Snapdeal # Fraud Brand Must Read, Order ID: 7182424310 On 9th July 2015, Snapdeal offers Infocus M2 & Infocus M330 with huge discount. But after 1 day, they cancelled all the order by fake reasons like "Courier was unable to deliver on your location", "Order has been cancelled due to technical error" etc... Its height of fake when they cancelled my order even after dispatching the product, See pic. They are just increasing the volume of site by offering huge discount and then cancel the order by anonymous reasons. They don't have any customer sentiment. hello friends i m a frequent buyer on these e-commerce sites. Even i have purchased so many products on snapdeal in past. They all are good and in grate pricing. But now this site start cheating their customer in the name of promotional offers........ Recently, in the month of july,2015 they offered a promotional offer of 10% cash back on using SBI debit card/credit card on purchases above rs 6000. I have placed an order no 5885752187 (for 5 itams namely memory card, ac stabilizer, wall fan, ladies purse and car mates), which cost me rs 6070 and as per the promotion offer i have used my valid state bank debit card to pay the amount. They conformed the order. But later on after 2 days when they have dispatched other 4 items of the order, they canceled one item of the least amount (rs301) at their own and send me the refund (while that item is still available for purchase on their website at that time of cancelation).---- [this was purposefully done to decrease the total purchased amount just below 6000} When my pay back amount of rs 607 is not credited back in my account I called at their customer care and ask regarding this so they replied me that I should wait for some time and it will be automatically credited back to my account. But noting happen even after 20 days………….. then I again called in customer care- and they finally told me that due to that cancelation of one product my total purchase amount reduces just below rs6000 (that is rs5800) So that refund was not credited back to me. Now when I asked them who is at fault in this as I have not canceled that item. Then they have no answer for this and said that they will send my complaint to appropriate authority………….but no result – no communication from their side. Then I again and again complained on their site and customer care with my complaint number is 03543341. But no answer from their side { they have purposefully canceled one product of least amount i.e rs 300 to prevent paying back of rs 607 ). They are the biggest cheater online…………beware of their promotional offers…….. they just wanted to fraud you. I have mentioned each and every thing in detail with their reference number……..HOPE my bad experience will help you all in purchasing things online { one important thing to mention----I haven’t experienced these type of things with flipkart and amason---- their product are slightly costlier but their services and products are excellient) snapdeal - fraud people, here i have given my case with all the refrence........... order id, cumplaint number etc in detail..... so guys beware of this fraud site

The advantages of this e retailer is of course its extremely competitive price... However there are certain grey areas. 1- The sellers mentioned on the product page invariably changes, that is, if you have chosen a particular seller based on some criteria like rating etc, u will b disappointed because u won't receive the product from that seller... 2- The seller you will receive from will have no record or anything on snapdeal... Even if you want, you can't check whether that seller is good enough or not... 3- Most frighteningly, there is no option of reviewing a seller which makes u wonder from where the hell did the sellers shown get any kind of ratings??? The review section explicitly states that you r not allowed to comment anything on the seller... Ridiculous... When compared to amazon who explicitly asks whether you are satisfied with the seller or not... 4- Most importantly, repeatedly calling and complaining to the customer care executive and even his/her supervisor, didn't lead to ANY kind of relief, simply empty words such as we will look into it, we will forward the complaint etc etc etc... They are looking into it for 1 week... The supervisor even said(while the product was in transit and I could see that the seller was not what I had opted for) to trust him VERBALLY that everything will be all right... The seller which I had opted for was named Technology Solutions with ratings of 4.9/5, and received the product(two Lumia 640Xls) from some Dynamic International, with no ratings or SD fulfilled or ANY mention whatsoever... I requested them to send me an email asserting that Technology Solutions is indeed Dynamic International, to which the supervisor pleaded lack of authority... I mean, what the hell man... Couple this with the complaints that Snapdeal often does not adhere to their 7 day replacement policy, and you know you are in a soup if anything occurs... Maybe snapdeal knows and trusts their sellers and they have an internal mechanism, but the customers want trust and reliability more than anything else, not continuous anxiety whether the product will become faulty... MOREOVER, the packaging was absolutely monstrous, with no cushioning AT ALL... Only the handset box packed inside another box without any plastic/bubble wrap/or ANYTHING... Now a good thing to share... I was sent two BLACK Lumia 640Xl whereas I had opted for white... In fact, I had opted for WHITE, and chose snapdeal simply because they were giving the white ones at a cheaper rate than other online retailers... Snapdeal at least did reply to my this query and offered me 1000SD cash as compensation, although it really didn't matter much, cause I would gladly take white any time, and I would have got black at a cheaper rate from Amazon as it is... I am further afraid of any damage done during the transit... All these makes the 1000 SD cash seem like a microscopic consolation, if at all...I do not have time to expend behind further replacement etc, as I am already out of station, but one cannot but wonder whether a good and reputed seller might not have made the mistake(if it is so). Again, no way to review the seller, otherwise I might have done it on Snapdeal's product review and not written this here...

