I have purchased Fossil watch value Rs.7900/- aprox from Snap deal on 24th Jan 2016 and it was delivered on 27h Jan 2015. when i opened the package i found the product i was packed in old container full of scratches and rust of any other product which was as good as scrap purchased from scrap vendor and box was labelled of any service center. I called to customer care and asked for replacement and asked them to deliver fresh product with fresh packing. but again today product was delivered to me in same condition. They are totally fake company who sells only used and repaired product in name of brand. When ever i called to customer care they used to say only one word that "hum chama chahte hai" apart from this they are useless & helpless. Who so ever will buy from snap deal will be harassed mentally and monetary. Never have a bad experience before with any e-commerce company. order id -11282746784

I had couriered the product, Returned Product came back to me because address problem 5. no Response for 10- days (even regularly contacted by phone, Phone bill makes 200+Rupess ) 6. Second time also no REVERSE PICK UP arranged SERVICES OF SNAPDEAL to CUSTOMERS by their Staff: 7 . Blaming, Harassing customers (making phone calls) That I had PROVIDED WRONG ADDRESS on courier 8. mean while the courier at DELHI Arranged REVERSE PICK UP which had to be done before a MONTH BEFORE 9. some one calls from SNAPDEAL asks about story SNAPDEAL thinks customers are at their service 10. courier delivered to the destination address provided by SNAPDEAL on 2 feb 2016 SNAPDEAL accused me that I had mentioned wrong address on courier (making phone calls) if I mentioned wrong address how snapdeal got the product 11. I got a phone call from SNAPDEAL(on 3 feb 2016) that they got the product on 2-feb 2016, still troubling customers that they Initiate refund on freecharge wallet, I sad no and I want my Refund should be on method of Payment what I had used. I can't Imagine SNAPDEAL services and support, for single order they makes more than a month blaming me every time, wasting my time ,effort and money(making calls to snapdeal) causes MENTAL HARASSMENT to Customers even their is nothing wrong from my side so, please don't do this to others thanks

They would promise anything but wont any of it until you keep calling them for weeks. They pickup your product and dont know if it's delivered to their warehouse or not. If you still give them the pickup receipt, they keep hanging you regarding your refund saying you will receuve it next 24-48 hours. you call next time and would receive the same answer again n again. And calling is the only option. Because, They have stopped reeiving mails from website or directl by help@snapdeal.com and via app it doesnt gets delivered. Shitty app. So you have to keep calling and waste your balance. I wanted to return a product. I was told it would be picked in max 96 hours. Truly it was picked after 18 days after my conistent calling/complaining. And they still dont have any sort of shame they refunded my amount after 32 days when I got in contact to a nice guy. How can you do this to a customer I dont understand. They will provide you consistantly defective product and wont even agree to it and if in any case they agree for replacing/refunding they wont keep their word. For some defective product I was promised 600 rupees for which I called so many times that approx 100rs wasted as balance. This is not the only time, I have faced this many a times. In all I cant even how much balance I have wasted by now on snapdeal, it's probably more then I have used on my gf. Today I had serve notice to ceo Kunal Bahl and other directors regarding they are doing un-ethical business, Breach of trust & fraudulent practices towards sellers. My Seller code is SD447a. I will proceed for court case against them after notice terms. My intention is to inform all people involved with snapdeal to inform that they must take care what they really earns. Ways of Doing fraudulent by SNAPDEAL are:- They imposed penalty upto merchant cut if any returns and when you shared proofs and everything they assured you to revert back but that money never reverted. Fake products returned by snapdeal and when you appeal with proof they assured for revert but never reverted. fake orders showing in panel. 6 months / 8 months / 12 months old orders deducted in your payments with reasons we forget to deduct money after sales return now we audited so we sales return deducts. I have approx 3.5 lakh rupees which I have to recover from snapdeal by these practices with all proofs where they agree to release money against suborders but never done. When I pressurising / Continuously following the suborders they: STOPPED MY ANY PAYMENTS TO RELEASE AND CALLED ME I AM SELLING COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS BUT THE BIG QUESTION IS WHERE ARE YOU FROM LAST 8-9 MONTHS ARE YOU SLEEPING BUT ONCE THE SELLER ASKING FOR MONEY YOU WAKED UP" By this way company stopped my all payments infact saying my damage in reputation is 8.25 lakh. How big the Fraud peoples are. I WILL POST THIS LETTER TO ALL MEDIA PERSONS AND NEWSPAPERS ALSO SUCH THAT PEOPLE SAVED FROM BEING DITCHED. Hi My Order ID: 10624793354 I ordered a Xiomi Mi4i mobile phone.It got delivered two days back.Today I found the screen display started flickering.I initiated the Return process.After that I got a call from your side saying that a technician will be sent to repair your phone! How could you expect your customer to use a newly bought phone worth 12000 after getting repaired!It was a very shameful act performed by your company. I asked the person that I don't want to use a repaired phone which I have just bought and paid 12000 bucks!He said that in any case a technician will be sent to verify.If you are so doubtful if your customer is telling the truth,you should have mentioned it clearly in the refund policy that "Return" is a very lengthy process!First we will send a technician to verify if you are telling the truth.If the technician finds the defect,then only the refund process will be approved.(As in my case,my screen display flickers only sometimes,so can't guarantee if it will, when the technician checks).After that another person will come to collect your defective mobile.Then after around 7-10 days you will get your money back!Really!You should remove that Easy Return tag from your website! Well,I request you to kindly initiate the return process by tomorrow anyhow and return my money back.Or else,I will have to take a serious action.In any case if the technician will not be able to identify the defect,I will send you the video of the screen flickering. I hope my concern will be raised and will be satisfied

