Hi, Order No. 4549826025 I purchased Nokia X dual sim phone on the 21st Jan 2015 for my father at Rs 3999, I know the phone was quite outdated but I wanted it just because of its large font display. On the other websites the price was around Rs 4600, Just to save Rs 600, I screwed up my dad's expectations on this phone purchased from Snapdeal. Issues in the phone are: The ambient sensor is not working, The 'double tab screen wake up' function is not working, The earphone is'nt working, If you connect any other earphone in the phone the volume is so very low, So to troubleshoot it I reset the device and checked, It did not work. Then, as requested by snapdeal been to Nokia care in Marathalli, Bangalore wasting my office time, The service centre person said you can keep the phone for service and come after 2days, I said its okay give me back the phone, Then I thought when snapdeal is giving me 7 days return( No questions asked they said) Why are these people sending me mails to visit the service centre again and again. Their customer care says we have taken a complaint and we'll revert back again, The revert which I get on the mail is visit the service centre, I mean like What the hell dude?? They dont even have guts to call me and resolve my issue. They just have a template which they send to every customer to go to the service centre and get it serviced. I wont say that I'll go to the consumer court for this issue, I know these people wont give a damn and nothing will resolve in the consumer court too. Trust me snapdeal you people are highly pathetic. Let me tell you even I'm not gonna shop anything from your website again and will even tell my friends and colleagues not to buy anything from snapdeal. Your tagline should be "Bachatay Raho aur Faste Raho" . Good buy and don't reply to this mail by saying Contact help@snapdeal.com, That will prove you guys are dumb.

I have ordered first time in December 2009 a printer from Snapdeal. Then I've paid in full. I recieved the printer after 45 days after calling and wasting a lots of time . Meanwhile I also approached Jaago Grahak Jago regarding this issue. Second time I came on this website on 29th , July 2014 with a purchase of laptop battery, with order number 2518892503. Again they deliver my purcase in 27 days. Still two orders are pending and they already delayed and Snapdeal( Actuall Chu****iyapa-Deal waste of time). ORDER ID - 4315586803. attached with courier jo javas. Product name - Htc desire 820. Friends never deal with snapdeal as their product never get deliver on time. The product had beed reached to bangalore since 10 days but they are unable to deliver the product and giving a fake excuses, so i have to forcefully cancel the order becuase they are not confirm about delivery time and the estimate delivery date keeps on expanding. The customer care executive is horrible. They dont respect their customers. So and refund i have no idea when they wil refund the money. They said 14 days. common it had been 20 days they are not delivering a product plus more 14 days to get refund. and im not sure they will refund on time or not. All i wanted u all guys to be warn before buying product on snapdeal. If you can wait as per their time i.e may be 30 days then you can prefer snapdeal. As well as my another product ORDER ID - 4331651792 product - COSCO BALL got automatic cancelled after 7 days with informing me with no reasons. HORRIBLE experience. Will never recommend SNapdeal to any friends or relatives.

It was always being a hectic task to have a talk with the Customer Rep on Snapdeal. I did try to purchase a Casio Keyboard and transaction failed where the gateway speaks the transaction complete but from their end its incomplete. This made the amount debit from my bank account whereas there is no solution since 4 days and they speak 42 hours. Very much dissatisfied with the customer support where the help@snapdeal.com also does not respond back.

Knowingly I have been cheated by snapdeal for 4th time. This time I bought a bicycle just to see my luck and of course by looking at low price even though I had 3 out 3 worst experiences by purchasing the other items earlier. First of all, there was a lot of delay in delivery from Gati couriers, a snapdeal tied up partner. second, During check out, the description showed the size of the bicycle and the same I ordered and expected too, but I received a very small bicycle which may cost around Rs. 2400. But, I bought it in snapdeal for Rs. 3600 by thinking that I will get what I have ordered. Really guys, Products are neither genuine nor as expected. I really want snapdeal to be banned for this kind of activities.