Let me start with the positive. At Snapdeal we can find cheaper products (cost less) than other market places. The positives end here. 1. The products you might could be fake 2. IF you get the delivery on time you are lucky else it might be lost in transit 3. No toll free customer care number (as you will end up calling many times) 4. Customer care only for name sake So all the above factors depend on your luck hence like a lottery system. The customer care is so bad that they do not work on your case even after multiple emails and phone calls. Over the phone and email they will only offer standard pre-maintained resolution (apology etc.). There is no way we can escalate the issues or talk to a supervisor or even talk to a single person for the problem to resolved. The products might be fake too. It hasn't happened to me but my friend did get a China phone when he ordered a Samsung phone. As far as am concerned the delivery is pathetic and customer care virtually is non existent. I have email records from Snapdeal as a proof so in case someone wants they can contact me. Regards, Kevin

I had ordered a samsung monitor through Snapdeal with product code LS19D300NY/XL which is an Indian product as confirmed by Samsung with 3years warranty. But I received the imported product which is either LS19D300NY/UE OR ZR. I had asked for replacement and they send us the same imported product with no warranty even the 3rd time.It had all taken more than a month now. Now they put a return request on their own. But I dont want a return as the product as now the same product is available at a much higher price. They committed on phone that they will arrange a pickup and delivery of product simultaneously to avoid this but they actually didn't do this. I bought this product for my professional use. I lost a business because of this. I need a early resolution or if somebody could suggest where I could make a complaint against them. I ordered a HP laptop and it accessories(Laptop Bag,Laptop Skin,etc.) from snapdeal just beacuse it was a little more cheaper than other shopping portals.But I am really disappointed with it's delivery service.Like always,even this time they are behind schedule.They have already taken seven days and say it'll take another four days when i called their courier service.I'll never order from snapdeal again and rather pay a little extra and get good service and delivery from other shopping websites.

The delivery time period was so long...when it received a new shock...wrong product was delivered...then my paid amount was returned in SD Cash....then they said they have it in stock and we can order it again and and use our sd cash... then i ordered it again....and when it was delivered OMG a used product was send and too in bad condition with box broken...faded colour...dirty...micro fibre head in its worst condition....and when i called CC then the same story SD Cash and this and that... Guys NEVER SHOP FROM SNAP DEAL....in my opinion. I would shop at last to just recover my money which is in SD CASH..and cannot be refunded by hand to hand... BE AWARE GUYS....

I had ordered a pair of shoes from snapdeal. It was not delivered on time. I was told that the courier was lost in transit. Next day I get a wrong product delivered& it took me more than a month to claim my refund. Snapdeal employes at the call center are expert liers& they keep passing the buck buying time. In between they converted my neft refund to sd cash& took a long to time to reverse. I don’t think we need to go thru all this @ waste our time behind these certified idiots. I’m completely dissatisfied& would never recommend Snapdeal to anyone.

