Have been using snapdeal mainly for finding restaurant related deals and have always been surprised with the hyge discounts they can get you on different stuff. And then i rrecently bought a nokia 200 and even though the.discount wasn\'t staggering when compared to their their other deals, it was around 300 rs cheaper than other online stores and much cheaper than the price available in the nokia shops.. The phone turned out to be perfect and the delivery was just in time!

I had ordered Nokia bh 111, magenta coloured in jan 2013, they sent me a product which i couldnt charge and only one side ear phone working. sent it back. In return they sent me a product which was not detectable from any bluetooth mobiles. also they sent blue coloured bluetooth device and black coloured ear phones(such a careless attitude after receiving money). Had to send it back. Now they are telling me that the device fully functional and that i had not complained about the wrong colour of the product. so they ll send the same product. They are cheaters. they sell defective product for 1629rs and after taking that we are supposed to submit to nokia care for replacement under warrenty.. this is there fraud business. Beware. I am yet to get justice. They are situated in Delhi and cheating, so that we dont go to consumer court.

Snapdeal is only good for discount deals. Do not buy any physical product from Snapdeal. They delay for over 40--50 days in delivery. I am still waiting for my phone for last 2 months and now I have cancelled my order.

--If product is faulty, they DONT redfund money if cost <1000Rs. --If at all they deliver, they will not refund u shipping charges! You loose your money if product is defective. --If product is defective, they will ask you if you can bear with the defective piece (SUCKS) --Most of their products are defective.Many of my friends have received defective piece --They DONT deliver within 4 days, as u see in their site.I received my product after 20 days "DONT EVER BUY in SNAPDEAL".You will only loose

Hi all, Snapdeal delivery system is the worst ever i have experienced. Flipkart delivery is far 1000000 time much better and loyal. As i was promised by the delivery team in pune it was 3 pm, i agreed, waited waited waited... not yet delivered. Snapdeal improve else stop your services.

Amazing service..I have used snapdeal several times now. Although you can't count on the time of delivery always but the prices are always great and I have never really had any issues with their service or the products delivered. Awesome discounts Lower pricing than most of the other sellers and you can count on their service most importantly. The products come well packed maybe not as heavily packed as Flipkart's but I think Flipkart does it in excess and wases their own money in doing so. Never had any issues so can't say much except once when I had a delay in delivery by two days, I was informed by their customer service beforehand so not that big a problem. 4 out of 5 from my side.

I purchased a set of Henley men's t-shirt against my order no. 1057818110 but after a week i received my products but the packing is very poor and both the t-shirt was used and also tored I called snapdeal and they said they arrange a reverse pickup but 10 days are over and they didn't take any actions and now they are disconnecting my calls and also not reverting to my mails. This is the worst site and customer service is very poor so please never shop with snapdeal they are fraud.

I have ordered a Blackberry Z10 white color before 7 Days Till today snapdeal has not started the shipment from their place and today they wrote a mail saying we apologise for the shipment delay and in another 3 days they will ship this product .God knows when they will send the product ??? or if they will send it or not ? its now only in the hands of god that if i get my ordered product .Its the worst of all online stores shipment service that snapdeal has.I have buyed many products from flipkart and i got it within 5 days after order in a very good condition with warranty. Snapdeal is worst service and a buyed headache for online customers.

This is to bring to your kindly notice that I ordered 32 inch LED TV on 6th Aug 13 with snap deal order no. 1165403062 with estimate time of delivery 12th Aug 13. But when i got confirmation on courier partner Gati with Tracking Id. 511572039 i had endless chat with its representative Neha. She assured me that the delivery will be done by 13th Aug 13. When i did not received any confirmation on the time of delivery. I again contacted Gait’s representative. Even this time same representative neha tried to resolve the issue and after understanding and sensing the situation and problem from gati's end. She created complain ticket no. 11670648 for the escalation team. I was assured that the complain team will deliver the product within the same day to its best possibility. As I was rest assured with problem ticket being generated and representative from snap deal told me that we need to communicate with Gati for all the communication as the product is with them. I was confident that it will be delivered by today i.e 14th Aug 13 at the delivery address. But to my surprise when i got no communication of any kind from Gati's delivery department on the time of delivery I tried to communicate with them via chat which to my surprise was not active which i understood that the office timing is over as it was past 6pm. Left with no other option i contacted snap deals representative 24*7 support and told them about the incident. They told me that they will escalate this with courier at their own level it will take more 48 hours before the final delivery can be made. Snap deal representative also gave me gati's complain department number. 9819747858 but with no luck (the number you are dialing is unavailable). I again contacted snap deal representative, who was trying to give me same number and i explained that i have already tried it and it is of no use. With all the logical help space seized I got a reply that tomorrow morning you can contact complain department of courier partner Gati. My request to snap deal is either change your courier partner or set a strick policy on the delivery system that will ensure that the customer like me should not bounce from one customer care representative of one company to another. This whole drama is very unprofessional and had created a bad image on both the brands.