Nightmare of an experience with Snapdeal  on festive season. Order a JBL with is due to be delivered on 19-Dec-2015. Order was placed on 14-Dec-2015 on 15-Dec-2015 the status showed that the Courier is out for deliver through Mahindra logistics. So I tried tracking the courier and there was an error spoke to Snapdeal rep Balaji and he confirmed that the courier will be delivered on 19th and will double check and get back to me within the next 2 hours, which never happened. Wrote several mails trying to get details, which went in vein. Then I connected with Logistics the first time I spoke it ended in a bad experience as they disconnected the call tried calling them back for over an hour and no one answered the phones. Managed to connect with them on 19-dec-2015 which is the last date for the JBL to arrive, Their response "oh the package has not reached bangalore yet, it might take another day or two, on arrival it would be sent to you". Its christmas and just imagine if I trusted Snapdeal and ordered my product trusting their timeline, guess what might have happened I might have received the product after christmas, and I am still not sure if its a damaged product which might need replacement. So yeah trusting them is not worth it. I placed many orders from Amazon and flipkart both never failed to deliver on time. Unfortunately Snapdeal was the only dealer than had what I need and made the biggest mistake and unwanted tension trying to get this mess sorted out with no help from Snapdeal. The cost of the order is worth 21231/-, So now you know why I am on pins. 1. unable to track your product, 2.  Logistics treats you bad, 3.  Snapdeal has no clue what has happened to your product and where it is 4. Logistics takes it very casual 5. Snapdeal is least bothered about you and your issues. 6. And Amir Khan is Ambassador for this brand. I pray and hope that my product is delivered and hoping that its not damaged goods that I receive.

Beware of marketing trap by Snapdeal. It is written on every product that 5% cashback on HDFC debit card. But it is a trap! Sanpdeal has disabled T&C which says offer is available only on purchase of 5000/- or above. Product is very good but Snapdeal is making money by hiding such information from the customers. Snapdeal customer care even do not reply to mails for clarification on such kind of things. I bought a gas Geyser & I am a victim of the same.

The firm has a policy of 7 days return which easily allows them to slip through with all the responsibilities once the 7 days period is over. So incase you've not checked each and every tiny detail of the product being shipped, you're on RISK. To my experience snap deal shipped defective product (Moto E) order ID: 9708926766 and once I raised it with the team on 9th day (I missed), All they can offer me was an apology and directions to the service center. I ended up spending nearly 5500/- for a brand new pone with DEFECTIVE motherboard which costs to 75% of the phones value. And trust me service centers are not much of help though. More than a month of chasing, multi-visits & almost in fighting mode with them may help. waiting to get something out of what I purchased from Snapdeal

My refund is still pending and each time snapdeal is saying different story,When i get my refund of 7150/- ??? I can see the Fedex have returned the product to snapdeal on 17th Nov 2015 itself also find the attached proofs from fedex that product is given to seller. You guys are cheating the customer by giving the fake email about refund.Refunds are initiated on 17th nov and 24th nov 2015 and today is 1st dec 2015 still i have not seen any refund to account. when i spoke to your customer care yesterday they don't have any clue about the refund think like your customer care also fake for misleading the customers.Each time your customer care is telling due to some technical issue your refund initiated but not given if it happens one time then there will be issue in your system but if its repeating every time means you guys are fake and doing purposefully mistakes to give irritation to customer. CEO of Snapdeal is making money by looting customers money buy not giving the product or giving wrong products.I don't think you guys will be online for one more year from now. I want you guys to transfer the amount through National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) today itself to my account buy calling me to get the details of the account.