I have ordered a mobile sony xperia c - order no 3478880150 online in snapdeal on 8th of nov 2014, the was delivered on 14th nov 2014. The mobile is used one, no sign of seal on the box. Even the box was tared a part. I have asked for refund. At first sight snapdeal told me to return the mobile on my own. I denied & asked to pick them up. Snapdeal just passed 3 weeks just doing nothing. Then i have decided to send the mobile by my self. When i try to send the mobile, no one was accepting to do the shipment as it was mobile. Only bluedart accepted the shipment also it charged me 2861/-. I have informed snapdeal about the situation before doing the shipment & snaldeal accepted to return the amount whatever the courier was going to charge me. now its been a month no sign of my courirer charges refund, snapdeal customer care is worst costomer care i have ever encoutered. They always says you get the reply from concerned dept in 48hrs but i nerver seen any progress. First of all this snapdeal site does sell items without any quality check at all. what ever the seller sends you that it. If you are unlucky(got an used/defect product) then you are screwed up. On the above the customerserver is pathetic/worst. They just keep on saying 48/72hrs but never seen any progress. Also one more thing is that that snapdeal customer care supervisors are useless, talking to them doesn't make any sense at all. from my experience i would say never go for electronics/expensive items on snapdeal. if you are unlucky then the only thing is that you have to keep on paying mobile bills extra from your pocket by calling customer care always I want to have my money back.

I got my packet deliver 5days before my BIG day and when I open the packet its broken into pieces. I return it which they took it back next day only and even after my request for early replacement no revert from them. anyways, I bought another set for myself and got busy with after wedding ceremonies and when I realise that I have not received my order even after 25 days I check my account and it was showing that my order has been cancled, I called customer care to check the status, representative told me that they have not received the packet back yet(which is showing that it has been picked and sent to and way back to them) And Now even after my call its almost a month there is no refund reflected in my account and OUR SNAPDEAL TEAM is still trying to LOCATE where is the PACAKET. more over no respose from there help desk either except the receipt of my mail. Hello All! Here is my real experience with Snapdeal.Com. Snapdeal Order ID - 3710895165 - 30 days earlier I took a bad decision to get a hard drive from Snapdeal and I truly regret it. The sent me a Dead Drive. It was not even authorized to be sold in India and its warranty was over in Sep'13! When I asked for Refund they sent me another drive without my approval. After waiting for the second orders return they ignored by Refund request - telling me that money will go to my SnapDeal Cash Account which I will need to use within 6 months - to buy more junk from Snapdeal. When i posted their reviews online they sent me a mail telling me a refund will be issued finally - but did not even after 2 weeks! For those willing to shop on Snapdeal, this review will be an eye opener. It is my actual experience and not a happy go lucky company paid review. This is just to make other aware of the reality. 25th Nov'14 - I was looking for a Hard Drive to add to my 3 yr old computer, so when I found a 160 GB drive - a Seagate one, although a PATA( an older technology) coming with a 2 year warranty, at Rs. 691/-, I decided to buy it as - COD - Cash on Delivery. 3rd Dec'14 - I received the order after 7 days as courier delayed it for some reasons. I paid and went ahead to connect the drive to my computer. The drive delivered to me was a dead one and instead of 2 year warranty it showed on product when I purchased it, it was out of warranty - by seagate customer care and also - not even authorized to be sold in India. I have Seagate Customer Care mail with me. This seller obviously is selling junk on snapdeal and did not even test the drive before packing it and sending it to me.Snapdeal has no control over what these sellers are offering to customers and you can never be sure if you will get what you asked for. 4th Dec'14 - I went to my snapdeal account and asked for a return and Refund. I never realized that this was just the beginning of a bad dream.I got the bad hard drive picked for return - 3 days after reporting the issue. The return form download link, sent by the Snapdeal Customer care did not work and they did not respond on 4 mails I sent to them repeatedly asking for a return form as in mail attachment. 8th Dec'14 - The courier guy who came to pick the drive said that no form was required. The drive went back. 12th Dec'14- I got another mail within 3 days saying that a new order for another drive has been generated and is being shipped to me. I contacted Snapdeal customer care via mail and they told me that the order was shipped before they could process my refund request, so all I need to do is refuse the delivery. On, 14th Dec, they sent me a mail saying once the new order arrives back, they will issue a request for refund. On15th Dec, I got an sms saying that the new order is delayed by courier and they will update me on this in another 48 hrs. On Dec18th I got a call from delivery boy from courier company and I told him on phone that I do not want this order, s take it back. On Dec21st, I got a mail from Snapdeal telling me that finally my refund request is accepted and they have decided to put my money into their own SD Cash Account which I have to use within next 6 months!, So my money now remains with Snapdeal. I have sent a reply telling them that I want my money in my own account, with all account details, but I have no option but to wait while these people do whatever they want to do! Snapdeal customer care is deceitful and insincere. I can't find any other word that fits better to describe their working. Dec 26, Its 7 days since I sent my last mail requesting a refund and they have yet to respond. I decided to share my review on Snapdeal online on various review and complaints websites. Dec 27'14 - My reviews finally woke them up and I got a call from Social Media Management team at Snapdeal Delhi office, apologizing and telling me that my refund will be issued in next 5 -7 days. I even got their mail saying that! Yoohooo! January 11 - 2015 - yet to get back my money from Snapdeal! I Got their mail on 27th telling me that they will issue a NEFT refund back to my account in 5-7 days and its not done even now. I sent 2 mails asking for status of my refund and they are sleeping over it. What I feel - I would rather walk into a shop close to home, pick a product, pay for it even if it is 100 rs more. Its better than endless waiting, getting a dead product and realize that you have been cheated because it is not having any warranty and then wait for return and later - much later a refund. Bottom line - It is too much of a hassle dealing with snapdeal. It was my first interaction and I am never going to even think buying from such online store. NOTE: Snapdeal.Com is doing its best to manage its online reputation, without caring a dime about customer, so if you see an apologetic reply to this post - please understand these are mere copy paste lines and no more. They had ample opportunity to help me, and they chose to cheat me and they still have my money. Still want to shop with Snapdeal? All the best!