First of all I have got faulty products twice, on calling the customer care no resolution was done. Then I get a call from a guy called Amit, he tells me Snapdeal will refund my money and I can keep the product. First of all what will I do by keeping the product that doesn't work. If you are trying to provide a good customer service the give me a perfect product and return my money too. After that I told him to get the faulty product collected. From that day onwards I have got at least 50 calls from Snapdeal and Pickingo. Please know people buy products online for the ease of it. Even after my telling them that I am on a business travel. The calls don't cease to come. Its highly frustrating and the worst online shopping experience.

This order was booked on March 28Th. I'am surprised that no one is being on there words, you all are cheating the sellers who dint even knew how??,when?? and why?? there account is being charged. I'am not doing a charity over here, i'am doing a pure business and you people are cheating on us. When will you people will resolve our problem, and now i can't even have faith that there is some one who can actually look into this matter. I ordered a karbonn sparkle V android one from snapdeal on April 17, 2015, I received the order on April 22, 2015. When I went home, Since battery was charged, I charged it to 71%, closed the charging and went to sleep. When I woke up in the morning, the battery drained upto 18% on its own, without any process running on it. Since it was shocking for me, I, immediately raise a return and refund request on snapdeal page (April 23,2015) (The item is covered under trust pay, 7 days return- no question asked guaranty). After that, I received a reference number of my request and no conversation after that. Then I myself contacted their customer care to listen usual answers - requesting you to go to service centre and like....I would like to ask snapdeal, you want me to go to service centre to repair a faulty new brand mobile after paying money immediately. I told I want to return this item and get refund, then the representative told you will receive a phone call within 48 h and I am still waiting for that. Thereafter also I made almost 3 calls to customer care snapdeal... and heard the same answer. I think this should not be the way to treat customers... when a piece is faulty you should refund it immediately ..this is courtesy Now tell me what should one do in such situation... stucked with this... Snapdeal should follow amazon practices - how simple and customer friendly amazon policies are

I will never recommend any one to go for snapdeal. They are simply ignoring my request since 1.5months to install the bed. I have been requesting them to install my bed which was there in the same package of product. But unfortunately they didn't provide me any support regarding that installation service, not even they sent me the screws in the parcel, instead they are delaying the service. Still we are sleeping on the floor. This is the result of trusting one brand. I would like to suggest them to smooth the process instead of hiring big fat endorser. Thanks

Guys i would like to inform you the bad experience with the courier service Go Javas is not good they didn't response properly. i talking the followup almost three day for my ordered ,I have ordered the item 11 April 2015 but still i am not received my item, 15 April i got the call from courier guy and tell him i am not at home please came tomorrow before 4 PM. but his not come and canceled my order him self and update his record the customer has canceled the order, I taking the regular followup with courier company Go Javas and tell them timing again i have call so many times to snapdeal they said you item will delivered on 17 April 2015. But that day i am waiting for my order but not received when i was out of the house for going to home around 5:30 PM after waiting at-least 1:30 Hour but the guy who not coming that why my office cab is moved without pickup me because of that i have reached the office almost 1:30 late just because of “MISCOMMUNICATION” this is very bad experience from snapdeal and the useless courier service.

I had ordered for Brand NEW Apple IPhone 6 Plus 16 GB Gold on 7th April, 2015. But I have been delivered a USED (SECOND HAND) IPhone 6 Plus 32 GB Gold on 9th April, 2015. The Box and the contents of the product also do not match. The Box mentions the content as IPhone 6 whereas it actually contains IPhone 6 Plus. The warranty expires on September 18, 2015 whereas I was promised 1 year manufacturer warranty. The Home Button is also loose. The box contains no user guide booklet and apple stickers. This was the first time i ordered something from Snapdeal.com and have had a very bad experience. I feel cheated. I want the promised Brand NEW IPhone 6 Plus 16 GB Gold.

I had placed order no 4842700917 on 8/2/2015. The amount was deducted from my Mobikwik wallet account but order had failed. I have been following up with Snapdeal from more than a month now & still the refund is not processed. Every time I call up the customer care the standard reply is "Our team is working on the issue & it will be resolved soon". Finally I received reply on 14th March 2015 that the refund will be processed to my online wallet account in 5 -7 working days. It has still not got credited. I have been shopping on so many other sites & even new start-ups are processing refunds within 2-3 days. This kind of delay from Snapdeal is totally unacceptable. I regret my decision to purchase from this site.