I had made a purchase of a Ladumor Fashion Pink Satin Saree on 16 Oct-2015 from Snap deal. Order ID -9234911829. This is when the trouble started. Product was not delivered even after a weeks time after committed delivery date. There was a problem with courier services they use and Snap deal told me that I will have to wait for 48 Working hours(that is like one more week) to know if product will be delivered or not. At last I got the delivery on dated: 31 Oct- 2015. Wait my problem did not end here. It actually started here. The product that I received was not a good quality product, so I called Customer care and asked for the return. They said they will pickup the product. After that I got call from their courier partner and they said to send the product. Now the actual problem started. I called them many times and every time they said they will pickup within TAT period, but rather to pick the product they send mail stating that “Unsuccessful Pickup attempted and Customer wanted to retain the product”. Once I saw the email got to know how so called online giant are cheating the customer and customer executive are doing anything wrong so that they can meet the TAT. Again I called them and Spoke to their Floor supervisor, He said it will be pickup within 17 Oct 2015 and he will call check the status but No call made by him, Again I called them twice every time same issue every supervisor gave the same, but no call at all. After a day or so they dropped a mail asking for an alternate number and preferred time of call back as they could not reach me. What a JOKE! I had received numerous call on that day and only SNAPDEAL could not reach me. I said call me back as early as possible as they had already delayed it. THEY DID NOT CALL ME BACK. Then I gave them another number so that they can call back as I understood Snap deal customer support was too lazy to understand what As early as possible means. THEY DID NOT CALL ME BACK even after giving alternate number. I have already spoken to them and explain them why I do not what their stupid product. So as a customer I already spent more than 200 Rs to call them and explain the issue. I still waiting to issue get resolved but the question is when even I don’t know. Now at last I m planning to log a case against snapdeal in consumer court so that at least it will not happen to others customers. Thanks, Ph-9876747017

Hi, I have purchased 3 door Budapest Wardrobe of 2# and in that 1 found damaged. I have place an request for replacement and it went on processing for 2 months. When ever I call they asked to wait for few more days. In 2 months I spoke to customer care for more than 15 times for the update on order but I have never received the product or update from them After 2 months I got an SMS stating that your order is cancelled and the amount will be refunded. I Placed an order on 15 Oct 2015 with Order ID: 9196942664 for delivery of Cello Grind - N - Mix 700 - 750 Watt Mixer Grinder - Green at Vasco, Goa with the promised date being 30 Oct15. With frequent calls and reminders to snapdeal and courier Fedex I received a damaged item on 07 Nov 15. Surprisingly i tried to cancel the order before delivery, but even that was also not possible. It was so disgusting to see the damaged item and same day i booked for return. Today i.e 17 Nov 15 , the item is still not picked up despite several calls and reminders. Its really very disappointing and irritating to see such service from a reputed on line shopping site. Its an everyday affair and a mental torture to everyday follow up for an item for so long. Try to avoid using snap deal.