I placed 7 orders from your website in last 2 weeks, all prepaid, and you managed to delivered 3 of them without sending wrong product and without cancelling the order. Although for the rest 4 orders you ended up sending the wrong product in 2 cases and cancelled the orders in 2 cases. Congrats, you are just about to manage a conversion rate of 50% which is quite admirable i guess.

I have placed an order with order number 4180216248. It was supposed to be one day delivery and I have paid Rs. 100 extra for that. First of all they didn't fulfill order on time. I have called them multiple times but they always give new complaint number and assure they will get back to me in 48 hrs which they never do. A very pathetic customer support and company. Claiming to be the largest online ecommerce, their standards are below acceptable.

I purchased keyboard and mouse combo they delivered it after 10 days and when I opened it keyboard was damaged. I wanted to return it but there website did't have delivered status 5 days after delivery they have the delivered status then I send them email with damaged item screen shot haven't heard from them since. I cannot recommend Snapdeal to anyone. Nightmare of a experience. Try to avoid!!!! I ordered a phone on 19th dec and my delivery date has been changed thrice from 26th dec to 1st jan to now 7th Jan. I have not been given any guarantee about the delivery of the product. I called the snap deal help desk who said I need to wait . It is nearly 20 days and nothing has happened even after 4 escalations in the last 1 week. I called the courier company velex who did not pick the call for so many days.Finally today one person picked up and said he has received so many products for delivery and cannot give any guarantee on the delivery. Very disappointed with the quality of service . I did not have to spend my time calling and talking to so many people without any action for 20 days. I would like to file a complaint against Snapdeal.com. I had ordered an expensive phone worth INR 35000 on 11-Dec-2014 via order id 3926240097 and I had paid for it through Credit Card. I live in Pune and the phone was also shipped from Pune on 12-Dec via Delhivery courier(tracking number 11189892805). However the phone did not reach me until 18th Dec and was in a very bad shape, so I declined to accept the package. When I called Snapdeal, they assured me that they will process the return soon. However when I inquired again, I was told that the refund cannot be processed until the phone reaches back to them. It's been another 15 days today on 2-Jan-2015 and the phone has still not reached from Pune to Pune yet. My refund is stuck. Wish I had gone for COD. Please also help making customers like myself aware not to fall in the trap of Snapdeal's great discounts. I have been contacting Snapdeal as well as Delhivery since so many days but they do not even care to respond. When I call their customer service they just provide another false assurance. Companies like Snapdeal and Delhivery have no right to do business in India.