My ORDER NO.: 5339965470 I placed an order of a mini desert cooler. first they sent me a wrong product and when I placed a replacement request. there is no reply from them at all. And their customer is not even bothered to call you back. why is my order is not yet shipped? Its is packed by seller on 20th march I called to customer care on 21st of march and they said they will escalate my problem and update me in 48 hrs. after 48 hrs I haven't received any call from Snapdeal. when I called again I was told that it takes 3 working days to get answer from Logistics department. Fine . . . . today is 24th march and when I called their customer care again I got the information that it is not yet shipped. And it will take another 3 DAYS to Resolve the problem and they will ESCALATE the ISSUE. . . . .(Seriously, 3 more days) Today I spoke with supervisor, She told me that their logistics department gets lots of mails and it is difficult for them to answer them in that time frame . . . . . "3 days are not sufficient for their Logistic department" Does that mean their Logistics is soooo pathetic that they do a lot of mistakes that they can't even answer the emails OR THEY ARE SO CARELESS THAT THEY ARE NOT BOTHERED TO REPLY FOR SUCH QUERY? When ever I call and ask them about my Issue they tells me It is not yet shipped.Guys I can see the status online. I wanted my issue to be resolved for that only I called customer care. Snapdeal is fooling and Trapping custmers by doing frauds. Here is how it does: 1. Snapdeal shows an attractive deal in which Cash on Delivery will be an option, 2. Once you order the item, they send you wrong item which is quite cheaper. Either you accept this wrong and cheap item (fooling process ends here) or will have to return the item. 3. If you don't accept item and return it back to them, they credit the amount in your snapdeal account. Means you will have to buy another item from snapdeal. 4.If you complain to snapdeal about it they make you to wait for a very long time for resolution and afterwords give you irrelevant answer which does not solve your problem This is what was happen to me while I purchased Stop Shoppers Self Defense Security Telescopic Folding Stick -black Color, size 26 Inches but they supplied smaller item (size 20) through my order number 4820148267. From my personal experience, Snapdeal is by far the worst online shopping site. I had sent a request for reverse pick up because i wanted to return a pair of shoes which i ordered. The call executive told me that blue dart courier would come and pick up the product within the next two or three days and i have been receiving messages from snapdeal assuring me of the same. But so far it has been a month and i havent seen a trace of any snapdeal courier at my doorstep. I regret having bought any thing from Snapdeal. They are very unprofessional and the call executives are also very rude!!!! I will never ever ever shop from SNAPDEAL ever again in my life. It has really left a bad taste

SnapDeal provides higher discounts(50-70%) only to draw attention of the customers and they even use fake promotion/offers for this, and cancel the order later on even after positive verification(but they may give any stupid reason). On 13th February 2015, there was an offer for Samsung Galaxy Note 3 for Rs 8652 for many hours, and almost 100-150 orders were placed my colleagues. Later, they cancelled all these orders, same was the case for a laptop with 60-70% discount offer. Now, people are left with 2 options: 1. Order as many items and later on don't receive it(returning them favor in their own style) 2. File a case in consumer court But such companies must be taught a lesson for sure. #SnapDealFakeDeal

I always had soft corner towards Desi companies and as a result bought some items as gifts for my relatives from Snapdeal as well. When I bought four Eveready 7W LED bulbs first time, they have delivered the product in my village address but without announced freebies (8 Nos of Eveready Alkaline Batteries) and when complained gave paltry INR 100 as compensation in the form of SD cash. My product review was simply deleted by Snapdeal team in an attempt to attract innocent potential customers with all positive comments. I thought it was a mistake by the supplier only and ordered another six Eveready 7W LED bulbs delivered to a town address in my state. Later on, I came to know from my relative that 12 Alkaline freebie batteries were not delivered by Snapdeal. For the second time I have lodged complaint and they have simply rejected my complaint stating that customer should lodge complaint within 7 days. I will never recommend Snapdeal and the appropriate name should be Snatch Deal. Writing on the wall is clear - Snatchdeal will perish in the long run thanks to its own deeds. Good for efficient desi and videshi e com players and bad for straight forward PE investor like Ratan Tata.