HI all Please do not purchase any thing from snapdeal, If you really like some thing try to purchase it from your local store if you are not able to find any thing only than purchase it with COD option. I recently placed an order on snapdeal (order #1027125341) Items in my order: Amkette Magnum Combo Keyboard + Mouse USB Puma Pristine White Slippers Skullcandy INKD S2IKDZ-003 Black/Black Jessi Jordan Fashionable Grey & White Casual Shoes Learn To Play The Guitar let me start with good things, I received "Learn To Play The Guitar" and "Skullcandy INKD S2IKDZ-003 Black/Black" before the estimated delivery date and well packed which is excellent. Items were bubble warped and sent in a very secure manner, since this was my first purchase and looking at the type of delivery and packaging in which shipment #1 arrived, my expectations were very high. in Shipment #2 i received "Amkette Magnum Combo Keyboard + Mouse USB", it was a day late and was was packaged in a good condition. in Shipment #3 i received "Puma Pristine White Slippers" and "Jessi Jordan Fashionable Grey & White Casual Shoes". Now the real problem starts now, Jessi Jordan Fashionable Grey & White Casual Shoes were sold for 1699. It was said that item price was some were around 2000 and with discount it is for 1699. Since I do not search too much on website, I decided to buy the item as it looked like a good deal, but i was wrong. My friend brought the same item from jabong for 1600 non discounted price and he got a 500rs coupon as an offer. So if you look at it my friend spent just 1100rs for the same item. About "Puma Pristine White Slippers", I saw the item price was 1300 and with same code I got it for 1000, but when I received the product it was completely different product. I received "Puma Drifter Cat II Ind Navy White Slippers" which was available for 900 non discounted price. I complained to customer care team, they arranged for a collection name of the carrier "delhivery", they did not pick the item for 20 days I has to make at least 15 calls and send 20 emails to get the item picked. I asked customer care agents the reason for the delay in pick up, they did not give any answer. Instead customer care agents asked to me to send the item on my own expenses and they said they will issue refund in form of SD Cash. By this time I was very upset and decided never to purchase any thing form this site. So I said no there offer and finally after a month my item got picked and i received a refund confirmation email after 15 days or so. But my problem does not end hire, after receiving the confirmation email I checked for refund status with my bank and they could not locate the refund. Hence I decided to wait for another 15 days, I still did not get the refund. finally I had to dispute the transaction with my bank and refund was issued. The entire process took about 3 months, so I request every one not to purchase on snapdeal. If you do not have any other option available than use COD. Thanks and regards, Murali.G

Snapdeal.com is fraud.... Don't buy anything from snapdeal..... Shop at your own risk....... My Story: I bought a product which was Combo of 3 from snapdeal.com. At the time of purchase the price was Rs. 220 @ 70% discount.. That was discounted rate. I bought this product along with two product to save shipping charges. Snapdeal Order No. : 1200849066 Order Placed On : 2013-08-21 03:20:45 Snapdeal product page always displays message "Dispatched in X business days" (X is any number between 1 to 10). Most of the product shows dispatch day more than 3 days. Can you imagine more than 3 days to dispatch in this online shopping era. From Flipkart, Infibeam and EBay I got my product DELIVERED in 3 days. If I order a product on Monday before 3pm I can get my product delivered on Wednesday. Anyways that's the different story. Coming to my story.... My product page has info "Dispatched in 7 business days". After my checkout and payment through Net banking, I got Est. dispatch Date as Sep 2, 2013 i.e. 11 days from date of purchase. WT $#@&...... Can you imagine. And On very next day morning, the product's price becomes Rs. 899 @ 50% discount. And to my surprise, after 5 days i.e on Aug 26 evening I got SMS from snapdeal that "Due to some issue at our seller's end we will not able to complete your order. We are hence cancelling your order." I immediately logged in to snapdeal and checked my order and the product is available or not. And product was available and now price was Rs. 999 @ 50% discount. Next day I called customer care for inquiring about my order cancellation. CC Executive said that the seller is running out of stock so we can't process your order. I said that don't give false explanation I just checked on snapdeal.com and product is still available and same seller is selling that product. But he stick to his false explanation and not ready to give up. I said I don't want refund I want my product and you can't cancel my order saying that seller is running out of stock. Any online shopper OR person knows that if the product is still available on shopping site that means it is in stock with the seller. For all my valid points/queries he has same answer that "The seller is running out of stock so we can't process your order". Then I said please ship my order when the seller will have stock as I've already paid for this product. Then CC Executive said sorry we can't process your order, you can buy the same product if it is available on our site. All my efforts in vain. Finally I don't want to talk to these besharams(shameless). I think this might be snapdeal strategy to attract customers with low price then cancel their order saying out of stock due to lots of order and tell them to buy that product with increased price. Please notice discount rate. I need a mathematician to solve this puzzle. :-) This was my first experience with snapdeal. I've posted this story to let other shoppers know about this. BEWARE ....!!! Note: The same product is still available on site and price is Rs. 799 @ 50% discount. ;-)

I got a wrong model delivered, and this shows carelessness that even after billing for the same product, they are sending the different product. Service is the worst service possible. If you order a product at SNAPDEAL, just pray to god that you get the same product, because if you get a wrong product you will have to keep it forever. I have registered a return or replace complaint since last one week and received no positive confirmation. I ordered a sunglasses of Rs. 1000 for Rs.250 after discount. The one i got , were the different model of same brand , aoito, which are so cheap that you wont even wear it if you have fastrack or Rayban. Discounts are of no use if you get a different product from the one you desired.