By mistake ordered a google chrome cast with snapdeal. Oh, boy, they made me repent for having done so. Bunch of inefficient people running the company. Bottom to Top!!!! Order#3927800220 Ordered on 11-Dec the product. was supposed to be delivered by 16-Dec. Nothing arrived. They revised the date of delivery to 22-Dec. Then later on to 27-Dec. And today is 30-dec. Not reached still. Multiple emails to their customer service. They conveniently blame the courier company saying it is not in their control. Tried calling their customer service. They said they cant do anything and will ask someone to get back in 2 days. No one got back after 2 days either. I am now worried to cancel with them as well, because going by the history so far, i am not sure if they will give the money on time as well. I strongly advise anyone from buying from them. Nothing but headaches of follow up.

Warning: Snapdeal Cannot Really Deliver to Every Location

Notice: Please read this review carefully before you commit the same mistake as I did. First of all, I ordered a SanDisk 16GB Ultra Dual OTG pen drive on Amazon.in @Rs.519 to my selected location on 5th December 2014. It was supposed to be delivered to my selected location on 11th December. But ultimately they failed to deliver the order even on 20th December(after 15 days). Then I formally cancelled the order, and they refunded my advanced payment without any hassle. Next, on 22nd December, I ordered the same item on Snapdeal @Rs.558 and similarly they promised to deliver it within next 7-8 days. Today is 29th December, still it is not being updated in the tracking order section of my account. It only shows it is being shipped from the seller location, which was updated on 22nd December. Now, don't ask why I did not order on Flipkart. Flipkart honestly declared that this item could not be delivered on the selected location in Tripura, India. So, Flipkart is even out of option. Unlike money eating online retailers Snapdeal or Amazon what Flipkart has advantage is its buying policy and system. It is far ahead than other similar online retailers. I will never be a returning customer of Snapdeal. Before conclusion, I would like to advise you is, PLEASE don't order anything from Snapdeal if you are from a remote location or not in a capital city area. Always keep the below points in mind before you order: 1). It makes false promises to deliver the item(WHY? Because it is a money eating service) 2). Its customer support process is annoying and irritating at times. It is also very hectic to reach the contact section. 3). If you ask their help, they will give you irrelevant information regarding their services and products. That's too oversmart. 4). Either don't make advanced payment or don't order the product from Snapdeal without Cash on Delivery facility. They will ignore you once you made the payment, because their main target is to earn money by any means (either unfair or illegal). 5). Cancelling the item is almost impossible from a customer side. Because they lock the system once you make the payment. (Even it shows Not cancellable after making the payment). Minus points of Snapdeal: 1). Its website is too pathetic in loading, sometime hangs while browsing items of a particular category. 2). Customer support system is really poor. They should include online chatting feature like Amazon, which would make the customers comfortable to express their issues and problems related to orders. 3). Those working in the customer support section are always ready with automated reply to impress the customers and buy their times. Oh God, this is really disgusting part from Snapdeal. Instead they should always response with specific updates regarding the orders. 4). Even if they promise, actually they cannot deliver the products to specific remote locations. That is their biggest negative aspect towards the customers. They should clarify in the first step about the delivery locations. I request you to think again before ordering in Snapdeal. Regards. Whenever order is stuck no body will give customer the real information other than just reading on website which any customer can read. No customer relationship values, repeated promise something which will never be fulfilled, most of the time floor managers and shift supervisor are unavailable or they don't want to talk when refund case or issues in product delivery. They will always be keep hiding. Worst service I have ever seen so god only knows how they are they surviving in the market. Will I shop there again ... depending on my recent one month experience, I would not even suggest anyone to shop on their website....

