I ordered tummy reducer and got call for delivery and courier guy was very rude he said either receive ur delivery or cancel. I will never ever buy anything from snapdeal because they are worst and carrier they chose is more than WORST. Plz guyz dont ever buy anything from Snapdeal.....service sucks....

Delhivery courier of snapdeal is a worst I have never seen in my life.while I'm speaking itself delivery person is canceling the call , I placed the order (Nokia asha 501) the delivery item have to be dispatched before today wat courier said the item will be dispatch by next day.such a irresponsible person he his,currently he is in some other location and informing tat I should collect the item.wat snapdeal mentioned was delivery at door step this was not applicable. Guy's finally I came to conclude the flipkart is far better than any other service just go for it.This will be my first and all purchase in snapdeal...

I ordered HP 15-r074TU Laptop (4th Gen Intel Core i3 - 4GB RAM- 1TB HDD- 15.6 Inches- DOS) (Sparkling Black) on 11th November 2014, But they did not deliver it, I continuously follow them by mailing and tell them telephonically not to cancel the deal, intentionally cancel the deal because it is in discounted rate, the deal made during sale(Same thing happen twice before with flipkart also.Products which are sold in sale are not delivered)

This is my first brush with Snapdeal, and probably the last one. Very bad experience. The language written on the pages should be read lawyers, not simple customers. My misfortune that I ordered two units of SONY Bravia TV on Snapdeal. worth Rs. 95000/- on 17th Nov. The site said shipped in 1 working day, later on I understood it means "will be handed over to the courier in 1 day". Today, on 26th Nov. I called up BlueDard (equally pathetic), they said we have the shipment but don't know when we will be able to deliver. There was even a difference in the price reflecting on the page, and in the cart, it was about 1500/- more. I think the honeymoon period of online shopping is over. Now they are giving us the taste of "faceless" buying. I strongly recommend, pay a little extra, but buy from a brick and mortar store. If you don't like the treatment being handed over to you, at least you can slap somebody standing in front of you or shout at the store owner. Here it is nothing...some fools listen to your story and then say...yes I understand sir, but cant help you. To add insult to injury, about two day back my son proudly said I have a friend who works in Snapdeal. Let me call him and find out. The friend, after taking about 2-3 hours, called back and said...I can't say where your shipment is, things are very confusing here. Once again my strong recommendation...STAY AWAY FROM THIS PATHETIC SITE CALLED SNAPDEAL.

We ordered 2 football (Order#3533962104) on 11th Nov 2014 to be used on a mini football tournament today, 22nd Nov 2014. I guess its two separate sellers. Status One: 12th Nov - Packed and ready for pickup at Warehouse. This is crazy as the status is the same for the past 10 days and when I write to customer service, they give back the same status. Status Two: shipped on the 15th but though I followed up with both Snapdeal and the Courier Services (Delhivery) they only write back standard templates and does not try to help. Delhivery is also unable to track their own records. I guess it will arrive after the tournament is over, I paid through my card so they have already charged, hence I have not cancelled it, moreover I have heard about the pathetic refund policy. But I think now I dont have much of a choice. Also, do Snapdeal has a customer care number where i can reach???

I had ordered an air conditioner from snapdeal and received it on time however only 67%(only 2 out of 3 parts).with installation kit missing. it has been more than 15 days now and I have followed up with both Gati(logistic partner) and snapdeal for more than 30-40 times and they have not even cared to call back or check even once.most pathetic service.when I contacted dealer he confirmed that the parcel was of 3 pieces however said if the 3rd part is missed out then either the logistic partner or snapdeal has to bear the cost however both of this parties are DEAF on all my complaints and has showed zero customer service . PLEASE BUY FROM ANY OTHER SITE BUT NOT SNAPDEAL OR you will regret