I call to Snapdeal coustomer care and loged complient. complient no:3290012. But they are telling to me. But i told I am not avilable that city. I requested Snapdeal coustomer care. They will told we will arrange. Following is the mail written by my to Mr Kunal Bahl, the CEO of SnapDeal, even he did not bother to reply, so rest you can imagine. Go on and read it : Hello Kunal, Thanks for accepting my request. There was some serious trouble that i am facing with snapdeal, and being a company owner myself, i thought it would be best to let you know whats happening on the ground since as owners its tough to micro manage and we rely on standards and methods to get us the results. But in my case, the whole process has gone incredibly wrong, here are the details : Order No : 1265207506 My Phone: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx 1. There were 2 things i ordered and was promised a shipping date of 1 week and 2 weeks from the order respectively. 2. The first order was a Mattress Protector to be shipped in 1 Week, it did ship in the said time but i got a wrong product and the invoice in it was with some other name. 3. I registered the complain online and reverse pickup was done. The problem is, i did not get any communication regarding my New ship date nor an email confirming reverse pickup, nothing. 4. After another week, i called the snapdeal care, and they told me that i have not given any reverse pickup NUMBER, so they cannot do anything. 5. Why on earth, i will think that snapdeal will not know anything about the reverse pickup unless i call these guys and tell the number. And moreover if i have not given it, snapdeal could followup with the support ticket to see if the issue was resolved. Nothing happened, and the gentleman on the phone blamed me for not giving the number. 6. Another week has passed, no communication from Snapdeal about my order, i called up again, the gentleman said, they did not receive the item back, kindly wait 24-48 hours, again called after 48 hours and this is a new guy and says wait for 24-48 hours. 7. the guys on the floor dont even allow you to vent out, they will interrupt and say wait for the said time and if there is anything else they can assist you with. CRAZY!!! 8. I am still not sure of the order (the first item) , mattress protector, still waiting for an email from snapdeal everyday, since calling demeans me and i hate the way the guys talk when u tell them something negative. --------------------------- 9. The second thing was Royale Mattress of about 32k approx, it was suppose to ship in about 2 - 2.5 weeks from the date of order. 10. I got the mail about it being shipped so that the delivery can happen on the promised date of 30th sept. 11. Casually when i checked the tracking info of the product, it use to take me to BlueDart and show me an error message. I thought of waiting and waited for a few days and called the snapdeal care to let them know that it was one day before delivery date and i see no tracking info on the site, is everything alright ? 12. The gentleman told, all is well, dont worry about tracking you will get your order on the said date and it did not come!!! 13. I called them and the guys had no clue. Please note i am calling again and again, no email from snapdeal, no reply on the customer complain ticket i raised. They said they're raising a complain with logistics. 14. Again the no communication continues, and i called again and they keep saying 24-48 hours not matter what day u call. No clear idea of what happened to the order. 15. Feeling frustrated i sent an email to support mentioning i will file a dispute with my bank if i dont get a reply, and you know what, there was nothing. Hell! 16. Again i called, started venting out, and the gentleman interrupts as usual., makes his usual statement of 24-48 hours, and i angrily said, if i dont get my order, i will cancel it. I was threatening and shouting and the gentleman replies, "I have placed a cancel order request, it will be canceled" . Couldn't imagine!! 17. Now the order status in snapdeal shows "Returned" , what a traumatic experience. I have nothing with me, the money was paid by card (27880.00), feeling hapless. Not sure whether the money is going to come back or how long will i have to struggle. Which is precisely why i decided to get connected with you and let you know. I am sure you would want all your customers to be happy and snapdeal delivering more value all the time. I hope you take a serious note of this and bother to reply. Thanks Kunal.

i have bought a wall clock in snap deal. the product quality is very bad. it looks like a iron plate. They will show very nice snaps in their website but the product they delivered is very different from the snap that they put in their site. Don't buy wall clocks from snap deal.

My 1tb hdd stopped working after 90 days..the warranty card was not stamped and apparently buffalo need stamped warranty cards..the cash memo won't do My costly iPod was shipped with wrong color..the color I want went out of stock and now I am waiting a refund since 16 days and my tablet from micromax has big problems..i want to return but snapdeal wont take returns if i simply don't like a product..the product has to be broken only then refunds allowed :( horrible call centre straight from a village panchayat.....impossible to return anything..mismatch pictures on clothes and other items..defective products sent to friends.. we have stopped using snapdeal

Dear Sir Our Complain is i had booked a mobile phone from snapdeal on 26th October 2013 on the price 14256. They said that we will be dispatching the order on 30th October 2013. But on 29th October they cancelled our order giving the reason that it is running out of order. But on their website it is showing available. Hi, I have ordered a Laptop on Snapdeals.com on 23rd Oct and the expected date of delivery was 27th Oct, till date its not delivered. I called up to Bluedart as they were delivering the product. I got top know that my product was returned to the dealer without saying any reason. Then I called to Snapdeals customer support team. They told me within 48 hrs the delivery will be happen. But I didn't get any updates on this. Again another day I called up then they told me this is in process and again the same thing. I called 4th time then they told me that my order has been cancelled due to some reasons and my money will be refunded withing 10 days. But no communication happend from their side till date. No mail was there to inform me about the delay or rejection happened. Still I am waiting for their mail. All their customer service executives are not of use. no body is responsible and all their commitments are lies. I insist guys Please dont go for snapdeals the service is worst. Ok, so I have decided to by Nokia Asha 206 for my father who doesn&acirc;€™t stay with me. Snapdeal ships the phone promptly. So far so good. Mobile is working, I am able to call they are able to hear me, ringtones, messages alright. I visited them 15 days later, checked the mobile, ok, no problem. After a few days I asked for charger to charge it. Awwwwww Gosh Jeez, a charger with Micro Mak written on it (see picture). They got it from the packet. Seller (digilogic beware) has opened the box and replaced original one with a 50 bucks fake. I called Snapdeal, awful response, said they entertain any call only within 7 days after which no claims no guarantee. Beware Snapdeal has no quality control over their sellers. You won&acirc;€™t even know you got a fake china model instead of original one if you are not able to identify withing 7 days you may lose 50000 bucks as well. BS 7 days Trust pay. I would say don&acirc;€™t buy electronics from snapdeal. You may be a victim