I have ordered Samsung Guru Music 2 Duos SM-B310E vide Order No. 3983308491 and the order delivery timeline was average. The phone quality is far inferior to what one expects from Samsung and the charger isn't working. Even the feel of the mobile and charger is cheap. The phone itself is of poor quality and one product that Samsung can do without in its product lineup. The worst part is the service of Snapdeal and their apathy towards the customer service. They have refused to change the product even though I was agreeable to buy another mobile from snapdeal itself instead of complete refund which Flipkart is always willing. I have been able to return three items on flipkart even after I told them I disliked the product and nothing was wrong in the product. THOROUGHLY DISSATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT AND SNAPDEAL CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPARED TO HIGH STANDARDS SET BY FLIPKART. SNAPDEAL IS ALSO CHECKING IF MY PRODUCT REVIEW PRIOR TO PUBLISHING TO SEE IF IT MEETS THEIR "HIGH" STANDARDS. How can they claim to be neutral in product reviews if they decide which review is published and which is not. This is an eye opener for me in terms of online shopping especially at Snapdeal. I shall be doing word of mouth publicity for this event at online forums and at my workplaces to make sure that none of my friends fall for shopping at Snapdeal.

hiii... my order no. is3693327551 Order Placed On : 2014-11-24 21:56:45... I received my product on 27 th november 2014 and I placed a return request on 28th november 2014 & from that date till now my return pickup has not been initiated.. I have called customer care so many times and they are so dumb that they fail everytime to resolve my problem.. i dont know why they dont understand I want a simple pickup of my return request.. Now if I see my snapdeal account they dont show any return request but if i look at the track of my order it clearly shows my pickup request of my product on 28th november... these snapdeal guys are such a cheater & they dont want to return my money.. Detailed Feedback: It’s the holiday season, and with Christmas and New Year right around the corner, everybody is either buying gifts for themselves or their near and dear ones. I’m no different. But being part of the corporate world means, I (and my fellow corporates) don’t have a lot of time and energy to do any “real-time” shopping. And who needs that anyways? Considering the wide array of e-commerce websites we have floating around, online-shopping has never been better. Think again. It was the first day of GOSF, and I ordered an iPhone 5S on 10th December 2014 from Snapdeal not using COD—first mistake. Considering my prior experience with other e-commerce websites and how prompt they are with keeping you abreast with the current status of your product, I believed the information on Snapdeal’s website and thought my product will be delivered by 16th December 2014—second mistake. Ironically, on 16th I was told the product is out of stock with the current seller and my order has been rerouted to another seller. Quick question, if the product was out-of-stock, why was my order confirmed since the past six days? It keeps getting better. The order has been confirmed and the new seller has the product I ordered—plus it’s cheaper. Wait. Don’t get your hopes up, because I did—No—there was no refund. Anyways, the order was set to be shipped on 17th, but nothing happened, the status on the website didn’t change either. But, learning from my past mistakes, I decided to follow-up. And it’s when I followed up with customer care that they tell me, “oops, sorry of the inconvenience caused, we’ll check what’s happening”. Yes, when I follow-up, that’s when they realized that the order has not been shipped. Quick addendum, the customer care representatives are the worse; a) they’re not helpful; incapable of having a decent conversation, b) they’ll hang up on you if they’re not sure about what’s happening, and c) this is the worse—they’ll start yelling at you—yes, yelling. Moving on, after countless calls and e-mails, they finally shipped it on 18th December 2014. Silly me, I thought, I can finally kick-back and relax when I got an SMS from their courier partner “Red Express” that my product will be delivered on 19th December 2014. FYI, I’m still waiting. It’s the 23rd today, and today Red Express told me it’ll take them another 2-3 days to get my product delivered. Three weeks; almost a month to get a product delivered to New Delhi (well, it could be more considering I’ve still not got it)? Snapdeal, you’ve got some serious management issues. Please sort them out before you topple over. In addition, you’ve hired the worse courier service ever; indecent behavior in an understatement to how they’ve been behaving. This is obviously my last experience with you but for other inexperienced first-timers, get your act together Snapdeal. Amrita