Guys, dont book anything in snapdeal, they will deliver to only zero floor, if u r not staying in zero floor then u hav to pay more to courier guys(i.e gati) to get it to ur door, these guys are also worse fellows, if u give 50Rs then they will ask 100Rs, if do not agree to pay then they will take the item back and saying many things, so dont buy anything in snapdeal, they will mention door delivery it means that they will deliver to only zero floor, they are not worried about u, so, be cautious before booking in SNAPDEAL, u should be worried about item, they will not, I booked on 24th Oct and delivery date is 5th nov but I didnt received till now(11th Nov) even though I paid upfront, when I called to gati courier customer care they dont know where the product is, and then I called to snapdeal and raised complaint, they initiated tracking again and they gave new delivery date as 11th, worst thing about snapdeal is also that they will deliver only to zero floor, they didnt mentioned anywhere, when I refused to pay more to courier guy then he is telling that I will cancel the order and he took it back then only I came to know why he is that much rude, bcoz as per thier pertner constraints they will not deliver to any floors other than zero floor. they are best in worst delivery finally however I received the item on 15th nov, now the worry is about the quality. now worry about the complaints complaints list: ---------------------- 1) i got refrigerator with different colour rather than what i placed order 2) Bulb inside the refrigerator is not working 3) I paid 200Rs to labour to get it to 2nd floor from the ground floor where it was delivered 4) In warrenty card, LG is explaing such that warrenty card should have dealers signature,stamp,date of purchase but they are not available in the provided warrenty card. 5) one more worse thing is their customer care, it is not free and their customer care representatives will irritate you like u anthing. now concern about what is happening for the complaints,,no info,,nothing,, on 16th nov i raised complaint till now(21st nov) thers no reply from snaldeal,,they are even more worse at customer satisfaction,,guys never ever book anything in snapdeal,,,dont get struggles like me,,they will irritate you like anything,,,beware of snapdeal

This company has extremely poor service. I ordered a pair of running shoes on 4th November from their site and, initially, the estimated time of delivery was 14th November. That didn't happen. On 18th November, I received an email saying the product delivery was unsuccessful as the customer wasn't available. This was obviously not true as I had given my office address and I was working that day. I didn't receive any calls either. I called them yesterday and the customer service representative said it will be delivered within the day. That didn't happen either. I called today and the customer service representative said it will be now delivered probably by 25th. On top of that, when I tried posting this message on their timeline, it said your post has been published but it hasn't! I am extremely fed up with this company that has no regard whatsoever for its clients and I never intend to order from them again.

I placed an order for "Gold Edition Helicopter 3.5 Channel"(Order No:3269762656) on 19th october 2014. Snapdeal took about 3 weeks to deliver this item, item where soiled when i opened and seems to be used one and not provided instruction manual. when i check the functioning of toy it is found that not working the forward/backward/side movements. i put for return on same date. But the made reverse pick up only on 14th November 2014 after spending more than Rs 100 by callinng to customer care. . There was no reply from snapdeal for my Emails sent to help@snapdeal.com. Also i contacted CEO and Rohit bansal through twitter, but they also not extended help. I am waiting for the my product and my money is with them. when i check the new order status it is found that item is not shipped yet.....This is not my first shopping in snapdeal i was a regular customer of snapdeal but first return experience made me to unlike snapdeal..Also i read in today's news paper that snap deal sent a soap and a piece of cement block to a customer who paid for mobilephone.but snapdeal extended helpless hand , the soap company offered mobile phone to yhis customer.

I got canon ef 85mm f1.8 lens from snapdeal few days back. While it shines when I shoot stopped down, I was really disappointed with its performance wide open. In hardly 10% of wide open shots I get the focus spot on (this is under very good light conditions and static subjects). As I ordered this lens to mostly shoot wide open, and thinking it must be a bad copy, I asked snapdeal for a refund within 4 days. And boy! was I taken for a ride. I don't understand why they claim trustpay...blah blah..easy refund...blah blah..if not happy with quality. I had to call many times their customer care number, and had to raise numerous complaints, and in the end (after 4-5 days of raising complaint) I was simply told that it can't be refunded as it's an expensive electronic products, and that I have to take the lens to canon service centre. I had ordered electronics (including lenses) with amazon/flipkart in past, and they have always honored their replacement policies, and refunded without any hassles. Based on this experience I would not recommend snapdeal to anyone for buying electronics. Amazon is best followed by flipkart in terms of refund policies. -Kalash

I ordered a Fossil CH2565 Gents Watch on the 6th of Oct from Snapdeal. For some reason the Snapdeal courier agent couldn't get in touch with me and returned it back to the seller/Snapdeal. I asked them to reship; and after 2 weeks of painful waiting/email/telephonic exchanges wherein they initially agreed to reship, I was told that the order stands cancelled. After a month and a half of waiting since ordering the product, I am told that the order cannot be reshipped and I'm still awaiting my refund! Never going to order from you again Snapdeal! Highly disappointed by your shoddy excuse of what you call customer service!