A got a good price for it and all that is great.They had received it on 1st of november and my sis confirmed me.On 4th of november my sis called me for birthday wish and then i asked her how were the sweets and then she told me about the complete matter which was as follow- My sis and her 2 nephews (one 7 yrs old and one 9 yrs old) each took one piece of kaju katli ;after eating same they felt something is bad and jiju who also took the piece of kaju katli just checked the base and saw some whites spots at the base and to his surprise it was FUNGUS....... ; soon they suffered from vomiting and diziness ; in short they suffered from FOOD POISONING they were is shock and they did'nt informed me as they thought i will be feeling bad and guilty . I immediately called up snapdeal to inform them about the issue Customer Care Calls to Snapdeal- I let them knw about complete issue and asked them immediately to transfer the call to some superior person ; after 10 minutes of hold they transferred to their supervisor ?? Supervisor : if their was fungus on the kaju katli ; why did you ate ? i thought for a moment chu**** if i had been knowing there was fungus in the sweet why would i had ate it .... Me : It was at base and some white spots ; was visible only on close inspection ; we ate 3 pieces , a big mistake that i made an order from you and ate it ; ok Supervisor : send me the pics we will look into it . Me : dont worry i will send you more then pics for your satisfaction... Why Snapdeal is to be blamed ? 1.Why did they delivered the product with no manufacturing date written on it and with shlves life of just 5 days .... when the product i received was 6 days after placing order ; how old the sweets must be ??????????? 2.Why snapdeal always doubt on customers ; after complaining them ; they asked me why you ate when their was fungus ???????????? (Can someone eat the stuff with fungus after knowing the same) 3.Why the same kaju katli is still being sold on www.snapdeal.com ? Why Bicano is to be blamed ? 1.Why are they selling the product without manufacturing date and product with best before of 5 days ? 2.Can they take responsibility if something major had happend and i believe many people have bought kaju katli through them ; what if someone did'nt notice ?? 3.No manufacturing date ; how old it must be ; i am worried to hell Why its a big deal for me? It was first diwali for my sister at her inlaws and what impresion I have made on them ; they will check all my parcels with a suspicious feeling from next time and will have a close inspection on them ? Now what? Just replacing the kaju katli wont be a solution ; It's a serious offence and if someone from snapdeal doesn't calls me back and ask me what compensation they want ; i will go to police station and lodge a FIR against them.

Received a product (toy - Anand Spinner) in damaged condtion and immedieately informed to Snap deal. since no response then, after a week time check witheir call centre. Shocked that they informed that we require to send back the material to them through courirer even we didn't commit any mistake. Then we require to go to Online Shopping, if we are able to shop personally..... even if they inform a week back, i can the parcel thro courirer as the courier person came to deliver another product. after a week time instruct to send the material through courier, is not tolerable and they lose their credential over their service.... really got upset and if any can suggest regarding taking action on them, will be appreciatable..... Also i place one more item which was cancelled by them due to non availablity of stock.. This is Amit and I have ordered Item Philips HTB5570D/94 3D Blu Ray Home Theater with a Order ID - 1371998904 with snap deal on 2013-10-27 . Snap deal has trust pay gimmick and assure Two shipping but it is all marketing gimmick. My product was not shipped even till 4th nov that after more than 7 days despite dozens of reminder or even asking to canceling it and refunding it. Finally they shipped order on 4 and I had to go and collect myself from courier hub . At last I received a product and to surprise there were just half of screws and bolts to assemble tall boys speakers. When I called up their customer care they keep saying we will look into the matter and with in 48 hours, after waiting 4 days I again called and then same story&Atilde;ƒ&Acirc;&cent;&Atilde;&macr;&Acirc;&iquest;&Acirc;&frac12;&Atilde;‚&Acirc;&brvbar;.. worst customer care service. Finally today ( on 6th day of registering a compliant with number 3825649) I got a call from their resolution department saying that screws don&Atilde;ƒ&Acirc;&cent;&Atilde;&macr;&Acirc;&iquest;&Acirc;&frac12;&Atilde;&macr;&Acirc;&iquest;&Acirc;&frac12;t come standard with box ( total bullshit of snapdeal) and they can&Atilde;ƒ&Acirc;&cent;&Atilde;&macr;&Acirc;&iquest;&Acirc;&frac12;&Atilde;&macr;&Acirc;&iquest;&Acirc;&frac12;t do anything about it. Product manual says that screws and bolts are standard items of the box buy snapdeal refuses. If anybody could tell tham that if screws and bolts don&Atilde;ƒ&Acirc;&cent;&Atilde;&macr;&Acirc;&iquest;&Acirc;&frac12;&Atilde;&macr;&Acirc;&iquest;&Acirc;&frac12;t come as standard items in box and why half of them came and why Philips says that they are standard. Snapdeal is total careless about customer service and don&Atilde;ƒ&Acirc;&cent;&Atilde;&macr;&Acirc;&iquest;&Acirc;&frac12;&Atilde;&macr;&Acirc;&iquest;&Acirc;&frac12;t kwno anything about customer delight and on top just tries to buy time but not resolution. I had order 4 times (1375469892, 1395003117, 1402611977, 1404863001) in recent times at snapdeal.com. The delivery of first order (137546989) was on time and product received in good condition, that provided me initial confidence in them. But the experiences of the later 3 orders are very bad and I would never ever place an order with snapdeal. I received products of 2 orders after 8/9 days. I did not receive the delivery of order 1402611977 [TP-Link 300Mbps Wireless N Router (TL-WR841N)] after 11 days. I was continuously reviewing the status of the order and the courier (ARAMEX) website. Now, they tell me the lie that delivery was attempted, but no one present ( a universal lie that 3rd grade ARAMEX tell). My family members are always present in my residence and always at least 3 person present. Now, snapdeal is tell that they going to credit my money 7-10 days. I am now waiting when they will refund the amount. Wasted both my time &amp; energy, and will never going to order here.

