Item Details- Name: Sapphire Radeon R9 270X 2Gbddr5 Order ID: 2065156330 Suborder Code: 2797926001 I received the product on May 14, 2014. On opening it I discovered that it was the wrong product and immediately contacted you and raised a complaint on your website. On May 15 I received an email from you to send the pictures of the product received within 24 - 48 hours. I sent the pictures via email on the same day. On May 17 I received an email from you with a link to the return form. The reverse pickup was done the same day. On May 20 I sent the Reverse Pickup AWB No. to you via email. On June 04 I received an email from you which stated "we’ve received and verified your NEFT details. We’re now INITIATING the REFUND process. Please note that your amount will reflect in your bank account within next 5-7 working days." I didn't receive it even after 8-9 days so I contacted you at your customer care helpline from which I didn't receive any satisfactory reply. After repeated calls made to your helpline number I received an email from you on June 20 which stated "We request you to kindly share a scanned copy/photograph of the courier receipt so that we can forward the same to our concerned department to check the receiving of product as product still not deliver at our end." On July 1 I sent the scanned copy of the courier receipt to you via email. As of 26th July 2014 I have not received the refund of Rs 14695, nor have I received any reply from your side. Reverse Pickup AWB No. : 128613013942 Reverse Pickup receipt in attachment. This is my umpteenth reminder that is being made through many telephone calls and emails now be considered a notice. Hereafter I feel harassed and cheated that will follow a consumer court complaint. Looking forward to a reasonable action. Thanking you Karanveer Singh Bhullar

I ordered Whirlpool's DMNDX1204D1 DC Refrigerator's Stabilizer on 17-07-2014 Order ID: 2448518945 from snapdeal.com. On 21.07.2014 at 18.05 in evening, I received the package from courier Blue dart. Well it was comparatively quick delivery so that is OK. But then, comes the shocker: the stabiliser was packed in whirlpool cartoon with thermocol which was further covered by brown cartoon and on top of that was snapdeal plastic polythene. The Snapdeal cover and brand box was fine but brown carton was just pieces. On top of that, when I opened the thermocol packaging and took out the stabiliser. The back part of the stabiliser was completely broken. The machine part inside was free and back plastic was broken in pieces. Interesting to note that thermocol and brand box was intact, but the stabiliser was broken. That means they delivered damaged product intensionally. This is what they care for customers. Within 5 minutes of receiving this completely damaged product, I rang up to their customer service. The Customer service representative was very apologetic and said he had generated a complaint number (complaint no 8017683) and sent me a mail. I should upload photos of damaged material along with outer packing, inner packing etc. I replied the helpdesk mail with images as asked. The customer care representative said we will revert back within 48 hrs. But, as on today 24.07.2014, I didnt receive any mail from them. Again, I mailed them on 23.07.2014, but their helpdesk mail bounced back and then I wrote to writetous@snapdeal.com but no reply so far. Today morning, My bro called up them talked with csr and their manager, but both of them helplessly said, they have generated a request in system but cant give any specific time as to when it will be processed. So, no one is saying when the reverse pick up will be done, when I will get my refund, if ever? Interesting thing is recently, I shopped moto g and its different accessories from flipkart and they were just awesome with quick delivery, wonderful product and punctuality. I learnt my lesson NEVER EVER SNAPDEAL!!!

I do online shopping mostly. I purchased a jacket through them. But the product delivered was not as I have seen in the image. I asked for the customer service support but they didn’t help me in the right manner. So finally I purchased a jacket from woollen-wear. It is a pure wool jacket. It is unisex jacket made with the finest fabric. Its price is so less, so it’s very affordable. I can match up it with my other outfits as well. It’s 100% pure wool jacket.

I ordered a L shaped sofa cum bed on 1st of May 2014 and product was suppose to be delivered on 19th of May. After many calls, partial product arrived on 24th May. The courier guy said that is the content and we refused to accept and returned back. I spent one month with your customer care and told them if entire product is delivered we would take it. So many promises and nothing kept. Don't believe if they say they will get back in 24 hours or 48 hours. Nothing happens. Finally after a month full of frustration I called up and told them to cancel the order. Till now the order is not cancelled and money refund is pending. The reason for not cancelling the order is they still haven't received the product!! I didn't accept the courier at all then why is my money (~25,000) on hold for this?? I spoke to Nupul and Rajesh/ranjith thru senior call back and they all promise something to happen in 48 hours and I still do not have any resolution. I regret ordering from you guys. Worst experience. I have already told all my friends and colleagues not to order anything from you guys! Nobody treats customers like this! If you didn't receive the order back why should my money be held back? I am tired waiting and calling..... I am looking at ways to deal with this legally with you...... If anyone know a channel let me know!