Snap deal has exciting exchange offers and I bought a 32" Philips TV on exchange offer. The delivery boy just delivered the TV and he said its not his duty to take the old TV. I called the customer service many times and after a long wait to get through, they make lame excuses such as they are not able to hear, they will call back, the representative will come etc. Its been a month now and nobody has turned up and I ended up paying the tv price and have not been able to sell my old TV.

On the date:05/11/14. I have ordered 1 toner for printer. It was shoeing 2-3 working days before i clicked on BUY. Then when Completed order, it showed me estimated delivery date:17/11/14. Is it only 3 working days between 5th Nov & 17th Nov. Still i waited till 17th Nov, not received the item. I again called on 18th Nov, i waited on hold till 7 .30 minutes and i was answered that there is problem in their server so i would have to call them again after half an hour. Then when i have tracked my order at the same time, the estimated delivery date shown 22nd Nov. There is not a word like "COMMITMENT" in Snapdeal's directory. VERY VERY POOR. I will never buy again from here. Even never i will even see or compare price with this dramatic portal.

I bought "Tono Systems HF B101 Bookshelf Speaker Stands" 25th October 2014 and I havent got the product yet and today is 13th Novemeber. When I try to call the customer care number the line disconnects with answer "Due to heavy traffic we cannot assist you please call later" this is the message even if I called at 10:30PM. When I raise complaint in their site they respond with very vague answer that it will be delivered as on promised date. But the thing is the promised date is keep on changing in my case. Initially the promised delivery date is 4th Nov then it got changed to 6th Nov then 11th Nov and now it is 15th November. Still I am raising complaint in their website about this and I never get the reply.

I had a very disappointing experience with snapdeal. The company took 20 days to courier a product as if it is shipping it from overseas. There has been no intimation on delay and for entire day of its original delivery I was left in anticipation of receiving my product and was left with nothing by the end of the day. Competitor websites are much better than snapdeal.

My order number 3073498957, order was placed on 8th Oct, expected delivery 14thOct, I have not received my order yet. when I called to follow up on 15th Oct they moved my online status to In-progress, its 12Nov14 today and my order still shows as In-progress online. I have called atleast 20 times and emailed a few times to cancel my order and refund money, every customer care agent says that they have intimated their concerned team but nothing happens after that. Its been 35 days since I placed order. Snapdeal is a cheater. Their representatives make false promises to revert back in 4 hrs or 48 hours. Snapdeal has no right to keep my money. I have ordered one product id is 3309387971 Lennovo A7 -50. It's already 15 days but product is not delivered to my address. I have complained about it before to SnapDeal but they are saying we have already dispatched the product contact to courier. Are we people will contact to courier for the product?? The expected time of delivery is shown after the payment is made. It takes ages to deliver the product. Their logistics are the most pathetic. I have shopped on Amazon and Flipkart they both are best to shop because of on-time delivery and they keep you posted about the track of the shipment form payment to delivery. I would never shop with Snapdeal even if they offer more discount.

I placed an order for RayBan glasses on SnapDeal and I was in for a long wait. Firstly next day it showed that the packet is ready for pick up by courier, then the status went on and on. Then they said Courier has some issue and it will be resolved in 24-48 hours. This was the status for the next 2 weeks. Then then sent it by delhyvery and even after 5 days no clue about the package and no real intent seen to deliver. Contacting SnapDeal was a pain, their customer care had not clue. Their systems are always down so no way to check. and if you try to submit a complaint online it just doesnt submit (Smart way to avoid!!!). This all seems like a good way to avoid customers..

Snapdeal not refunding the money even after a month!! I had ordered 2 HP Tablets from snapdeal.com for Rs. 23,974 (Order number: 3028674515). They shipped the items via delhivery and after few days their status showed that the product has been returned to snapdeal cause of unknown reasons. When I called up snapdeal they said they cannot deliver the product and so the order was cancelled and refund process was initiated. Since then I have called up snapdeal customer care like 10 times and everyone keeps telling me the same script that your money will be refunded and is covered under TRUST PAY! Its been a month since all this has started. They keep escalating the matter to their supervisors but I guess none of the supervisors are interested in getting back to the customers and solving their issues. Snapdeal is cheating their customers and using cheap marketing tricks like TRUST PAY to lure customers to shop with them. But Snapdeal people need to realize that there is no better marketing than word of mouth and this kind of cheating will only lead to the inevitable doom of snapdeal when there are other players in the marketing who are giving outstanding services. FINAL VERDICT: DO NOT BUY FROM SNAPDEAL!