I ordered a digital clock through Snapdeal on 12 Nov 2013. payment was done through ebay.in. I got message on my mobile the Airway Bill Details and will be delivered on 21 No. First I was surprised, why it should take so much time? I checked snapdeal reviews online and got worried. But i recieved it on 16th Nov 2013. Quite relief. Packaging and material are OK. Not so bad service.

You&acirc;€™re probably reading this review after having seen so many sugar coated reviews about snapdeal. It really looks like atleast half of them are paid reviews. Here is one that is not. I bought a Fujitsu Laptop from SnapDeal that was delivered to me in a bad shape and without the OS working at all. There was no recovery provided either. Worse yet, there was no support whatsoever from the SnapDeal team and they were just playing the delay tactics. I finally did get me issues resolved after a month of chasing but I would say it was a strugle. And the experience could have been much worse had I not been a little tech-savy. Further, there cashback program is fake. They give some useless coupons instead of refunding the money to your credit card. Completely unacceptable. This website is the reason why Online retail is not trustworthy in India. I would definately recommend using flipkart(or even Myntra) for more peace of mind. The few hundred rupees discount SnapDeal offers as compared to the rest is not worth it.

Hi everyone. I had constantly used flipkart.com and myntra.com for my shopping, but recently turned to snapdeal.com as the prices seemed quite cheap. And the story of regret goes on like this : I ordered Philips Extreme Vision bulbs(2 nos) , Order No : 1399380345 on November 5th 2013. The product took like ages to get shipped. Then finally the product is delivered after 1 week. They had shipped through blue-dart couriers. Paid Rs 1290 as COD. When i opened the product covering, what i got was a normal pair of philips headlight bulbs worth 100/-. The more stupid thing being the price of Rs 110/- per bulb is there on the cover of the philips bulb itself. So pathetic. When i complained to customer support, they told that the return shipment for the product has been arranged and that the corresponding person from bluedart couriers will come and collect it within 3-4 days. Two weeks passed and after numerous emails, i get a call saying courier people tried to reach me and that i was not in location which is pathetic. I am carrying around the parcel for the last 14 days and getting this response. Further more when i asked whether they could simply get another return shipment made, they say they cant do it and i have to ship the product and then email them with the slip that i am getting. I have paid the money, now the shipment will cost me extra and i have to send the product also. Just simply waste of money and energy and peace of mind. I never had any issues with flipkart.com or ebay.in or myntra.com for this matter. Just pathetic service. I would never again purchase from snapdeal.com nor would i recommend this to anyone. I will always stop other people who want to purchase with snapdeal.com also. Furthermore I will move forward to consumer court to see whether i can get this people to stop making money through fraudulent ways. Regards Roy M J

After so many calls and emails to snapdeal service providers still showing in process. Worst company ever, i ordered assassin creed black flag at 19 th nov and launch date of game is 22th nov. Order No: 1400888130 Hi All, Here is a very important feedback for snap deal.com users. I suggest Please dont buy any heavy products from this site as it will cost u a lot and sanp deal people will make you suffer for it in case ur delivered product is damaged.I suggest instead go to your nearest showroom and buy though sanp deal attracts you with cheap discount offers. We ordered a elliptical excercise cycle from snap deal. On getting product delivered, we assembled the whole bicycle by ourselve. The product had 58 parts. To our surprise we found 4 parts missing without which we are not able to use the cycle properly.On complaining, snap deal just took the issue but never bothered to call my themselves and solve the issue. We had to keep calling them as it was deal worth 10k and not less amount. They could not give the missing parts instead offered to pay back 200 rps..!!! Does this show, the quality of customer service they offer. Where do we go in search of those parts?? I have heard similar cases of damaged washing machine delivered and sanp deal offering 300 rps for the damage. And when they agreed for reverse pick up of product, they product should be intact they way it was delivered. We need to de-assemble 58 parts and pack the way it is?? what in case they simply say the product is not in tact and dont return our 10 k. They did not even agree for returning cash on the spot when we return them their product. Hence we have taken this issue with the bank through which we made payment and also going to consumer court. Nice message to all consumers, plz dont get cheated by Snapdeal. Their &quot;no questions, direct return&quot; policy is all cheat. There should be an article in newspapers to make the consumers aware of this to aviod losing their hard earned money

I have ordered the item with a good deal which is 4k less that that of the current listing. I was waiting for the item to be dispatched in 2-3 days. I have been constantly chasing the snapdeal customer support for the same. All they were saying was to waith for 2 more days. Now 10 days have already passed and the item was not dispatched yet. In the 10th day i received an message saying the item order is cancelled as there were some problem with the seller sending the item. I then called the customer care for the same. What I hear from the representative is devastating. They said that 1. Snapdeal reserves every right to cancel at any time without the buyers consent. 2. The order item was placed in and lower listing value so the item can not be procured. For this pathetic Service I have lost siilar deals from FlipKart and others and 10 days of my patience to wait for this phone. Frankly speaking these guys dont care what some one thinks. Would this be a situation , I have purchased the item in some value and the current listing is less then what ? Any way this is my story. I promise , will never order a single item from snap deal. now I am now going to unsubscribe to snapdeal.

I recently bought a Nayasa dinner set from snap deal, looked good online, worth Rs2500. But on receiving, i found that the quality was really bad and not worth the price as well, also not to forget, the product was not usable at all. I request them for a refund, since the quality was not up to the mark, I also offered that I would courier it back to them on my expense. But I received a reply (guess it was auto generated), since I received the same reply thrice, every time I emailed to them, that they cannot provide a refund or take back the product. I guess one needs to be flexible when they have an online store! All other stores, refund/exchange the product that you don't like or if the quality is not good. Never again Snap Deal!