I had ordered an item on snapdeal.com on 3rd july and as per them item would have been delivered by 7th july. Today its 10th july and still I have not seen the item. This is still ok. But the real issue is their customer care guys can�t tell me the status of the item. they just say its on transit. They also say they can�t cancel the item as item is on transit. how on earth they cant find where the item is. As per the policy I am reading as the item cost is less than 1000Rs I wont get the money refunded instead some snapdeal coupons. Full torturousexperience for me. They don�t have toll free number for customer care too. Also customer care guys are as good as nothing. They just read you rulebook that�s all. No help. Their email/facebook support doesn�t work too. You write n number of mails but no one replies. I have been doing online shoping since last 10 years and have ordered 100s of items maily on ebay and flipkart and this is the worst exp. This was my first time on snapdeal and I tell everyone it is last time. Read below FAQs on snapdeal. Just to tell these are plain lies. http://www.snapdeal.com/info/orderStatus I was never informed that there will be delay in delivery. Here in FAQs they write I will be informed about new date when item will be delivered. But even after 3 days forget email, even customer care guys can�t tell me when the item will be delivered. here is the update on 14h July. What a unprofessional people they are. horrible exp with snapdeal. Order something here first time with them and was told will be delivered on 7th. But was not delivered even on 10th. As I needed the time urgently so I wanted to cancel the order. They said item can�t be cancelled unless item is delivered back to them. Today on 14th also item is not delivered to me and when again I am requesting to cancel the delivery they say it cant be cancelled as its still in "transit". Even shamelessly they say they don�t know where the item is? I asked why dont you talk to your courier partner then they say as a customer I should talk to them.

Don't Ever Buy From Snapdeal, Worst All are used product. I have brought one DSLR camera from snapdeal. It was used and defective product, Not only camera and also dining table. All the item are not genuine and safe to buy. After getting to know i have to claim the order and retrieve my money is very hard, They will take minimum 1 month to return the money to your account.

Worst experience ever- Not Snapdeal but Snatch deal - Because you guys cheat and snatch the money I ordered for a fastrack womens sling bag on 21 June 2014 and calling snap deal everyday and spending more than Rs.10 to check on the status order ID: 2299254085 | Order Placed on : 2014-06-21 08:41:29 Each day I talk to some representative and they ask for 24 hours, 48 hours time and till now have not received any call from the delivery partner, however, they update the delivery status as consignee not available. I guess I have lost the money and would not like to spend any money calling them. It is of no use. Would never ever shop again in Snapdeal. They snatch your money - so it should be called snatchdeal

I have purchased Gionee Mobile Phone Model M2. I ordered for it on 06/06/2014 vide Order No. 2221799049 and I got the courier on 12/06/2014. After opening the packing I found that no battery is provided with the mobile phone. I immediately reported to Snapdeal by an email as well as by phone (9212692126). After sending 2 to 3 mails they agreed to return Rs 700/- in sort of SP cash i.e. SnapDeal Cash. I again wrote and phoned them that there is no battery available on your online list costing 700/- Rs. Then they agreed to return the cash of Rs. 700/-. Then I visited Gionee Service Center at Kolhapur. There the person told me that The cost of M2 model battery is Rs. 988/- including all taxes,levies and transportation charges. So I again Phoned and wrote 3 times to Snapdeal and demanded Rs.988/- or requested them to take the product back and refund my money. But now they are simply avoiding to contact me by mail or by phone and neglecting my request. as written above by Snapdeal Team I sent an email to writetous@snapdeal.com but nothing is happened. Snapdeal is a total fraud company. None should even think of buying anything from them. They deliver wrong product most of the time. If not wrong product than damaged product. Just not that they deliver product of different cheaper brand too. Never expect to get anything mentioned as free with the product on their posting. Product delivery time is worst. Packaging is worst too as they wrap cardboard pieces around the original packing which is highly unprofessional. Their refund process is the worst in industry. They definitely initiate reverse pickup but they automatically refund you in the form of SD Cash. You are required to follow up with them 100s of times if you want the amount you paid as Cash to be refunded to your Bank Account. So in reality you'll never get full refund as half or even more will be spend as telephone bill. Their Customer Service people are rogue and will start fighting with you over the phone if you start complaining about them cheating their customers. They'll not even try to resolve it but bully you that you can do whatever you want and they don't care about it. Cash on delivery is worst kind of experience with them as their delivery partner will not allow you to look at the product without paying in full.