This is regarding order number: 4008161101 I tried to order a SAMSUNG 48H5100 TV on 14th of Dec'14 as there was 30% discount on Snapdeal.com. But the amount got debited TWICE from my account. I have sent the screenshot of my bank statement as a proof to Snapdeal customer helpdesk. I have repeatedly called the customer care for refund only to be falsely assured of refund within 48Hrs. I request Snapdeal to refund the amount immediately. And also the order placed for the TV(order no: 4008303056) got cancelled today a week after placing the order. There was no notification as to why the order was cancelled without consulting the customer. Refund for the order number: 4008303056 is yet to be initiated. Looking back I feel the 30% discount is actually a trap setup by Snapdeal.com to lure customers into paying the amount and NOT to deliver the product. This is the first time I ordered from Snapdeal.com and I have had the worst experience of my life in online purchasing. Almost 1 lakh Rs gone from my account and no delivery of product. What a waste of time and money dealing with Snapdeal!!! I ADVICE EVERYONE TO NOT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM SNAPDEAL.COM AND GO FOR MORE TRUSTED SITES LIKE FLIPKART.

Am writing in reference to my order ID 3737064223 Apple iPhone 4-8gb –Black dated 28/11/2014. I have got this product cancelled on 01st December but am yet to receive a cancellation confirmation and my funds. Is snapdeal a customer-oriented organization ? No, Not at all. I have been constantly following-up with your customer care department but all in vain. First & foremost, it’s tedious job to locate the customer care no and overall cancellation process. I somehow managed to speak to your customer-care personnel after end no of trials since everytime I have been kept on waiting for about odd 10-15 minutes. I was being told that my order is cancelled and I will be getting my refund in 3-4 working days but I can still see my order status ‘in-processing’ . I tried to get through your customer-care supervisor but in-spite of fake commitments neither ‘ a call back’ is been arranged nor my order is been cancelled. How am I supposed to trust you guys money part ? if you guys take 11 long days just to cancel an order the I have my doubts on my REFUND. Am highly pissed with your services and unprofessional behavior. AM I EVER GONNA GET MY MONEY BACK ?

I Had ordered for a mobile phone from so called high media investing FAKE on commitment company named Snapdeal.com on 2nd December 2014. As per commitment on website it was to be delivered by 5th December, I have yet not received product after getting number of commitments from executives attending my call on help line. I have been chasing both Snapdeal and Redexpress (Sanpdeal courier partner). made atleast more then 100 actual calls in total to both the companies. None of them are providing me with commitment which has been completed as yet !! Finally, I have been told today by courier agency that the parcel of my mobile phone has been wrongly routed and hence it has been delayed. Hence they can not confirm now by when product will be delivered to me. It is highly annoying as I had ordered this phone as a birthday gift to be given on 8th December and today I have been told that it has been lost in transit that to by courier company. Snapdeal executives have NO answer to my issue, except FAKE COMMITMENTS .. VERY STRANGE !! Can any one from SNAPDEAL HELP ?????????? OR is it really a FAKE website with FALSE commitments ???????

I ordered lg monitor 18.5 inch lg from snapdeal 19en33s. They sent lg 19M35 monitor with a worst dilevery service with the invoice 19en33s which was given a week later.The monitor worked fine for 2 months but a black spot occurred which grew overtime .lg was not able to give warranty cover because of the wrong invocie.We made repeated attempts to get the invoice of 19m35 from snapdeal but the worst customer refused to do so they sent 19en33s invoce again and again.On the top they are blaming me that why u accepted the wrong model monitor it is not possible to check monitor in and out on delivery + the invoice arrived one week later +the person who received the monitor was my cousin who did not anything about computer since i was out of town .After explaning the entire scenario to the customer they still are fooling us till today. i would say never to buy anything from snapdeal .com and there partner navcom technology. They claim there product to be cheap but they are not trust worthy snapdeal trustpay is just a marketing startegy they many ways to fool customer.I had better experience with flipkart even if they sell at slight higher price it is worth buying.