Issue with one cell phone has been resolved but having issue with the other products i;e tab & one cellphone(micromax fun a93). my main issue with my micromax now you delivered the wrong product as i ordered the black one but i got the black and i paid for the black one. Hi, Order No. 4549826025 I purchased Nokia X dual sim phone on the 21st Jan 2015 for my father at Rs 3999, I know the phone was quite outdated but I wanted it just because of its large font display. On the other websites the price was around Rs 4600, Just to save Rs 600, I screwed up my dad's expectations on this phone purchased from Snapdeal. Issues in the phone are: The ambient sensor is not working, The 'double tab screen wake up' function is not working, The earphone is'nt working, If you connect any other earphone in the phone the volume is so very low, So to troubleshoot it I reset the device and checked, It did not work. Then, as requested by snapdeal been to Nokia care in Marathalli, Bangalore wasting my office time, The service centre person said you can keep the phone for service and come after 2days, I said its okay give me back the phone, Then I thought when snapdeal is giving me 7 days return( No questions asked they said) Why are these people sending me mails to visit the service centre again and again. Their customer care says we have taken a complaint and we'll revert back again, The revert which I get on the mail is visit the service centre, I mean like What the hell dude?? They dont even have guts to call me and resolve my issue. They just have a template which they send to every customer to go to the service centre and get it serviced. I wont say that I'll go to the consumer court for this issue, I know these people wont give a damn and nothing will resolve in the consumer court too. Trust me snapdeal you people are highly pathetic. Let me tell you even I'm not gonna shop anything from your website again and will even tell my friends and colleagues not to buy anything from snapdeal. Your tagline should be "Bachatay Raho aur Faste Raho" . Good buy and don't reply to this mail by saying Contact help@snapdeal.com, That will prove you guys are dumb.

I have ordered first time in December 2009 a printer from Snapdeal. Then I've paid in full. I recieved the printer after 45 days after calling and wasting a lots of time . Meanwhile I also approached Jaago Grahak Jago regarding this issue. Second time I came on this website on 29th , July 2014 with a purchase of laptop battery, with order number 2518892503. Again they deliver my purcase in 27 days. Still two orders are pending and they already delayed and Snapdeal( Actuall Chu****iyapa-Deal waste of time). I feared that if i return item , it may take ages to resend by snap deal In the second case i booked skullcandy headphones. ORDER ID - 4315586803. attached with courier jo javas. Product name - Htc desire 820. Friends never deal with snapdeal as their product never get deliver on time. The product had beed reached to bangalore since 10 days but they are unable to deliver the product and giving a fake excuses, so i have to forcefully cancel the order becuase they are not confirm about delivery time and the estimate delivery date keeps on expanding. The customer care executive is horrible. They dont respect their customers. So and refund i have no idea when they wil refund the money. They said 14 days. common it had been 20 days they are not delivering a product plus more 14 days to get refund. and im not sure they will refund on time or not. All i wanted u all guys to be warn before buying product on snapdeal. If you can wait as per their time i.e may be 30 days then you can prefer snapdeal. As well as my another product ORDER ID - 4331651792 product - COSCO BALL got automatic cancelled after 7 days with informing me with no reasons. HORRIBLE experience. Will never recommend SNapdeal to any friends or relatives.

It was always being a hectic task to have a talk with the Customer Rep on Snapdeal. I did try to purchase a Casio Keyboard and transaction failed where the gateway speaks the transaction complete but from their end its incomplete. This made the amount debit from my bank account whereas there is no solution since 4 days and they speak 42 hours. Very much dissatisfied with the customer support where the help@snapdeal.com also does not respond back.