Ordered a Tumbler holder and a sink mixer. Never got the sink mixer delivered and complained regarding the same on their Customer Care. They were unable to provide the AWB number for the same. I kept calling them for more than a week but they kept saying that they have raised a complain and cant do any thing more. They can't provide the seller detail to the customer, they can't even contact the seller and get the AWB number, some of their representative said the seller had shipped the product by hand some said it has been shipped through Gati courier. In the mean while I received the tumbler holder which came out to be some other cheap tumbler holder which i never ordered. They are just like a bunch of inexperienced stupid kids handling a on-line store. I would like to give 0 rating to delivery, product authenticity and issue resolving. Where as Flipkart can get at least 4 if not 5 in all these departments.

Snap Deal comes with a new tagline for its customers I believe. Rather than "Bachate Raho" it needs to be "Bachke Raho". Really disappointed to say that I have been a regular at snapdeal in the last 4 years and sadly I vouch never again to shop on this website. Having had a faulty product, a television delivered, no one cares to help in sorting the issue and replacing the missing parts of the item and  follow up on a daily basis just gets me to hear from the call center execs and supervisors that someone from the concerned dept will get in touch and the money is covered under trust pay. Frustrated enough with the extended wait of 2 weeks, when asked for a return on the product, the call centre guys just have the audacity to tell us that it is not a mistake on snapdeals end. I am extremly upset about the way a customer is treated by Snapdeal and annoyed that a high value product such as a television is lying at my home as a wasted product with me not knowing what to do with it . JUST TWO WORD FOR SNAPDEAL . DISGUSTING SERVICE! . All I can say is if you want to shop for high value goods thru this website, you must be a good gambler willing to take the risk with your money. else shop on other online website like flipkart that are better with their product and response or just go and shop safely at a store where you can buy your products with the satisfaction of not having to go thru HELL for saving yourself a couple of bucks

Order Number 2137996375. Request #7122083: Snapdeal Okay. I thought of writing a lengthy description of the inconvenience I am facing dealing with snapdeal but it seems the whole internet is flooded with these complaints, and I am not alone. So we all agree that snap deal is a typical Indian company which has entered the market in time but lacks capability and ethics, and definitely intentions. Surely this will lead to its demise one day. Any ways, I am facing the same issues; I ordered activity walker for my son's first birth day, after three days they informed me that the shipment was delayed by three days, after three days I called customer care as I received no other information. They told me that the order was getting canceled! And I was not informed! Non sense. After few days when I did not get refund, I called customer care, and they said they would get back by EOD. They did not. And I have been calling them daily for the last 7 days for getting the transaction id if they have refunded but of no use. Have you guys invested my money some where? Or are you using it to pay your employees? God knows. Anyways I am evaluating an option to move to consumer court since it is a fraud of a type. Has any one tried it?

First of all these people never take action on solving an issue. Haven't received a parcel whose estimated delivery date was 30.6.14 and the product is lying at the courier office since 2nd July 14. Now I was trying to make an order of sanitary items and on their home page I found a promo code for the same "FIX25". They have listed around 1700 faucets under the promo code but while using the code during checkout its saying invalid promo code. I made a cart of 10 products (total 37 items) having a cart value of Rs.26095.00 and I guess i will have to cancel the order for their pathetic service.

Order ID: 2195660888 Its been days since I purchased Nexus 5 from Snapdeal. I received the email the same day the phone has been shipped along with the tracking ID of bluedart (Waybill number: 59274126380) I have been tracking the shipment and it only says it has arrived Delhi Hub on 3rd June. Since then bluedart has been saying the same thing to me: the server shows arrival of the shipment but in actual there is no shipment available at the Hub. Now I have registered my complaint with snapdeal (request #7042234) and they tell me they will get back in 2 days with a response about the issue in delay. I have no idea what to do now, been tweeting to snapdeal about this and they are not responding.

product rates are competitive but they make you wait for ages to deliver your product. it takes almost a week to get the product and hopeless courier service! i got a phone and it took like 6 days to reach Bangalore. They confuse customers saying "shipment 1 day" and people would assume it's delivery within a day. 4-7 days of delivery is hidden somewhere and they fool people. they take their own sweet time to pack their products and send it. i wouldn't buy anything from snapdeal again.