I have ordered a Phillips TV on Oct 20, 2014 and I saw the product was dispatched and picked for shipment very quickly and in fact it reached Jaipur warehouse on Oct 23, 2014. And from Jaipur, the shipping destination (Ajmer) is very well connected and not more than 3 hours of journey even with slowest channel. However, my order didn't reached till Oct 31, 2014 while expected delivery date was Oct 25, 2014 by the courier company and Oct 29, 2014 by Snapdeal. I have tried to contact the courier company, they didn't reply any of my email. Now, considering the poorest service in my till date online shopping experience, I had to return the product. I didn't accept the courier and asked Snapdeal to start refund process. I have created two customer care tickets ( #11146333 on Oct 29, 2014 and #11419220 Nov 4, 2014), but no one from Snapdeal gives it any value and no response from them. One standard response did come on Nov 1, 2014 for first request, they even didn't look into the content of the mail and just replied with standard response. In My Orders page, Snapdeal is not updating the status of order even if the Courier company has updated the status with returned product. Snapdeal is just keeping on updating the expected delivery date( Oct 29 to Nov 4 and not to Nov 10) with status of In Progress. Is there any person sitting there in Snapdeal or is it a haunted house only where some ghosts are living. No body is responding to customer's mails.

Made a big mistake of placing order at Snapdeal without reading above complaints by so may customers like me. My order ID 3311545493- Placed order on 23rd for a land-line phone. On 24th They mailed as Item is shipped. Till now i have not received the ordered item. Customer care is worst! all they know is that we have shipped item- and they say estimated time as it will be delivered within that time and there is absolutely no tracking system that gives details on where exactly the courier is. Without any intimation one fine day they changed the estimated date from 1st of Nov to 7th of Nov. For placing order for such a pathetic website- I am trying to continuously track my order and the pathetic courier company which says Item is sent to hub, if we contact courier hub, they say we have not received any such courier. And today when I track status - they are displaying as Consignee not available. Guys when did you try to deliver? there was no attempt made for delivery. Stop fooling people. Pathetic website Snapdeal and Pathetic Customer Care and a very bad and worst courier company! All of the people who are reading this complaint, I requested you Don't place order with Snapdeal- You will never get an item you ordered for! More than that what mental stress I am going through from last 13 days for tracking my order- nobody esle should go through. The status continues to show the packet was shipped on 21st October. Repeated calls to the customer support has been of no use. I order a tablet (Order id : 3365145165) on 28-Oct-2014. They promised shipment in 1 business day as per their website. The order was booked but the shipment was not happening. When I called to cancel the order after 3 days, they refused to cancel the order stating the seller has already invoiced. When asked for status of delivery they had no clue on what is happening and gave standard reply , your issue will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours and core team (not sure if there is one) is working on the same. Surprisingly, they shipped the item on 3rd day since Trustpay covers for items not shipped beyond 3 days. They sent me a courier name called EWINGS which even google cannot find their whereabouts. SD gave me all invalid contact details so that you do not know the status of your order. The initial delivery was promised on 3-Nov-2014 and on 4-Nov-2014, this was revised to 8-Nov-2014. Still I can neither cancel my order nor know the status of shipment. Just wait , wait and wait for things to happen on its own since there is no customer service or any escalation process with snapdeal. Even writing emails to their CEO/COO doesn't help , looks like they are used to these kind of complaints and just ignore it.

I've ordered a TV in snap deal(order id: 3251132797) on October 19th. expected delivery date was on or before 28th Oct. I didn't get that product. without any intimation they changed delivery date to Nov 3. It's november 3 today they cancelled the order with out asking me. contacted customer support so many times. almost they raised 10-15 tickets on priority basis. and there is no update. they assured thrice for a call back from their supervisor. I didn't receive any call from them. they are not giving any info about refund. I think they should shutdown their business. and should go for some begging kind of activities. they are unfit for any business.I could say every one in snapdeal is an useless element. for customers. if you don't want to waste ur time don't order anything from snapdeal. they are the cheapest people having cheapest attitude. it's not allowing me to put ZERO rating. but my rating is always ZERO. friends dont go for snapdeal.