Knowingly I have been cheated by snapdeal for 4th time. This time I bought a bicycle just to see my luck and of course by looking at low price even though I had 3 out 3 worst experiences by purchasing the other items earlier. First of all, there was a lot of delay in delivery from Gati couriers, a snapdeal tied up partner. second, During check out, the description showed the size of the bicycle and the same I ordered and expected too, but I received a very small bicycle which may cost around Rs. 2400. But, I bought it in snapdeal for Rs. 3600 by thinking that I will get what I have ordered. Really guys, Products are neither genuine nor as expected. I really want snapdeal to be banned for this kind of activities.

I have ordered a mobile sony xperia c - order no 3478880150 online in snapdeal on 8th of nov 2014, the was delivered on 14th nov 2014. The mobile is used one, no sign of seal on the box. Even the box was tared a part. I have asked for refund. At first sight snapdeal told me to return the mobile on my own. I denied & asked to pick them up. Snapdeal just passed 3 weeks just doing nothing. Then i have decided to send the mobile by my self. When i try to send the mobile, no one was accepting to do the shipment as it was mobile. Only bluedart accepted the shipment also it charged me 2861/-. I have informed snapdeal about the situation before doing the shipment & snaldeal accepted to return the amount whatever the courier was going to charge me. now its been a month no sign of my courirer charges refund, snapdeal customer care is worst costomer care i have ever encoutered. They always says you get the reply from concerned dept in 48hrs but i nerver seen any progress. First of all this snapdeal site does sell items without any quality check at all. what ever the seller sends you that it. If you are unlucky(got an used/defect product) then you are screwed up. On the above the customerserver is pathetic/worst. They just keep on saying 48/72hrs but never seen any progress. Also one more thing is that that snapdeal customer care supervisors are useless, talking to them doesn't make any sense at all. from my experience i would say never go for electronics/expensive items on snapdeal. if you are unlucky then the only thing is that you have to keep on paying mobile bills extra from your pocket by calling customer care always I want to have my money back.

