order, i will never order anything in future from snapdeal. they cheat their customers. they have delivered my order to some unknown person to whom i dont know and before delivering the product they have not called me. when i escalated this issue, they always say will investigate but they didn't do. and this was not the first time. they are very much irresponsible and you can't trust them.

Hi Writing this message with very disappointment and dissatisfaction. After putting lot of efforts to get the delivery on time by calling bluedart/snapdeal.Very sad to say that I have received a faulty product. Raised a request for a replace/refund. Product is picked from my place on 2nd aug by NUVOEX courier. I have called you people to dispatch the new product as replacement but surprise to here that I need to wait until the faulty product reaches back. But now when I call the courier people they are saying it will take 6 to 8 days to reach Delhi(snapdeal location). So according to snapdeal process I will get the replace/refund after 15 days(7 days to get the faulty and 7 days to the replaced one). This is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting as a customer. This is like testing the customer patience. Please dont buy any products in snapdeal

Hello, Will it ever bother to respond to the customer for the trouble snapdeal cause them. I have placed an order for treadmill and they have sent me a unbranded useless treadmill worth 28000. I have asked for refund but to no avail. No response nothing from their end even after a month long followup. Snapdeal is worst at customer care. Its already been 6months i have neither got the reund nor the product has been replaced. Now again I have placed an order for a saree. The payment has been rejected by HDFC but snapdeal has approved the payment twice and has not even bothered to refund my Money, neither is responding to my query. I want to know if the order has been cancelled or NOT? I have made 101 calls to snapdeal customer care but very worst ever response I have received yet again. On June 04 I received an email from you which stated "we’ve received and verified your NEFT details. We’re now INITIATING the REFUND process. I didn't receive it even after 8-9 days so I contacted you at your customer care helpline from which I didn't receive any satisfactory reply. After repeated calls made to your helpline number I received an email from you on June 20 which stated "We request you to kindly share a scanned copy/photograph of the courier receipt so that we can forward the same to our concerned department to check the receiving of product as product still not deliver at our end." On July 1 I sent the scanned copy of the courier receipt to you via email. As of 26th July 2014 I have not received the refund of Rs 14695, nor have I received any reply from your side. I ordered Whirlpool's DMNDX1204D1 DC Refrigerator's Stabilizer on 17-07-2014 Order ID: 2448518945 from snapdeal.com. On 21.07.2014 at 18.05 in evening, I received the package from courier Blue dart. Well it was comparatively quick delivery so that is OK. But then, comes the shocker: the stabiliser was packed in whirlpool cartoon with thermocol which was further covered by brown cartoon and on top of that was snapdeal plastic polythene. The Snapdeal cover and brand box was fine but brown carton was just pieces. On top of that, when I opened the thermocol packaging and took out the stabiliser. The back part of the stabiliser was completely broken. The machine part inside was free and back plastic was broken in pieces. Interesting to note that thermocol and brand box was intact, but the stabiliser was broken. That means they delivered damaged product intensionally. This is what they care for customers. Within 5 minutes of receiving this completely damaged product, I rang up to their customer service. The Customer service representative was very apologetic and said he had generated a complaint number (complaint no 8017683) and sent me a mail. I should upload photos of damaged material along with outer packing, inner packing etc. I replied the helpdesk mail with images as asked. The customer care representative said we will revert back within 48 hrs. But, as on today 24.07.2014, I didnt receive any mail from them. Again, I mailed them on 23.07.2014, but their helpdesk mail bounced back and then I wrote to writetous@snapdeal.com but no reply so far. Today morning, My bro called up them talked with csr and their manager, but both of them helplessly said, they have generated a request in system but cant give any specific time as to when it will be processed. So, no one is saying when the reverse pick up will be done, when I will get my refund, if ever? Interesting thing is recently, I shopped moto g and its different accessories from flipkart and they were just awesome with quick delivery, wonderful product and punctuality. I learnt my lesson NEVER EVER SNAPDEAL!!!

I ordered a L shaped sofa cum bed on 1st of May 2014 and product was suppose to be delivered on 19th of May. After many calls, partial product arrived on 24th May. The courier guy said that is the content and we refused to accept and returned back. I spent one month with your customer care and told them if entire product is delivered we would take it. So many promises and nothing kept. Don't believe if they say they will get back in 24 hours or 48 hours. Nothing happens. Finally after a month full of frustration I called up and told them to cancel the order. Till now the order is not cancelled and money refund is pending. The reason for not cancelling the order is they still haven't received the product!! I didn't accept the courier at all then why is my money (~25,000) on hold for this?? I spoke to Nupul and Rajesh/ranjith thru senior call back and they all promise something to happen in 48 hours and I still do not have any resolution. I regret ordering from you guys. Worst experience. I have already told all my friends and colleagues not to order anything from you guys! Nobody treats customers like this! If you didn't receive the order back why should my money be held back? I am tired waiting and calling..... I am looking at ways to deal with this legally with you...... If anyone know a channel let me know!