Ordered a Bling 3 handset on 24th March and got a faulty product delivered on 29th March. Then they made a reverse pickup through Blue Dart Courier who didn't come for pick up for next 3 days and ultimately I went on to give the packet to their office. (I wonder what kind of reverse pick up that was). Any how they received the product back on 6th of April but never made a confirmation of the receiving. Ultimately I called them and got the confirmation about receiving the product and they ensured me that the faulty product will go for a checking and I will get back a new one once completed . They also assured me that the procedure will take at max 2-3 working days. In the mean while 15 days passed and I contacted them for about 7-8 times and they always kept saying that just 2-3 days more and finally on 20th April I got a mail saying I won't get the replacement and they will refund my amount in 4-5 days. So ultimately I had to wait from 24th March to 26th April just to get NOTHING. I thought I was probably unlucky and tried purchasing one more product this time a Pendrive and a Graphics Card. I was ordering through my android handset and since they provide a ine time usable coupon for ordering from android mobile I used APP100 coupon, but that didn't change the price. I called them and a representative said the minimum cart value should be Rs. 700, but in the web site its mentioned it should be Rs. 500, I said my cart value is over Rs. 700 so he said try placing a fresh order and use the coupon. again the same problem but this time another representative said min cart value should be Rs. 800, I mailed them and they said it's not applicable on pendrives (which is not mentioned in their web site), but I removed the pendrive from my cart and just orederd the Graphics Card. But the same problem occured and again when I wrote them the replied back min cart value should be Rs. 499 and again wrote in Pendrives are not included. Now I am not sure whether the goes through the mails we write them or just post some auto genereted replies. None of their Customer Care representatives provides valid information. They need to provide better service if they are willing to get new customers.

Worst part is now they are saying we will try to ship it else be sure, your money will get refunded. What the assurance they are giving, money undoubtedly they have to return. Then when I called the customer care for clarification, they said that the product is out of stock. This is most ridiculous experience a customer can ever have. Hey snapdeal guys, learn something from fashionandyou. Not just their product is great, priced right but they deliver as promised in time. I am pretty sure that I will not choose snapdeal ever again and tell people to do so. Hi, I have ordered Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo from Snapdeal on 27th April'2014. It was delivered on 2nd May'14. The product was delivered to me and was faulty. The customer support arranged immediate pickup on 5th of May'14. The product was partially damaged, its back cover was scratched and charger seemed to be used. Overall a second hand mobile what seems to me. I have brought product via my credit card on EMI. My credit card date is due and it's almost a month now that I haven't been able to see or use the product. I have tried calling snapdeals adamant customer support repeatedly and also talked to their supervisor who haven't been able to provide me with a suitable response. After tracking the status of product via Courier agency AWB no SND0066447. I see the product has been unattended since 6th May and is still there at Gurgaon hub. I am not sure what these people are up to, It must have been more than 10 times I have asked them for follow-up but none of them has replied neither had courtesy to address my grievance. They have put me in a situation, wherein I have asked them to cancel the order but they say they can't process my request until they hear back from on field team for product. I am frustrated, annoyed and helpless. The product was supposed to be gift to someone and Snapdeal has spoilt complete joy of gifting anything online. I really want to get my money back. I don't want the product anymore. What should be the next step? I have already written to help@snapdeal.com & writeus@snapdeal.com. No response yet !! I am fed up of assurance. I want money back.

Hi, just stating another irresponsible act of snapdeal. On 7th May 2014 I bought a Dell 19" (via order number - 2065559440) which was supposed to be shipped out from snapdeal's hand on 8th May 2014. But after number of hard communications on 9th the said order was shipped out from snapdeal's hand, and in snapdeal's website the estimated delivery date was showing as 14th may 2014. When I contacted with the Logistics company (Gati) they said they will be delivering on 17th May 2014. Now snapdeal is simply in no answer mode. Earlier also I bought from snapdeal for more than 20 instances and in every time it was a smooth experience. It's really very surprising what went wrong with snapdeal that they suddenly came into the mode of customer harassment instead of building happy customer base. I bought a spilt AC. The delivery date given to me was 8th may but product was not delivered when i contacted the courier company they said delivery date was 10th may in their system not 8th. On contacting snap deal customer care they said i will surely get my product next day and was assured of status call but product has not been delivered yet and no call back either from snap deal. Their system still shows delievry date as 8th may. Their is no coordination between different sections of thier organisation. Worst service quality experience for me.