Here I am sharing my worst ever online shopping experience ever, and it’s with SNAPDEAL. I always preferred Flipkart for any online shopping and they have never disappointed me. But this time I tried something new (Snapdeal), as I was getting a mere 1000/- less on a laptop and I burnt my hands and it’s a big lesson learnt. So I warn all customers to think twice before you shop through Snapdeal and dealing with Snaldeal’s customer support is a nightmare. Here is my story: I got the laptop delivered from snap deal on Nov 28th and on Day 1 performance of the laptop was bad and the track pad of the laptop was faulty and not responsive enough. Then I thought I will install all drivers and get all system updates and maybe then the trackpad would start working better, because it was a multi touch trackpad and I thought its was driver and updates dependent. Even after installing all system updates and drivers, and trying out all configurations, all efforts failed to fix the trackpad issue. So I raised a complaint with customer support on Day 4 (Dec 2nd - Support Request #4161358), under the belief I was still under their TRUSTPAY policy of 7 days refund or replacement, I did not get any response from the customer support. So later I raised another complaint on Day 5 (Dec 3rd: Support Request #4175232). Still I dint get any response. So I called up the customer care and asked them for, why was my complaint not addressed and why din't I receive any call from the customer care. Then the customer care representative said my phone was not reachable. To my surprise I was worried to hear such lame reason (which I used to try during ,y childhood days), as my phone was very much active and there was no issues with my phone's network or reachability. So I once again gave them my mobile number (which was already stored in their system) and also emailed my phone number and email id, so that they can contact me and not give any more lame reasons or excuses. I still did not get any response on Day 6 and Day 7. While on 8th day I get a mail from customer care that since 7 days (the TrustPay thing!!! ) are over and they will not support me anymore and, I will have to contact the laptop brand customer care for any further issues. These snapdeal customer representatives (support to be TrustWorthy as per their TrustPay policy), just delayed and pushed the 7 days by saying that I my phone was not reachable, and did not provide me any assistance for the issue that I was going through. And later washed off their hands by directing me to the laptop brand customer support. Finally what happened was forget Refund or Replacement, I didn’t get a basic clean customer support!! I now think twice of shopping online because of such firms emerging in the market. I will never ever deal with Snapdeal for any shopping. I was a loyal customer for FlipKart and I have always had a great experience shopping with them. This time I thought I will try snapdeal as I was getting 1000/- less, but it's a lesson learnt experience and I will not recommend Snapdeal for anyone!!

I ordered a wall clock from snapdeal. The product got delivered with 2 days delay than the given time. But the big shock was when i opened the product. The wall clock that i ordered and the one shipped was not the same. They shipped me some ugly one. I called the customer care and asked them to take back the product. They said they will arrange a reverse pickup. More than 10 days has gone, and i am regularly called the customer care, but they give brain less excuse and tell me that they will pickup the product. But till today no one has come to pickup the order. Finally i got the snapdeal courier guys number and spoke to them, they replied me back saying that they will not pickup large parcels (saying a wall clock is a large parcel). But the poor part is, in last 10 days no one has communicated this to me. It is by my self i spoke to the individuals (more than 6) people daily and found out. Now the wrong product is left out with me, and there is no answer on how do i send the product back and get my money. Never pay the money in advance to websites like this, always pay the money on deliver after checking the product. Order Id and purchase date : 1458446993 27 Nov, 2013 no more shopping with snapdeal, they are just good for cheap deals. With services like this they can not make a hit in e-commerce in india. I felt better with flipkart service, they had good standards over snapdeal.

After receiving headphone i come to know it doesn't have mic. I asked for reason but worst response got it from customer care and technical support team. So dont believe snapdeal, don't believe words like "7 days no questions asked easy returns policy" "No Question Asked Policy" "Easy Returns if not satisfied with product quality" "size or delivery 100% MoneyBack if issue not resolved in maximum 30 days" "Not Satisfied with the product received? I had ordered a labrada pro whey protein 3 lbs bottle from snapdeal. My decision was based on the lower price that they were offering compared to the likes of Health Kart from where i had bought earlier. I received the bottle in a week and was about to open when i saw that the product was about to expire in 5 days! A protein pack is supposed to be consumed over a month and a half .. and they sent me something which was going to expire in 5 days!! It could have been a serious health issue. There have been several cases where people have been hospitalized. I was furious, but decided to give them a second chance. I asked them to return and replace the product. My order number was 1344007359 and the date of my order was 19th October 2013. The reverse pick up was scheduled and that was the end of it. I have been struggling till date to get either a product or my money back. Today is the 12th Dec 2013. Almost 2 months and nothing. It's very bad to have a big gap between your loading cycle when you are training hard, but thanks to snapdeal they would ensure that if u don't die from expired products you sure can ruin your health by taking a long gap in between. I call up the customer care everyday and explain the same thing. Each time i hear the same rebuttals ..We apologize for the inconvenience when clearly I feel they are used to saying it by now to every customer. I am writing this review to make people aware of the shady practices. Moral of the story, pay extra on other sites and live to see another day!