Bought a recliner sofa from @snapdeal. Wooden frame broke. Approached @snapdeal for facilitating repairs or provide contact details of the vendor. But they refused. As per them since they do not manufacture furniture, they can not provide any support. Also, it seems that they are in in cohorts with the vendor since they are not even providing contact details of the supplier. Now stuck with a broken product and no service support. I bought an electric water geyser from snapdeal. Therew as no confirmation call. Delivery was delayed. No response. No technician visit for installation.No cx service number mentioned for any query on the invoice. No confirmation call after delivery and the product of course was not upto the mark. We felt very disappointed with the purchase and will not recommend the site to anybody. There are n number of such cases when I discussed this in my friend circle everyone had the same story . In clothing line either the size is bigger or smaller but they will never send the correct size. I am regular on on line shopping but everywhere they try to make customer's happy but snapdeal noways and also to add to this they have only a week return policy which is pathetic because thgey delivered the product after a week of purchase so again this is really shameful in today's era where customer service matters a lot. I ordered this phone on 28th October 2015 and recieved it on 30th October 2015. As I opened the box I was shocked to see that the warranty card and User manual and sim opening pin was missing from the smartphone box. It seems the seller sent a used phone or an unboxed phone. The seller name is ''TVS Electronics'' which sells a number of items on flipkart and rated 4.8/5. Really disappointed by snapdeal as there seems to be so many complaints doing round on the internet where customers have received fake products from the sellers and snapdeal is not communicating to its customers about the steps they have taken stop such things. They should definitely have more checks in place and weed out such sellers who indulge in such malpractices. By following E-mail which I wrote to snapdeal you'll get an Idea of what they are doing. Although I have returned an induction cooker from them earlier but gave them benefit of doubt again and LO. I got cheated again. read my email to their customer care carefully. Furthermore they don't even allow you to publish negative review however you can find 1-2 mildly negative review so that you dont get suspicious. I ordered a DELL S2240L 54.61 CM(21.5) LED MONITOR from snapdeal on october 17, 2015. SUB-ORDER ID - 11768634764, ORDER NO(ON SMS SENT BY SNAPDEAL - 9244514205) . the order was delivered to me on the evening of october 23, 2015 by bluedart surface courier. TRACKING NO. - 57998549092. I got an old looking box with one of the bar code sctratched and seal looked as if applied again after opening once but I believed snapdeal so I ignored the outer suspicion and opened the box. I was shocked to find that one of the default In-Box content(power cable/cord) provided by the dell company missing from the box. I called the customer care next day, firstly he refused to accept that power cable is an inbox content but after I made him look at snapdeal website for the in-box contents he accepted it and assured me of replacement within 2 days. On his suggestion I followed the prescribed procedure and successfully filed the return/replacement request. I also recieved an email confirming the success my ticket id/case no was 10349068. after 2 days one of your executive called and while I was telling her the whole story again mobile disconnected. I tried to call back but number was 1 sided. I myself callled the snapdeal customer care and narrated the whole story again and again got the assurance of 2 days. After 2 -3 days again an executive called and asked me my problem . I narrated her the whole story again. Now she says "we can only provide you rs 700 as compensation". I was very hurt mentally and emotionally by such constant negotiating harrasment and repeated neglects by your company. She also promised to resolve my issue in 2 days. now 2 days are passed today is the 7th day and I still haven't got any firm response from your company. I sent you an email yesterday too but got no reply so I am sending you a fresh one. I also found in my product reviews that same problem of default and partial delivery has been experienced by several customers repeatedly which forces me to believe that your company is doing this intentionally. I wrote a review too to make other customers aware of this problem but u have not allowed my genuine review. you people are censoring the reviews for your interests and not giving the suffering customers a reasonable opportunity of being heard. Thus you are committing breach of their fundamental rights. I also found that on Dell S-2216L monitor you are claiming heavy discount but you are not listing the default sound-boxes provided by the company. which is very defficult to be found out by reasonable dilligence of an ordinary customer. All these things doesn't affect me directly but forces me to believe that your company is not having any intention to resolve my problem because the default is done intentionally and purposefully. I want my issue resolved asap .

Every time the customer care would assure me of a call back in 2 hours, but nothing after that. Snapdeal does not believe in entertaining queries via email. DO NOT MAKE PAYMENTS BY CREDIT CARD ON SNAPDEAL. CREDIT CARD FRAUDS ARE HAPPENING THEY CAN PUT CHARGE ON YOUR CARDS OUT OF THE BLUE. Now I have to cancel my card first to file a dispute with my Bank. I do not how long this will take? Or will my money be recovered or not. This goes to show that credit card payments are not safe.