Over the past couple of years, I've significantly towards online shopping and have used Amazon.in, Flipkart, Snapdeal and Infibeam many times. In terms of product selections, I find Amazon, Flipkart and Snapdeal on par. Snapdeal is probably the worst when it comes to deliveries. They really need to sort their logistics related aspects out. I've had multiple occasions that were significantly delayed beyond expected timelines. And issues are not sorted out fast enough even after issues are escalated to their helplines. Another negative for Snapdeal, is that getting to their helplines is not easy. Their helpline numbers are not easy to get to from their website. I find Flipkart and Amazon.in, significantly better in terms of delivery times, predictability and accessibility of customer care.

Now it's nine days and only mail I got from them was "please mail us the photographe of the product you received to which I responded in next 20 minutes. I had called them a number of times but every time it's the same answer "our team will respond to you in next 24 hrs either by mail or phone" but nothing happens. Call again and they say we are keeping it on high priority and you will definitely get a response in next 24 hrs. Call yet again for a prefabricated answer of keeping you on a even higher priority(I myself don't understand what it actually means and I am sure neither snap deal understands it). The situation is such that leave apart reassurense of getting product replaced or returned it, I have not been able to talk to a responsible person in last 9 days. Friends, dont ever buy anything from snapdeal.. I placed an order 2984216920 on 2nd Oct 2014.. They did not bother even to attempt a delivery till 29th Oct. Called them up many times, mailed them.. but no reply. The worst mistake I did was to pay it upfront instead of choosing CASH ON DELIVERY. Even wrote mails to ceo@snapdeal.com and coo@snapdeal.com. None of these junk guys are bothered.. They are all waiting to loot our money.. Looks like snapdeal has adopted a new business model where in it delays the delivery, blocks customer money till the customer cancels the order.. it might invest this money somewhere else till the customer asks for a refund.. With all these tortures, I have cancelled the order and just waiting for my refund. I will make sure, I continue to educate people about people about NOT BUYING form snapdeal.

Snapdeal is a name of FRAUD that not only cheats you for your hard earned money but also give you a lot of tensions with the ordered product. You place the order, make the payment, and then forget that you ever had that money with you because Snapdeal never bothers if at all you get the couriered product or not. You keep waiting for the courier to come, keep contacting them with tracking number, keep writing mails, keep calling their numbers, and keep making a fool of yourself, but you will never get any good response nor the product. After many weeks, if at all you be fortunate enough to get the package having your product, you find it faulty. Now when you ask for a refund, they give SD-Cash but do not refund your money to your account or credit card, means, even if you do not want, you will have to make another purchase with them and buy another tension of writing mails, making calls and tracking your courier of another faulty product. These people have no SHAME on their act of fooling people in name of rubbish discounts. I will simply advice people NOT TO GO WITH SNAPDEAL for any purchases. FlipKart and EBAY are much better to deal with. SNAPDEAL SHAME SHAME …!!!

I have placed order for Ray-Ban Eyeglasses and I Phone 5 s vide order numbers Order ID : 3297717835 and Order ID : 3272071304 - the order despatch and deliveries are extremely erratic - website of Blue Dart shows estimated date of delivery which is neither maintained not updated - I am yet to receive delivery of both the orders - In fact your call centre gives replies which is neither convincing nor settles any issues - the blue dart numbers that you give are never answered and one number is starting with 1860......... is not correct. Two months ago i purchased dress material from this so called online shopping portal and received a different one from website and i returned. My order number was 2666040733. In spite of multiple mails , they never did NEFT transfer to my account but just gave SD cash of Rs.1039 I was forced to purchase other dress after a month 2750478036 and surprisingly after placing order they sent me a mail with different price stating that i have pay remaining money as COD after using SD cash. Owing to this cheat from them i had to cancel order again. Later i ordered Water fountain and Gem tree in 2933325340 using Sd cash.Water fountain reached me after 26 days in completely broken condition and they are sending wrong crystal gem tree in spite of going for product exchange thrice. For broken water fountain, they gave again SD cash , last week i order 3320795003 and after placing order after 5 days my order was cancelled and again i got SD cash in account. I have sent so many mails with my account details for NEFT transfer but no executive responded till date. These goons doesn't have any genuine products and want to waste customers time and money.They must shut their company. I never experienced such frustrating experience with Jabong, Flipkart .