I am based out of US currently and placed this order assuming that everything will go smooth as snapdeal is not a new name in the market but the type of services and customer support which I received felt that this is the same type of a local website which doesn't believe in customer satisfaction and just believe in cheating people. I placed Order ID - 1490072394 and Item Bunch of 12 Mix roses from seller Sofia Raj which states on your website that it will come with 12 roses, 1.5 kg chocolate cake, 1 small teddy and free friendship band. I ordered this for my friend well in advance and was waiting it to be delivered on her birthday as a surprise. I called Sofia Raj at the time of delivery and they said sir it is delivered on time. I called up my friend to check and she said nothing has been delivered. Then I called up Sofia Raj again and they said no sir it is delivered and we have proof of delivery, I asked them to provide required details to whom it was delivered for which they said it can be provided only in the morning. With this whole idea of surprise went for a toss. After this later in the night, someone came and delivered her a set of roses that too looked like re-packed. I called up snapdeal customer care and registered a complaint and after numerous follow ups for last 5 days you know what snapdeal offered 150 SD cash, isn't it so good. 150 SD cash for so much pain, I am amazed. I ordered Spice MI-496 from Snapdea Order No:-1483365558 l on 5th Dec. 2013 and product was delivered to me on 8th Dec. 2013 from the same day the prodcut was faulty. I called the customer care and they asked me to visit the Spice Center and get it checked....So for this I wasted my one day..On Tuesday 10th Dec. I visited the Spice service center and they issued me a DOA letter & sealed the Mobile. Snapdeal is just selling the faulty products which are rejected from the market. On 12th Dec. Snapdeal reverse logistics collected the mobile from my home and till today everytime I call customer care they say we have not received the Mobile. I am from Delhi NCR and to deliver the product in the same location can't take more than 2 days...You should improve your service & make customer happing not cheating them & losing the customer... now a days there is a huge ecommerce sites in india and if you treat your customer like this no one will visit your site next time..

Hey all ....Please be aware about Snapdeal ..As from my personal experiance what this company does is finding the vendors who have the faulty product which they can't sell directly to the customers. They are paying huge profit to Snapdeal by giving lot of discount and clearing there rejections...This way we are always getting best prices on Snapdeal...Problem starts when the material is delivered and money is collected from you...After that when you actually open the prodcut & find it is faulty. Once you call the customer care they will every time give you reason but you will never get the resolution. Because this is their game plan how to make people fool by cheting them and I don't know how to get the refund...From last 15days I am not getting any reply from them.....Only reasons we have not received the material back...Even it is picked up by their reverse logistics.... Reverse logists that is also one of the big cheater(Delhivery) they have given the conatct number on ite but you can't reach them....Improve your service otherwise every day you will get this type of feedback...

When i called the customer care, your representative told that the item is out of stock, while it was still showing available in the website. I bought Samsung Smart TV from snapdeal on 9th Dec and it was delivered on 19th Dec (order ID1490341200). Today the service engineer from Samsung came for installing tv and found the LED display is defective and displaying lot of blue dots in the middle of the screen when the TV is on. He informed me to change the tv with another piece since LED panel is completely defective. I raised the ticket with snapdeal and they are asking to wait sometime. But they are not saying how long I have to wait. Snapdeal is not trust worthy to buy costly things and they are not bothering about the customers. Quality of the product is not verified before delivery, Customer care is utter waste and they keep on saying the same thing again and again instead of listening to the customer. Courier service is pathetic and for delivery of product it is taking 10 days from the date of order. But in the website they advertise within 3 business days.

After checking the phone with service center they issued me DOA letter and sealted the Mobile.. The snapdeal reverse logistics picked my phone on 12th Dec. and till today No one is replying on my mail when can I get the refund....Snapdeal is big cheater selling defective material and giving lot of tension to the customers. Don't purchase any Mobile or electronic Item from Snapdeal you will also face the same way we are facing...... This is a big Fraud company.....Cheating by showing low price but actually the products are defective......Think 100 times before placing order on snapdeal.......

I purchased a mobile, the order delivered as mentioned. The mobile is the gift to my uncle, who is a senior person. After using it for around 15 day he felt something is not correct and went to the nearest Nokia showroom and the the showroom guy said the phone screen and battery needs a replacement( the product is even not 1 month old). Then he enquired about the product replacement instead of replacing the major parts in a new mobile. Service center guy advised us to contact dealer( snapdeal). Uncle informed me and I called snap deal, they are not even interested to hear the problem and keep on saying , snapdeal will allow 7 days return and not allowed me to tell my concern. He simply said go for parts replacement. I have already purchased with flip and ebay and this is the 1st time in snapdeal, won't turn back hereafter and I won't recommend to anybody too. This site is selling the damaged products and cheating the customers. Please refrain from this fraud line shopping site. Snapdeal please you first trust your customer, nobody will come back and waste their time if the product is perfect. 100% I won't recomend this site for shopping and won't buy anything even though if it is offered as free from snapdeal. Worst after sales support, once money is transferred you forgot the money even though if you received the faulty product.

Ordered a speaker. Last week was ETA for deliver. This week i call, they tell, they will do it ASAP. Call again , they tell will deliver ASAP. They are telling its not their problem as the courier are not delivering it. Every time i call , they tell they are working on it. What is the update ? They say you are not the only customer , they are working on it. Any progress ? ; we are working on it. Did you find the issue ? its courier problem. It happens like this. Any concrete progress on when will it be delivered ? as soon as possible. After this I ordered another product from amazon and its already working at my home. If ever i have to provide an example for WORST service provider , Snapdeal.com is the WINNER by miles.