I have ordered Samsung Galxy S Duos on 7th may 2014. The estimated shipping date was 8th may.i have called SD customer care on 8th may 12.30 PM as there was some emergency and I was not able to be present at shipping place for next 1 week. I asked them to change my shipping address as product was not dispatched till 1.00 PM on the 8th may. the person From SD given me information that the invoice has been already generated and product is ready to be dispatched so can�t change shipping address. he also said that I will be receiving a mail and message till 11.30 PM max on 8th may which will give me the details about the courier provider(including contact Number and ID) so that I can coordinate with him about product delivery. till 12.00 I did not receive any confirmation regarding the product dispatch. after that I called them again and asked if product is not dispatched than cancel my order they regret for that as well. I would like to mention that I have order the product from "BEST SELLER OF SD Zone -m", "Worst For ME" who gives commitment to dispatch ur order in 1 business day. is failed to dispatch my order in 2 business day and SD people do not have any satisfactory ans why product is not dispatched if it is ready and invoice is already generated. the worst exp of shipping and delivery in e-shopping. highly unsatisfied with the customer support service never go for such e-commercing who does not understand ur concern n query.

I purchased Samsung 32GB class 6 micro SD card from snapdeal, if came with 5 years warranty. If worked ok for a month. But now it got corrupted. It is not recognized by my phone or by my laptop using a card reader. I contacted snapdeal, they told me to got to local Samsung service care center. But the service center guy told me that they are not responsible for memory cards above 2GB capacity the dealer who sold this card is responsible i.e Snapdeal. So again I contacted Snapdeal and they are not ready to take responsibility, they say 10 days after the product is delivered they are not responsible for it. Please help me what should I do. The Samsung customer care executive says only the dealer who sold the card through snapdeal can get it replaced through Samsung, I cannot get it replaced at the service center.

I have purchased puma elite blue sneakers 2 months ago for 1750/-and I have not put it more than 3 or 4 timed.And the shoes burst out, got damage. I complained at snapdeal but they ignored it saying only 7 days product guarantee. It is unexplanatory. Every online sites such as myntra or jabong or any other gives 3 to 6 months manufacturing defect guarantee and this worstvsite snapdeal gives only 7 days guarantee. I suggest all not to buy anything from snapdeal.com I would never buy anything from snapdeal.com. And I post everywhere facebook or any other platform that dont buy from snapdeal.com and I also forbad my hostelers to buy from snapdeal. com.

I have done shopping in Snapdeal many a times, and this one was my worst experience ever. My order id is 2021989937. Placed my order on 29th April, and the product was dispatched on 30th April. Still dint receive my order. the product is with ECOM Express since 30th April. When I contacted ECOM Express , they are telling Man power shortage. The product was supposed to be a Birthday Gift and the B'day is over. Disappointed by Snapdeal as well as ECOM Express. My worst experience ever in Snapdeal. The worst part is product is dispatched from Bangalore and I'm also in Bangalore. it is more than a week now.. I had the worst shopping experience with Snapdeal. I have ordered one Fastrack watch 2 weeks before and is not delivered yet. They promised the deliver within 3 days, but I have not received the product still. When I called them regarding this issue, they said they will deliver the product "today" and they have been telling this for the past 1 week. They don't provide an option of cancelling the order online. I was totally pissed off and asked them to cancel the order. They said, since they have initiated the shipment, they dont have a provision to cancel the order now, and if I want to cancel, I have to wait till the product is delivered and then I have to reject it for cancellation !!. I have ordered something else on Flipkart one week later, which they promised to deliver in 2 days and I received the product in 1 day. They have the best service ever. I made a mistake by ordering in Snapdeal. I did that because they had a better deal of the product. Now, my money is gone and I haven't received the product. When it is delivered, God knows what product they deliver. I'm totally pissed off. I will never ever do any shopping on Snapdeal. Hate it !!!

Am willing writing here that .... Snap Deal Is the Worst Shopping Site ever on my overall shopping experiences ,They not given the product on time & also they not shipped the Item As mention on site. If you call Them they only say sorry for the delay ... it will not be again . Also Remember you will hear sorry for the inconvenience/delay , a sms & a mail , thank you for contacting snap deal customer care ....... Advice to all readers please make a google search before you buying from snap deal & read the review .