I would like to suggest one thing to snapdeal dealers.Your third party delivery service named "Delhivery" is the worst courier service I have ever seen.Stop delivering your products using this delhivery courier service.Their delivery status remains same for 2-3 days and then they somehow manage to deliver the product on the expected delivery date that too after calling them multiple no.of times.Also the customer response which they give on their customer care no. is worst. Snapdeal, please change your delivery options else we will have to change our online shopping destination. One more thing that I would like to highlight here is.initially when I was booking my mobile back cover, estimated delivery date was 21/10/14 however post booking it was displayed as 27/10/14. Update: Delivery date of my product was 27/10/2014 however i have still not received any product neither have i received any response on call from both the ends i.e snapdeal as well as the Delhivery courier service. When i called up Delhivery guys yesterday they said hopefully it will take 48 more hrs that too not sure.They charged extra 30 rs as delivery charge but still such a bad service.Also customer no. is busy all the time , so there is no way to contact them and delivery status is not updated after 23/1014 on their website. When i called snapdeal customer no. even they said that i will have to wait for next 24 hrs and that too not sure they will be able to deliver product or not.

The Snapdeal team is highly unprofessional. Chek this out, just call their call center and you will realize what I am saying. At any point in time they would have around 100 callers waiting! This means there are so many clarifications that customers have. After a long time if you get to a chance to speak to customer care, he or she will be rough and uncivilized. Instead of trying to resolve the issue they talk Legal stuff. The team does nothing to deliver on time. and if delayed they take a don't care attitude. Though a unprofessional approach in India is not unusual, I see many ethical groups trying to improve on this. Snapdeal cannot even manage the Couriers they have tied up with. I have seen several complaints on this on the net. I will never never go back to them. After all I don't want to make them the first Online Company to go profitable using these means and galloping people's hard earned money.

I placed an order on 15th Oct, 2014 and haven't got my order yet (27th Oct, 2014) . I spoke to Snapdeal, they sent me a Blurdart AWB number, when I tried to check the status, it said invalid AWB number. I was shocked to see how can they send me an invalid AWB number just for the sake of sending one and keep the customer quite for the meanwhile. This is strange and weird. This was my 2nd attempt of buying something on snapdeal. I had the same experience earlier, still I thought lets try this time. Its all the same kinda experience. If I had placed an order with Flipkart, I would have already got it by now. Flipkart is way too sincere in terms of delivering the products. Highly disappointed with Snapdeal.com.

I had ordered a HP 110-216ix Desktop (i3 3240T/2 GB/500 GB/Ubuntu) from Snapdeal on 27th Sep 2014 through Order 2942217472. Snapdeal sent me a message that one or more items from my order is shipped in a package by Bluedart Road transport. I received this package on 4th October, but to my surprise it contained only the desktop CPU, keyboard & mouse. It DID NOT contain the LED Backlit Widescreen monitor mentioned in the product description at Snapdeal. Also the carton as well as the computer CPU was damaged. I lodged a complaint on the Snapdeal and attached the pictures of the damaged box, damaged CPU and the pictures of the webpage which had a description of what all was supposed to be in the package. Snapdeal representative called me on 8th October and after collecting the information from me, she informed me that they would investigate the matter about the missing monitor. However, there has not been any communication from Snapdeal since then. I have written emails to help@snapdeal.com there has been NO RESPONSE to my emails too. I have made 2 calls to Snapdeal since then & all they say is that they are investigating. I am sitting with a physical damaged product & on old monitor despite paying Snapdeal for a NEW product The last agent told me that they are investigating and will send me the monitor. But there are no timelines. I am surprised with Snapdeal & very unhappy with the way Snapdeal is treating me after taking money for the complete order. Its very surprising that they have not even spoken about replacement or compensation of the damaged product.