This is my first brush with Snapdeal, and probably the last one. Very bad experience. The language written on the pages should be read lawyers, not simple customers. My misfortune that I ordered two units of SONY Bravia TV on Snapdeal. worth Rs. 95000/- on 17th Nov. The site said shipped in 1 working day, later on I understood it means "will be handed over to the courier in 1 day". Today, on 26th Nov. I called up BlueDard (equally pathetic), they said we have the shipment but don't know when we will be able to deliver. There was even a difference in the price reflecting on the page, and in the cart, it was about 1500/- more. I think the honeymoon period of online shopping is over. Now they are giving us the taste of "faceless" buying. I strongly recommend, pay a little extra, but buy from a brick and mortar store. If you don't like the treatment being handed over to you, at least you can slap somebody standing in front of you or shout at the store owner. Here it is nothing...some fools listen to your story and then say...yes I understand sir, but cant help you. To add insult to injury, about two day back my son proudly said I have a friend who works in Snapdeal. Let me call him and find out. The friend, after taking about 2-3 hours, called back and said...I can't say where your shipment is, things are very confusing here. Once again my strong recommendation...STAY AWAY FROM THIS PATHETIC SITE CALLED SNAPDEAL.

We ordered 2 football (Order#3533962104) on 11th Nov 2014 to be used on a mini football tournament today, 22nd Nov 2014. I guess its two separate sellers. Status One: 12th Nov - Packed and ready for pickup at Warehouse. This is crazy as the status is the same for the past 10 days and when I write to customer service, they give back the same status. Status Two: shipped on the 15th but though I followed up with both Snapdeal and the Courier Services (Delhivery) they only write back standard templates and does not try to help. Delhivery is also unable to track their own records. I guess it will arrive after the tournament is over, I paid through my card so they have already charged, hence I have not cancelled it, moreover I have heard about the pathetic refund policy. But I think now I dont have much of a choice. Also, do Snapdeal has a customer care number where i can reach???

Guys, dont book anything in snapdeal, they will deliver to only zero floor, if u r not staying in zero floor then u hav to pay more to courier guys(i.e gati) to get it to ur door, these guys are also worse fellows, if u give 50Rs then they will ask 100Rs, if do not agree to pay then they will take the item back and saying many things, so dont buy anything in snapdeal, they will mention door delivery it means that they will deliver to only zero floor, they are not worried about u, so, be cautious before booking in SNAPDEAL, u should be worried about item, they will not, I booked on 24th Oct and delivery date is 5th nov but I didnt received till now(11th Nov) even though I paid upfront, when I called to gati courier customer care they dont know where the product is, and then I called to snapdeal and raised complaint, they initiated tracking again and they gave new delivery date as 11th, worst thing about snapdeal is also that they will deliver only to zero floor, they didnt mentioned anywhere, when I refused to pay more to courier guy then he is telling that I will cancel the order and he took it back then only I came to know why he is that much rude, bcoz as per thier pertner constraints they will not deliver to any floors other than zero floor. they are best in worst delivery finally however I received the item on 15th nov, now the worry is about the quality. now worry about the complaints complaints list: ---------------------- 1) i got refrigerator with different colour rather than what i placed order 2) Bulb inside the refrigerator is not working 3) I paid 200Rs to labour to get it to 2nd floor from the ground floor where it was delivered 4) In warrenty card, LG is explaing such that warrenty card should have dealers signature,stamp,date of purchase but they are not available in the provided warrenty card. 5) one more worse thing is their customer care, it is not free and their customer care representatives will irritate you like u anthing. now concern about what is happening for the complaints,,no info,,nothing,, on 16th nov i raised complaint till now(21st nov) thers no reply from snaldeal,,they are even more worse at customer satisfaction,,guys never ever book anything in snapdeal,,,dont get struggles like me,,they will irritate you like anything,,,beware of snapdeal

This company has extremely poor service. I ordered a pair of running shoes on 4th November from their site and, initially, the estimated time of delivery was 14th November. That didn't happen. On 18th November, I received an email saying the product delivery was unsuccessful as the customer wasn't available. This was obviously not true as I had given my office address and I was working that day. I didn't receive any calls either. I called them yesterday and the customer service representative said it will be delivered within the day. That didn't happen either. I called today and the customer service representative said it will be now delivered probably by 25th. On top of that, when I tried posting this message on their timeline, it said your post has been published but it hasn't! I am extremely fed up with this company that has no regard whatsoever for its clients and I never intend to order from them again.