I order one product from SNAP DEAL on 28-04-2014, but I dint received the product till 05-05-2014, when I called the customer service they gave a very bad response as if they are doing some charity. Later next day I got the message from them that product no more available with them and they are not able to process the order. Now waiting for my refund. Will not recommend any one to shop here, other online sites are much better in delivering products and collection as well. Hope this review will help.

Ordered a Dining Table with 6 chairs on 27th March, 2014 Order No 1874470146. Delivery was substantially delayed and there was no communication from Snapdeal about the delay. Material was incomplete even when the consignment was received. The complete set of Hardware was left out. Even after 41 days of Order placement Snapdeal is not able to clarify why they delayed supplies and why and where vital components were misplaced. There is absolutely no control on the part of SNAPDEAL on the delivery process. Their Customer Care does no respond and I had to spend enormous amount of time and money trying to reach them on phone . Unfortunately while doing on-line purchase we pay 100 per cent amount on placement of order. After they collect the money SNAPDEAL says why should they care for their customer as it does not bring in any additional revenue. To retain buyers' confidence on on-line shopping we have to eliminate players like SNAPDEAL from the On-line space . Product quality is absolutely poo,r as most of the items are picked up from the flea markets in Malaysia and China at throw away prices and sold to us at least 10 times the procurement prices. Beware of SNAPDEAL

Snapdeal: WORST online shopping site ever.

I am writing this to alert people from the online shopping website Snapdeal. I had placed an order for 'One hundred years of solitude', a bestselling novel on 22nd April 2014. The first shocking thing was that only the estimated shipping date given by them was 28th April. I mean, seven days just to dispatch the product? That too, when the site said that the product was well in stock? The order said, that after the shipping date, it would at least take 3-4 days more, after shipping for the product to get delivered. Are you serious? 11 days for a goddamn book? Dude, I don't stay on the moon.... I had already made the payment for this order. Now each day I checked the status of this order, it showed in progress. After 28th April as well, the status showed in progress. That means, even after the estimated delivery date had passed, my order wasn't even shipped, leave apart delivering it. Irritated by the irresponsible behavior of the company, I called up the customer care executive on 2nd May. On this call as well, all I got was just apologies. What am I going to do with those apologies? They didn't even ensure me that my order would be delivered at some point in time. And the worst part was, on 4th of May, I received a SMS from my bank saying that the credit value spent upon the order has been reversed. i.e. they cancelled my order without even bothering to inform me, not even a single mail. How discourteous. I just thank God, that it was just a book and I didn't buy some expensive product. I swear I won't shop with Snapdeal after this bad experience.

I have ordered an iphone 5c which was supposed to be a gift. Hence it must have been shipped on time, which did not happen. Hence i called the customer care to cancel the order, which also did not happen. The reason they gave me was seller might have shipped the order we re not sure of it, so we cannot cancel the order. They do not have proper co ordination with the seller and they refuse to give the seller details due to their company policy ( Which are not in favorable of the customer). This website doesn't provide a local office address to meet in person nor gives the seller details. Even the customer care no. lands up in a BPO where a person would recite the script given to him rather than giving a convincing solution. We common people don have the time or resources to go to a consumer court to resolve this problem. So we give the money to these guys and literally beg them for a proper answer which we do not get. This is the worse E-commerce site i ve ever seen. I wonder how it became this famous.

Online FRAUDS and CHEATS... Stay away from SNAPDEAL!