I have ordered ( order No.324458092 dated 18/10/2014) Dell Inspiron 15 3542 Laptop through Snapdeal and product was delivered on 25/10/2014. Laptop developed LCD problem within warranty period and complaint was registered with Dell (complaint No.914435777 dated 28/07/2015). Dell refused to address the issue telling that Snapdeal is not the registered reseller of Dell products. Complaint was registered with Snapdeal(Support request No.-914986810 dated 08/08/2015). Snapdeal agreed to refund the amount and take back the faulty product. Snapdeal has collected my bank deatils and assured to refund the amount within 4 working days. Till date they have not taken back the faulty product and not refunded amount. There is no response from Snapdeal for my many mails. The laptop is down from more than two and half months. I am still waiting for the refund. Tried so many times to call on customer care but could only here IVR. The IVR doesn't have any option to talk to any human being. I tried to email using Snapdeal Help page but got the response that I have crossed 7 days return policy. First of all I returned the product within 7 days but still if you are saying that I have crossed the 7 days policy so as per your policy after 7 days you should not have accepted the return. Now the situation is, I have paid money i.e. 2999/- for the product which I have already returned. I purchased an item CAR VACUUM cleaner from SNAPDEAL.com and within 4 day of item delivery the price changed, so called them and asked if they could price match it with current offer since it is well within their return policy period. I also told them the item is delivered but not used. If required I can ship the item back. At first their 1st tier of customer care was very hesitant and reluctant of forwarding the call to their floor supervisor. First they said it is electronic we don't take return. I told them I have not opened it and also I am only looking if you could pricematch to current offer. And then they say we cannot pricematch it. Sincere advice whoever wishes to purchase from this website, please DONOT purchase from SNAPDEAL, ONLY BUY WITH A HOPE THAT THE ITEM DELIVERED IF GOOD YOU ARE HAPPY IF DAMAGED YOU ARE SCREWED. I placed an order for an home appliance, Order ID: 8769408972 , with Snap deal. However as at the time of writing this note, I have not received the order. I got an SMS three days back that my my order was to be delivered "today" with courier's contact number and tracking id provided. However , after several tries with the courier, I was told that they attempted delivery but I was not found, which is a lie, as, I was very much at home the whole day waiting for the package.(besides, I never got any call from the courier delivery person, a fact that can be verified from my phone log, even as the site has my mobile number) Further, why should I speak to or deal with a courier , who is just an agent of SANP deal; whereas my dealing & payment made thereof has been with Snap deal; AND SHOULD BE only with Snap deal My attempts to contact SNAP deal was futile. The customer service number provided +91 9212692126 is impersonal, there is NO OPTION to speak to any one in the IVR menu. (Or at least I could not hear one) Finally, I have no where to go to, hence I thought of sharing my experience with your site so that other may exercise due diligence. In contrast, I deal with other ecommerce sites, including one of the leading providers, where I deal ONLY with the site (not with couriers) and I always get to speak to a REAL person. What is more, the site even has escalation option for unresolved isuues. Surprisingly , SNAP DEAL site does not even have a customer feed back option, or at least I could not find one, (except for some feed back on the product, but not on their own service). SNAPDEAL & VULCAN EXPRESS WORST EXPERIENCE: I have placed an order on SNAPDEAL which was placed on 12th Sept, 2015 and it was couriered through VULCAN EXPRESS - Irresponsible Courier Company. It has been all most more than 10 days and yet I haven't received the courier. I called courier company and they told me that still it will take 4 more days to deliver the courier. This means that I will get my product after 20 days of placing an order. This is completely a worst experience. I think this is not only mistake of courier company but SNAPDEAL too. They must check courier company's track record then affiliate with them. I would advise that please don't buy products from SNAPDEAL as they have affiliation with very worst courier company which is VULCAN COURIERS. So guys I would advise that if SNAPDEAL couriers your product through VULCAN EXPRESS please cancel your order or else you will receive your product after 20 to 21 days.

i had placed an order on SNAPDEAL with pre-payment of Scotch-Brite Jumper Spin Mop order no.8167294831 in month of Aug, i received confirmation of it and thereafter only 01 msg received on 1st sept that order has been shipped, but henceforth, no msg and no mails followed, even delivery was not done to me. no courier person even gave me a call or reached my office to deliver the product. today when i checked on the tracker for the reason of delayed delivery, it showed that the order was cancelled. when i called customer care, the excutiive said, it got cancelled due to some technical problem. " what the hell " how can a order get cancelled due to some technical problem??? when i talked to his senior, he said that courier could bot reach you , hence the order was cancelled. he said that agrees to all my points that they are valid but he is sorry since the order is cancelled. It's the worst site ever seen till now, its a great fraud ,whenever i bought stuffs from snap deal ,they provide with defective one so i have to exchange and get a new one but this time i bought a blue blazer of rs 1450 and when they provided me with a defective one i asked them to return and refund my money ,its been more than 15 days ,neither they have refunded money nor they return the product ,when i talked to supervisor ,he clearly told me that i wont be given refund or product return ,snapdeal has become so stubborn that they are openly revealing their fraudism and stealing customer's money, every day i call them and lost my balance getting a proper solution but they make excuses , so its my request to innocent people kindly don't buy product from snapdeal they just meant to cheat people .peoples can checkout the cases on snapdeal ,they have cheated a lot of people not just me they are habituated to stealing ours money .