Snapdeal took about 3 weeks to deliver this item, item where soiled when i opened and seems to be used one and not provided instruction manual. when i check the functioning of toy it is found that not working the forward/backward/side movements. i put for return on same date. But the made reverse pick up only on 14th November 2014 after spending more than Rs 100 by callinng to customer care. . There was no reply from snapdeal for my Emails sent to help@snapdeal.com. I got canon ef 85mm f1.8 lens from snapdeal few days back. While it shines when I shoot stopped down, I was really disappointed with its performance wide open. In hardly 10% of wide open shots I get the focus spot on (this is under very good light conditions and static subjects). As I ordered this lens to mostly shoot wide open, and thinking it must be a bad copy, I asked snapdeal for a refund within 4 days. And boy! was I taken for a ride. I don't understand why they claim trustpay...blah blah..easy refund...blah blah..if not happy with quality. I had to call many times their customer care number, and had to raise numerous complaints, and in the end (after 4-5 days of raising complaint) I was simply told that it can't be refunded as it's an expensive electronic products, and that I have to take the lens to canon service centre. I had ordered electronics (including lenses) with amazon/flipkart in past, and they have always honored their replacement policies, and refunded without any hassles. Based on this experience I would not recommend snapdeal to anyone for buying electronics. Amazon is best followed by flipkart in terms of refund policies. -Kalash

I ordered a Fossil CH2565 Gents Watch on the 6th of Oct from Snapdeal. For some reason the Snapdeal courier agent couldn't get in touch with me and returned it back to the seller/Snapdeal. I asked them to reship; and after 2 weeks of painful waiting/email/telephonic exchanges wherein they initially agreed to reship, I was told that the order stands cancelled. After a month and a half of waiting since ordering the product, I am told that the order cannot be reshipped and I'm still awaiting my refund! Never going to order from you again Snapdeal! Snap deal has exciting exchange offers and I bought a 32" Philips TV on exchange offer. The delivery boy just delivered the TV and he said its not his duty to take the old TV. I called the customer service many times and after a long wait to get through, they make lame excuses such as they are not able to hear, they will call back, the representative will come etc. Its been a month now and nobody has turned up and I ended up paying the tv price and have not been able to sell my old TV.

On the date:05/11/14. I have ordered 1 toner for printer. It was shoeing 2-3 working days before i clicked on BUY. Then when Completed order, it showed me estimated delivery date:17/11/14. Is it only 3 working days between 5th Nov & 17th Nov. Still i waited till 17th Nov, not received the item. I again called on 18th Nov, i waited on hold till 7 .30 minutes and i was answered that there is problem in their server so i would have to call them again after half an hour. Then when i have tracked my order at the same time, the estimated delivery date shown 22nd Nov. There is not a word like "COMMITMENT" in Snapdeal's directory. VERY VERY POOR. I will never buy again from here. Even never i will even see or compare price with this dramatic portal.

I bought "Tono Systems HF B101 Bookshelf Speaker Stands" 25th October 2014 and I havent got the product yet and today is 13th Novemeber. When I try to call the customer care number the line disconnects with answer "Due to heavy traffic we cannot assist you please call later" this is the message even if I called at 10:30PM. When I raise complaint in their site they respond with very vague answer that it will be delivered as on promised date. But the thing is the promised date is keep on changing in my case. Initially the promised delivery date is 4th Nov then it got changed to 6th Nov then 11th Nov and now it is 15th November. Still I am raising complaint in their website about this and I never get the reply.

I had a very disappointing experience with snapdeal. The company took 20 days to courier a product as if it is shipping it from overseas. There has been no intimation on delay and for entire day of its original delivery I was left in anticipation of receiving my product and was left with nothing by the end of the day. Competitor websites are much better than snapdeal.