This is the worst website ever, they take orders without checking the stocks and after taking the payment they take there own sweet time to refund, they don't have any respect for the buyer or the buyers time, they are practically frauds. I had placed an order on the 23rd september 2014 for a Hp Cartridge and they delivered the goods on the 26th September 2014, the man who came to deliver did not let me check the package before paying and once I paid and opened the package the Cartridges were wrong I had ordered for a colored combo and instead I received an all black, so the man had already taken the money and left, I went online and reported the matter on the same day, and they promised me to exchange the same within 5 working days, they picked up the goods next day and I was informed that I will get the right cartridges within 3 working day and that was the 28th september 2014 and since then I did not receive any information regarding the same, the only information I had was that my order is confirmed and I will receive it by the 8th September 2014, now today I get a message that my order is cancelled and now they will guide me how I should apply for refund. What is this some kind of joke? they are nothing but frauds, I would never ever but anything from them ever again, and will tell everyone to be cautious...!!! Hemant Saraogi

Snap deal is worst e marketing company . It sells non authenticated products which you can get almost at 1/5 cost outside . They usually buy local products which roadside vendors sell at much lower rate but to allure you they make product extraordinary in image , which is only illusion but after buying the same products you will regret a lot . Same i found with flipkart . So after ordering two products i stopped both snap deals or flipkart . Both are a big cheat . Shopclues is relativiely less known but its much better . I ordered a simple charger on the 10th of Sep and selected the express delivery which means it should have been delivered to me in 2 days. 3 days later on the 13th i get a mail saying there is a problem with their courier service and then on the 15th another mail saying order has been cancelled and re-ordered again. again on the 16th i get the same mail saying that there is a problem with the courier service and will be rectified in 48 hrs, today is the 22nd and no use. i had called them on the 16th first i got no answer and again today when i call to cancel it, i dnt get any intimation mail that it has been cancelled.. not shopping from here again

This is worst online shopping place, they are not able to provide the product on time and when you try to cancel also they will not allow that, for my refund i am trying for past one month but they have not done it till date. request everyone not to shop on this site for small digi camera I ma suffering till date, even their customer care will never updates on any issue . When i asked my friends also they said its the worst site to shop. I guess i would have checked once before shopping on it. Now the only way i have can get my money is through consumer form compliant i guess.

I placed my order on snapdeal.com on 31 August 2014 with order ID 2727374025 and it was expected to be delivered on or before 5 September 2014. I have not still received the item or any update on that. The status on your website is utterly useless and the status on your careless courier partner bluedart.com has not changed since 2 days. Kindly tell me if my order has reached the moon by mistake. I am really not at all excited or interested to recieve the item anymore so please cancel my order or better be informed that I hereby declare the order cancelled from my side so I will not pay a single penny if it arrives my door now, tomorrow or after 1000 years. I have already bought my own machine through the traditional method of going to a store and selecting my item and having it delivered to my house immediately as promised. Please and yes, I will negatively recommend snapdeal to my friends and family. Give me a reason to come back to your website now...

@Snapdeal Dear Snapdeal Team, I have not counted, may be I have contacted your customer care over phone and e-mail with every bit details for 15 times or more between 30.7.14 to 31.8.14 - and still you are not recognising!! This proves your care for a customer. I have no FALTU time to listen to your meaningless BAKWAS. @Community Members Dear friends honestly speaking, don't buy anything from SnapDeal, if you order a trouser, they will send you a lungi with zipper after one month ! They tactfully manipulate branded products and are worst in shipping. If you complain, they will ask for a JPEG photo. Then they will ask you to send the item to them with your own cost (which will be reimbursed as SnapDeal Cash - again to purchase garbage?). Now if you are wise enough keep the item, at least you can get some money by selling in juna bazar. If you return it, the same will again be returned to you along with a whole on it telling the product is used, so refund is not possible !! And now even you can not sell it in Juna Bazar and you lost your hard earned money. Really frustrated by my greatest blunder to buy from SnapDeal. The money I saved by working late hours has been snatched by SnapDeal but I could not do anything. I also repent why I could not visit buyingiq before I made the purchase. If there were negative rating, I would then rate SnapDeal minus 5 stars for every thing. The site should be named as SNATCH DALE, BACHTE RAHO.

Order ID: 2136807040 | Order Placed on : 2014-05-22 01:24:12 i bought Dell inspiron 5520 charger under 6 month warranty .it worked only for 2 months . i went to dell showroom asking them to provide me another one as it is under warranty ,they said to talk customer care . i tried calling it i also tried snapdeal ,but couldn't get new charger ,there is no proper customer service , i am very disappointed with this . i don't know where i should ask for charger

Dear friends, don't be attracted by the cheap price tags at Snapdeal. They are selling second hand products without a proper invoice. You can not get warranty after purchase. It is very difficult to get your money back. Repenting to spend >₹50000 for a PC. Try to avoid the site at any cost.