I return it which they took it back next day only and even after my request for early replacement no revert from them. anyways, I bought another set for myself and got busy with after wedding ceremonies and when I realise that I have not received my order even after 25 days I check my account and it was showing that my order has been cancled, I called customer care to check the status, representative told me that they have not received the packet back yet(which is showing that it has been picked and sent to and way back to them) And Now even after my call its almost a month there is no refund reflected in my account and OUR SNAPDEAL TEAM is still trying to LOCATE where is the PACAKET. more over no respose from there help desk either except the receipt of my mail. Hello All! Here is my real experience with Snapdeal.Com. Snapdeal Order ID - 3710895165 - 30 days earlier I took a bad decision to get a hard drive from Snapdeal and I truly regret it. The sent me a Dead Drive. It was not even authorized to be sold in India and its warranty was over in Sep'13! When I asked for Refund they sent me another drive without my approval. After waiting for the second orders return they ignored by Refund request - telling me that money will go to my SnapDeal Cash Account which I will need to use within 6 months - to buy more junk from Snapdeal. When i posted their reviews online they sent me a mail telling me a refund will be issued finally - but did not even after 2 weeks! For those willing to shop on Snapdeal, this review will be an eye opener. It is my actual experience and not a happy go lucky company paid review. This is just to make other aware of the reality. 25th Nov'14 - I was looking for a Hard Drive to add to my 3 yr old computer, so when I found a 160 GB drive - a Seagate one, although a PATA( an older technology) coming with a 2 year warranty, at Rs. 691/-, I decided to buy it as - COD - Cash on Delivery. 3rd Dec'14 - I received the order after 7 days as courier delayed it for some reasons. I paid and went ahead to connect the drive to my computer. The drive delivered to me was a dead one and instead of 2 year warranty it showed on product when I purchased it, it was out of warranty - by seagate customer care and also - not even authorized to be sold in India. I have Seagate Customer Care mail with me. This seller obviously is selling junk on snapdeal and did not even test the drive before packing it and sending it to me.Snapdeal has no control over what these sellers are offering to customers and you can never be sure if you will get what you asked for. 4th Dec'14 - I went to my snapdeal account and asked for a return and Refund. I never realized that this was just the beginning of a bad dream.I got the bad hard drive picked for return - 3 days after reporting the issue. The return form download link, sent by the Snapdeal Customer care did not work and they did not respond on 4 mails I sent to them repeatedly asking for a return form as in mail attachment. 8th Dec'14 - The courier guy who came to pick the drive said that no form was required. The drive went back. 12th Dec'14- I got another mail within 3 days saying that a new order for another drive has been generated and is being shipped to me. I contacted Snapdeal customer care via mail and they told me that the order was shipped before they could process my refund request, so all I need to do is refuse the delivery. On, 14th Dec, they sent me a mail saying once the new order arrives back, they will issue a request for refund. On15th Dec, I got an sms saying that the new order is delayed by courier and they will update me on this in another 48 hrs. On Dec18th I got a call from delivery boy from courier company and I told him on phone that I do not want this order, s take it back. On Dec21st, I got a mail from Snapdeal telling me that finally my refund request is accepted and they have decided to put my money into their own SD Cash Account which I have to use within next 6 months!, So my money now remains with Snapdeal. I have sent a reply telling them that I want my money in my own account, with all account details, but I have no option but to wait while these people do whatever they want to do! Snapdeal customer care is deceitful and insincere. I can't find any other word that fits better to describe their working. Dec 26, Its 7 days since I sent my last mail requesting a refund and they have yet to respond. I decided to share my review on Snapdeal online on various review and complaints websites. Dec 27'14 - My reviews finally woke them up and I got a call from Social Media Management team at Snapdeal Delhi office, apologizing and telling me that my refund will be issued in next 5 -7 days. I even got their mail saying that! Yoohooo! January 11 - 2015 - yet to get back my money from Snapdeal! I Got their mail on 27th telling me that they will issue a NEFT refund back to my account in 5-7 days and its not done even now. I sent 2 mails asking for status of my refund and they are sleeping over it. What I feel - I would rather walk into a shop close to home, pick a product, pay for it even if it is 100 rs more. Its better than endless waiting, getting a dead product and realize that you have been cheated because it is not having any warranty and then wait for return and later - much later a refund. Bottom line - It is too much of a hassle dealing with snapdeal. It was my first interaction and I am never going to even think buying from such online store. NOTE: Snapdeal.Com is doing its best to manage its online reputation, without caring a dime about customer, so if you see an apologetic reply to this post - please understand these are mere copy paste lines and no more. They had ample opportunity to help me, and they chose to cheat me and they still have my money. Still want to shop with Snapdeal? All the best!

I placed 7 orders from your website in last 2 weeks, all prepaid, and you managed to delivered 3 of them without sending wrong product and without cancelling the order. Although for the rest 4 orders you ended up sending the wrong product in 2 cases and cancelled the orders in 2 cases. Congrats, you are just about to manage a conversion rate of 50% which is quite admirable i guess.

I have placed an order with order number 4180216248. It was supposed to be one day delivery and I have paid Rs. 100 extra for that. First of all they didn't fulfill order on time. I have called them multiple times but they always give new complaint number and assure they will get back to me in 48 hrs which they never do. A very pathetic customer support and company. I purchased keyboard and mouse combo they delivered it after 10 days and when I opened it keyboard was damaged. I wanted to return it but there website did't have delivered status 5 days after delivery they have the delivered status then I send them email with damaged item screen shot haven't heard from them since. I cannot recommend Snapdeal to anyone. Nightmare of a experience. Try to avoid!!!! I ordered a phone on 19th dec and my delivery date has been changed thrice from 26th dec to 1st jan to now 7th Jan. I have not been given any guarantee about the delivery of the product. I called the snap deal help desk who said I need to wait . It is nearly 20 days and nothing has happened even after 4 escalations in the last 1 week. I called the courier company velex who did not pick the call for so many days.Finally today one person picked up and said he has received so many products for delivery and cannot give any guarantee on the delivery. Very disappointed with the quality of service . I did not have to spend my time calling and talking to so many people without any action for 20 days. I would like to file a complaint against Snapdeal.com. I had ordered an expensive phone worth INR 35000 on 11-Dec-2014 via order id 3926240097 and I had paid for it through Credit Card. I live in Pune and the phone was also shipped from Pune on 12-Dec via Delhivery courier(tracking number 11189892805). However the phone did not reach me until 18th Dec and was in a very bad shape, so I declined to accept the package. When I called Snapdeal, they assured me that they will process the return soon. However when I inquired again, I was told that the refund cannot be processed until the phone reaches back to them. It's been another 15 days today on 2-Jan-2015 and the phone has still not reached from Pune to Pune yet. My refund is stuck. Wish I had gone for COD. Please also help making customers like myself aware not to fall in the trap of Snapdeal's great discounts. I have been contacting Snapdeal as well as Delhivery since so many days but they do not even care to respond. When I call their customer service they just provide another false assurance. Companies like Snapdeal and Delhivery have no right to do business in India.