Firstly I have been an online shopper from quite sometime and have done shopping on major shopping portal like flipkart, myntra, snapdeal, jabong etc. However, I had the most painful experience while shopping with Snapdeal.com. 30th March - I purchased a Iball tablet 9728 on 30th March 2014(order number 1883647905) and paid the amount through credit card 1st April - Received the tablet and as soon as I opened it I noticed it there is a black patch on the screen and colours are muted at certain places on the screen. I immediately mailed the snapdeal customer support team and asked them to replace the tablet. 2nd April - Snapdeal Customer support reverted on 2nd April and provided me a complaint number 5801878. 3rd April - Snapdeal Customer Support reverted with an email asking for photos of the product. The customer support mail looks like this - "This email is regarding your Order no 1883647905 We apologise for the inconvenience caused. As per our telephonic conversation earlier, we request you to to kindly send the pictures of the product delivered to you within 24 - 48 hours. We will revert back once the images are received at our end. In case of any further assistance or clarification on this issue, please reply back to this email. Assuring you of our best services always, Yours sincerely, Customer Service Team – Snapdeal.com" Its strange that no one from Snapdeal has called me but still they write it as "as per our telephonic conversation". I sent the pictures of the products showing and highlighting the product defects right on 3rd April itself. 5th April - Received an automated SMS from a local courier that the tablet would be picked on 5th April itself but no one turned up. 7th April - I mailed the Snapdeal Customer Support informing them that no courier person turned up even after receiving SMS. NO REPLY FROM SNAPDEAL TILL 10th APRIL. 10th April - I mailed them again sending them a reminder to collect the faulty tablet. 11th April - Snapdeal Customer Support team replies that the product would be picked up in next 48 hours. This is the email that I receieved - "Snapdeal Support, Apr 11 12:55: Dear, We apologise for the delay in resolving your complaint. As per our phone conversation we have re-scheduled a reverse pickup for Order Number:1883647905 and this should be done within next 48 working hours. Requesting you to please keep the product ready. In case of any further assistance or clarification on this issue, please reply back to this email. Assuring you of our best services always, Yours sincerely, Customer Service Team – Snapdeal.com" Again Snapdeal customer support writes this as "as per our telephonic conversation" . while the fact is that NO ONE FROM SNAPDEAL CALLED ME UP. It’s amazing to see how habitual they are in writing "as per our telephonic conversation" From 11th April till 28th April there is no conversation from SNAPDEAL. On 28th April I sent them a stinker mail asking them to pick the tablet and refund the money. Probably SNAPDEAL customer support team’s 48 hours could be equal to some decades on the planet from which they come along. The tablet I purchased was of approximately 13000 INR and SNAPDEAL cheated me by handling me a faulty product. My suggestion stay away from SNAPDEAL. They may sound like they show motherly care till the time you have shelled your hard earned money but after that its like "WE DON’T CARE!"

There is no customer support, I'll never ever open Snapdeal website in future. They are replying by email, and the replayed mail is not clearing your query, its automated emails, So please never ever shop with snapdeal. 1. I ordered "Dunhill Desire for Men - 100 ML" from Snapdeal.com on 26th April, 2014. Order No. 2008424306. Sub Order No. 2719178116. 2. The mode of payment was COD. 3. The order was duly received and Rs. 1,374/- were paid to the courier. 4. Upon opening the package I discovered the I was not given "Dunhill Desire for Men - 100 ML" but a similarly packaged and bottled product by the name of "Daniel Hills - Desir". 5. The product was absolutely fake. 6. Snapdeal has offered no explanation despite repeated requests. They are yet to provide me my refund.

Bought a Land Line Panasonic Phone had problems but got resolved

This was my first order with Snapdeal. Bought a Panasonic Land Line Corded phone KX-TS880M. The phone was delivered at Rs 2550/- but the angular stand was broken. So returned it. Followed their cumbersome return policy 1) Take a photo of a faulty product 2) Raise a complaint 3) Get their approval 4) Send the product with their courier. It took around 10 days for all this to happen. However, they ended up cancelling my order when I wanted a replacement which was strange. They could have simply filled in the order with another seller as they had the phone in stock. So I waited until they refund my money; which they did in 3-5 days. Raised a new order. Now, the price was Rs 2650/- and the phone was delivered in 4 days. The phone was original, good packing this time and in good condition. No complains. I would buy from them in future but this never happened with Flipkart even once and I ordered around 10+ times from them. Good luck :-)

I bought food processor on Snapdeal. Firstly it was delivered after 9 days although the estimated delivery time was 7 days. And after delivery we found water cool jug instead of food processor. It was very irritating experience. Finally they cancelled my order. And I am still waiting for refund & that will take another 5 to 7 days. Some of the poor service of this site are No tracking of your order. No control on supplier. No authenticity of the product. And very poor courier service, they deliver by Gati courier.

They have sent me only Camera Body (there is no Canon EF-S 18-55 mm IS Lens Kit). They clearly mentioned on their website with full Package contents including Canon EF-S 18-55 mm IS Lens Kit with Camera. I bought Lenovo a516 (order ID: 1962793813 | Order Placed on : 2014-04-16 16:17:31),, delivered on 23/4/2014. i was very shocked that the phone is ''USED-DAMAGED PHONE', the LCD Display not working and the Battery already attached inside the phone and the user manual is missing and there is DOA certificate inside the box with the name, address, phone number etc.. of the previous customer who bought the phone. Till today i dint even get any mail from snapdeal how to ruturn this damaged phone they sent me. they told me to wait for 48 hours. My experience with snapdeal is not good.