I had ordered an item on snapdeal.com on 3rd july and as per them item would have been delivered by 7th july. Today its 10th july and still I have not seen the item. This is still ok. But the real issue is their customer care guys can�t tell me the status of the item. they just say its on transit. They also say they can�t cancel the item as item is on transit. how on earth they cant find where the item is. What a unprofessional people they are. horrible exp with snapdeal. Order something here first time with them and was told will be delivered on 7th. But was not delivered even on 10th. As I needed the time urgently so I wanted to cancel the order. They said item can�t be cancelled unless item is delivered back to them. Today on 14th also item is not delivered to me and when again I am requesting to cancel the delivery they say it cant be cancelled as its still in "transit". Even shamelessly they say they don�t know where the item is? I asked why dont you talk to your courier partner then they say as a customer I should talk to them.

I have purchased Gionee Mobile Phone Model M2. I ordered for it on 06/06/2014 vide Order No. 2221799049 and I got the courier on 12/06/2014. After opening the packing I found that no battery is provided with the mobile phone. I immediately reported to Snapdeal by an email as well as by phone (9212692126). After sending 2 to 3 mails they agreed to return Rs 700/- in sort of SP cash i.e. SnapDeal Cash. I again wrote and phoned them that there is no battery available on your online list costing 700/- Rs. Then they agreed to return the cash of Rs. 700/-. Then I visited Gionee Service Center at Kolhapur. There the person told me that The cost of M2 model battery is Rs. 988/- including all taxes,levies and transportation charges. So I again Phoned and wrote 3 times to Snapdeal and demanded Rs.988/- or requested them to take the product back and refund my money. But now they are simply avoiding to contact me by mail or by phone and neglecting my request. as written above by Snapdeal Team I sent an email to writetous@snapdeal.com but nothing is happened. Snapdeal is a total fraud company. None should even think of buying anything from them. They deliver wrong product most of the time. If not wrong product than damaged product. Just not that they deliver product of different cheaper brand too. Never expect to get anything mentioned as free with the product on their posting. Product delivery time is worst. Packaging is worst too as they wrap cardboard pieces around the original packing which is highly unprofessional. Their refund process is the worst in industry. They definitely initiate reverse pickup but they automatically refund you in the form of SD Cash. You are required to follow up with them 100s of times if you want the amount you paid as Cash to be refunded to your Bank Account. So in reality you'll never get full refund as half or even more will be spend as telephone bill. Their Customer Service people are rogue and will start fighting with you over the phone if you start complaining about them cheating their customers. They'll not even try to resolve it but bully you that you can do whatever you want and they don't care about it. Cash on delivery is worst kind of experience with them as their delivery partner will not allow you to look at the product without paying in full.

I kept calling them for more than a week but they kept saying that they have raised a complain and cant do any thing more. They can't provide the seller detail to the customer, they can't even contact the seller and get the AWB number, some of their representative said the seller had shipped the product by hand some said it has been shipped through Gati courier. In the mean while I received the tumbler holder which came out to be some other cheap tumbler holder which i never ordered. They are just like a bunch of inexperienced stupid kids handling a on-line store. I would like to give 0 rating to delivery, product authenticity and issue resolving. Where as Flipkart can get at least 4 if not 5 in all these departments.

I had a very pleasant experience with the products I bought from Marwar Stores through SD. I was amazed to find the products reached before tentative date .Product were awesome with great finish real wood and what should I say I admire the sheesham box and the shoe rack. If u want to buy wood furniture u must check it first at SD.

Snap Deal comes with a new tagline for its customers I believe. Rather than "Bachate Raho" it needs to be "Bachke Raho". Really disappointed to say that I have been a regular at snapdeal in the last 4 years and sadly I vouch never again to shop on this website. Having had a faulty product, a television delivered, no one cares to help in sorting the issue and replacing the missing parts of the item and  follow up on a daily basis just gets me to hear from the call center execs and supervisors that someone from the concerned dept will get in touch and the money is covered under trust pay. Frustrated enough with the extended wait of 2 weeks, when asked for a return on the product, the call centre guys just have the audacity to tell us that it is not a mistake on snapdeals end. I am extremly upset about the way a customer is treated by Snapdeal and annoyed that a high value product such as a television is lying at my home as a wasted product with me not knowing what to do with it . JUST TWO WORD FOR SNAPDEAL . DISGUSTING SERVICE! . All I can say is if you want to shop for high value goods thru this website, you must be a good gambler willing to take the risk with your money. else shop on other online website like flipkart that are better with their product and response or just go and shop safely at a store where you can buy your products with the satisfaction of not having to go thru HELL for saving yourself a couple of bucks

Order Number 2137996375. Request #7122083: Snapdeal Okay. I thought of writing a lengthy description of the inconvenience I am facing dealing with snapdeal but it seems the whole internet is flooded with these complaints, and I am not alone. So we all agree that snap deal is a typical Indian company which has entered the market in time but lacks capability and ethics, and definitely intentions. Surely this will lead to its demise one day. Any ways, I am facing the same issues; I ordered activity walker for my son's first birth day, after three days they informed me that the shipment was delayed by three days, after three days I called customer care as I received no other information. They told me that the order was getting canceled! And I was not informed! Non sense. After few days when I did not get refund, I called customer care, and they said they would get back by EOD. They did not. And I have been calling them daily for the last 7 days for getting the transaction id if they have refunded but of no use. Have you guys invested my money some where? Or are you using it to pay your employees? God knows. Anyways I am evaluating an option to move to consumer court since it is a fraud of a type. Has any one tried it?