Pathetic support from Snapdeal. I had raised a request for replacement of product with new size and it has been about a month replacement is still pending. First they reverse pick up and send the same product without changing the size, on the next complaint they had raised the reverse pick up of some different product. I had earlier placed a order (1468411421) containing two item, later I found that size of 1 product( shirt ) is not proper, so I raised a complaint(4183941) for replacement, later snapdeal arranged the reverse pick up and replaced the product, but on opening new parcel I found that the product is same( of same size) which i had returned,later on I raised a fresh complaint(4396580) for the same product again, but this time it worst , they raised the complaint for some different product and arranged the reverse pick up for some other product, Its about a month since ordering the product and making paymnet , but I am still not able to use the product In other Scenario I placed another order (1461899649 ) containing two item, later I found that size of 1 product( shirt ) is not proper, so I raised a complaint(4252436) for replacement, but till date no reverse pick up has been arranged, and the worst part is that in mean time they had arranged reverse pick up for different complaint (having product of same company and vendor)

I have had no issues buying low-price products on snapdeal before. That’s the reason I went for a slightly expensive purchase in this instance. I will have to curse my stars for that decision. It was really horrifying experiences that followed. I had placed an order for a 32 inches LED TV on 5th December 2013. I wanted this before Christmas and believed in their’shipped in 3 business days’ offer. The offer stood as an offer not honoured. After several delays and follow-ups the product was finally delivered on 17th December. When I unpacked the product I got the biggest shock. It was not the product I had ordered for. I was given a much cheaper TV with lower features and specs. I wonder when they’make’ a mistake why don’t they make a perfect one by supplying a superior product to the one I had ordered for. I called the customer care immediately and asked for a reverse pick up and 100% refund as I had already lost faith in Snapdeal. I didn’t want to go through such horrendous experience again. The customer service person told me a complaint has been registered and it will be resolved within 48 hours. After two days they asked me to send the pictures of the wrong product. I did that immediately. And that’s the last and only action from Snapdeal in the last 10 days. I have called the customer service more than a dozen times(NOT toll-free) to enquire about the status since raising the complaint. All I get is a one line reply from the customer care people - "we have escalated your request on priority - wait for 2 days". I really doubt what they mean by escalation. I have been waiting all these days with absolutely no action taken from Snapdeal’s side. I have started feeling whether the product that I didn’t order for will be taken back and the money refunded. The customer service by Snapdeal is so unreliable and only make promises that they don’t deliver. I could have saved myself from this sticky situation if I had done a bit of research on snapdeal before I ordered the product. Social media is flooding with complaints about pathetic service by Snapdeal. Do go through MouthShut, Twitter and Facebook(Snapdeal Facebook page, twitter handle’snapdeal_help’) and you will realise it. Don’t be lured by the offers and low-prices on Snapdeal. They will only deliver sub-standard products and services. They don’t live up to any promises made on their website. It’s all fake - don’t get cheated. Snapdeal will take you for a ride with your hard-earned money. Please stay away from the seller’Technix Electronics’/’Tech Traders’. They are the biggest frauds out there. If you want to save your money and a want a peaceful shopping experience, please stay away from Snapdeal.

I ordered Kent grand plus(+) (order no- 1496790788) and Snapdeal delivered Kent grand. Not sure what tracking mechanism they use, I have invoice of Kent Grand plus(+). I raised this issue long back (complain number- 4404255) but till date I don’t have any confirmation. All the time customer care is sending me a mail that your number is not reachable. Most unreliable statement. I think the team chose easiest way to delay and escape from the issue. Snapdeal can be a good choice to buy product of 500- 800 RS where risk is low but above that don't even think of it. I don't want to replace the product. I requested the difference of price to be credited back in my account but when I call customer care I am listening from them that “your request is forwarded to the concern team and we don’t have any timeline for the resolution”. Its 3 weeks now and end of the whole episode I am feeling cheated.

i have ordered a titan raga watch worth rs9,500. they deliver the watch in a plastic box. that too damaged box. cant imagine so grand watch to be delivered in such a cheap box. moreover i paid online so courier guy handed over parcel to the maid of my PG. when i called customer care regarding this query, "they were like watch is product not the box" (never got such kind of reply from a customer care- for a customer box is also a product for their kind information). they asked me to click and send images. they cant trust hat the customer is saying. i refused to do so. they didn't process my complaint and forced me to send the pic. they took 5 days to lodge my complaint. when i asked them to return the product, they said they ill see and approve and if they feel it is good to return they will do else no. after this horrible experience, never ever logged in to snapdeal website. and i will suggest you to do the same.

I've ordered two "Sesa Anti Dandruff Shampoo 180 ml" on 23rd Dec. 2013, according to the order status in Sanpdeal.com it should be delivered on/before 27th Dec. 2013. But I did not get the product on time. Then when I email to their support team regarding the product delivery, they replied me "we can't say the deliver time or date". On 30th dec. 2013 when I check my product deliver status, it shows me on bluedart.com "Delivery Attempted-Consignee Premises Closed. Contact Customer Service". And I want to make sure snapdeal that no-one come to my address or contact me regarding dliver. Friends suggest you NOT to buy from Snapdeal. Fake Promise by Snapdeal.com.

For more than a month I have been calling snapdeal .. This skullkandy headset. I got a faulty product and i just returned it .. Then it took almost 3 weeks to get the courier refund. For the same i had gone to the courier centre for receipt , proof of delivery etc. Then I received the same headset stating that it is working perfectly. I dont knw what kind of machine has performed a test since one of the head hardly produces any sound. I have lost my money time and everything on this. I think Snapdeal team is just doing Ctrl C + V to resolve all issues listed here. My issue still persist for a month now and last week I got a confirmation from customer care that SD cash will be given to you for my below issue. I bought a handbag a week before from snap deal when i viewing the handbag was of normal handbag size which we can use regularly ,but once delivered it was not the handbag. It was like the size of wallet we use. How they cheat like this. If it is a wallet they should-not put photos like handbags. I think they don't know meaning of handbags.. very nice cheating i ever had in my life.

I placed a order for lint remover along with charger vide order no. 1569181404O dt. 03.01.2014. The charger was supplied with the lint remover. Against my complaint I was offer Rs. 50 through SD points which can only be adjusted in my next purchase in case I make otherwise I can not get the money. My request to pick up the lint remover and refund my money has not been responded. Snapdeal arbitrarily credited 50 SD points to my account which I will now never use. The co. has cheated me by charging for lint remover and charger and supplying only lint remover.