By mistake ordered a google chrome cast with snapdeal. Oh, boy, they made me repent for having done so. Bunch of inefficient people running the company. Bottom to Top!!!! Order#3927800220 Ordered on 11-Dec the product. was supposed to be delivered by 16-Dec. Nothing arrived. They revised the date of delivery to 22-Dec. Then later on to 27-Dec. And today is 30-dec. Not reached still. Multiple emails to their customer service. They conveniently blame the courier company saying it is not in their control. Tried calling their customer service. They said they cant do anything and will ask someone to get back in 2 days. No one got back after 2 days either. I am now worried to cancel with them as well, because going by the history so far, i am not sure if they will give the money on time as well. I strongly advise anyone from buying from them. Nothing but headaches of follow up.

Warning: Snapdeal Cannot Really Deliver to Every Location

Notice: Please read this review carefully before you commit the same mistake as I did. First of all, I ordered a SanDisk 16GB Ultra Dual OTG pen drive on Amazon.in @Rs.519 to my selected location on 5th December 2014. It was supposed to be delivered to my selected location on 11th December. But ultimately they failed to deliver the order even on 20th December(after 15 days). Then I formally cancelled the order, and they refunded my advanced payment without any hassle. Next, on 22nd December, I ordered the same item on Snapdeal @Rs.558 and similarly they promised to deliver it within next 7-8 days. Today is 29th December, still it is not being updated in the tracking order section of my account. It only shows it is being shipped from the seller location, which was updated on 22nd December. Now, don't ask why I did not order on Flipkart. Flipkart honestly declared that this item could not be delivered on the selected location in Tripura, India. So, Flipkart is even out of option. Unlike money eating online retailers Snapdeal or Amazon what Flipkart has advantage is its buying policy and system. It is far ahead than other similar online retailers. I will never be a returning customer of Snapdeal. Before conclusion, I would like to advise you is, PLEASE don't order anything from Snapdeal if you are from a remote location or not in a capital city area. Always keep the below points in mind before you order: 1). It makes false promises to deliver the item(WHY? Because it is a money eating service) 2). Its customer support process is annoying and irritating at times. It is also very hectic to reach the contact section. 3). If you ask their help, they will give you irrelevant information regarding their services and products. That's too oversmart. 4). Either don't make advanced payment or don't order the product from Snapdeal without Cash on Delivery facility. They will ignore you once you made the payment, because their main target is to earn money by any means (either unfair or illegal). 5). Cancelling the item is almost impossible from a customer side. Because they lock the system once you make the payment. (Even it shows Not cancellable after making the payment). Minus points of Snapdeal: 1). Its website is too pathetic in loading, sometime hangs while browsing items of a particular category. 2). Customer support system is really poor. They should include online chatting feature like Amazon, which would make the customers comfortable to express their issues and problems related to orders. 3). Those working in the customer support section are always ready with automated reply to impress the customers and buy their times. Oh God, this is really disgusting part from Snapdeal. Instead they should always response with specific updates regarding the orders. 4). Even if they promise, actually they cannot deliver the products to specific remote locations. That is their biggest negative aspect towards the customers. They should clarify in the first step about the delivery locations. I request you to think again before ordering in Snapdeal. Regards.