I brought Lenovo 10inch TAB on Snapdeal, First oft all it took 15 days for delivery and next shocker thing was the tab was faulty. when contacted the Customer support there was no proper response. executive told me to visit the nearest service centre and get the faulty certificate. however i spent Rs.150 to get the certificate, and sent back the item to snadeal and got the refund. But my experience with snapdeal was horrible and hell. i recommend not to buy from snapdeal. Kishor

I had ordered Amkette Optimus Wireless Desktop Combo from snapdeal.com The prices they offer are lower as compared to flipkart for the same product but their delivery service is so bad that that you will regret ordering from them as they do not even inform if your item delvery is delayed.Their courier partners are very incompetent > the partner in my area was first flight and delayed my order for 2 days without even giving a clarification for why its delayed. Without a doubt flipkart has the MOST EFFICIENT delivery system in India as i have ordered many times from them and delivery is quick. Snapdeal made me feel like it is a government run e commerce website.The support staff also kept telling me to call the courier company and I had a highly frustrating experience. Another thing that annoyed me were the shipping date system because they dispatch your item after 3 days and then it takes the courier guys another 2 days to send it to you. I wish there was a rating below one star. I ordered this Rock Iphone5/5S Ultrathin Tpu Slim Jacket For Apple (Transparent)case, and what i get is a cheap china market case. Seriously, first the product is not delivered on time, it was supposed to be delivered on 18th April '14, i got it today i.e 21st April '14 and even after that it is not what you ordered, then what you are left is following up with customer care packing the product and waiting for a reverse pick up. I really want to know isn't there a product check when it is dispatched from snapdeal end. Why does it never happen with e-commerce sites such as Flipkart, Amazon. When will snapdeal learn its lessons. And this is not the first time some days i ordered am Espirit watch, the watch which was delivered was damaged again the same thing happened, though i got my money back but online shopping is for convenience and not for grievance. And my bad that i have also ordered a fossil watch which is supposed to be dispatched on 23rd April '14, I hope nothing goes wrong with it. Am neva gonna shop again be it any cheap deal coz buy cheap stuff from a cheap website is of no use. SNAPDEAL IS JUST ANOTHER STUPID SHOPPING WEBSITE..!!

Snapdeal Affiliate Program is fake.This Guys are non trust-able after working for them 3-4 Months they will stop your CONVERSIONS. they are cheating with affiliates and not paying the earning which you earn with your Hard work. I have have sold there products more than 2 Lakhs and then they stop my CONVERSIONS. They cheated Never work Snapdeal. They will never pay you. My account was approved. Also when you will follow up them regarding the same they will never reply you. As they know they need to pay you. I sent them 10+ Email on affiliate@snapdeal.com and help@snapdeal.com but they never replied. My affiliate id is 3880 Better to work with Amazon and Flipkart

Sir I have purchased a headset from snapdeal (order number 1889703389) and the airbud came out just after 5 days of receiving the product. When I asked for a replacement they (snapdeal) simply denied saying that the product was seal packed when it was just merely packed and there was no such thing called a “seal”. If they have any doubt they can check with any standard item of that company. I am highly disappointed with their service and I feel cheated. I would like to raise a few points to the company 1. The product is faulty and I deserve to get a standard product for which I have paid. 2. . The package was not seal packed but it was merely packed and anybody can take it out as there is nothing like a seal. You can verify it with any standard product that you have. 3. . I have reported and wanted to return the product within your so called “trust pay no question asked for faulty product“ 7 days return policy as the airbud came out just after 5 days of receiving the product. 4. I have not tampered the product so it is not my fault and I decline to use a substandard product delivered to me

I wanted to order an AC and hence browsed through Flipkart and unfortunately they didn’t have this product. I then tried to check other e-commerce websites and found this product in snapdeal. I ordered the product(order number: 1949992266) by making a full payment online through snapdeal.com. I got a message stating that the product will reach me within 2 to 3 business days. I still did not receive it after 3 business days. I had to call the customer service and then they informed me that its going to take 3 more days(19th April 2014) to get this product delivered. On 19th April, I called the customer service once again and they informed that I will have to check with the courier partner Gati and gave a number to call. Again, I called Gati and they informed that the product will be delivered only on 21st April. I informed that I need the product delivered urgently and added the snapdeal executive also in the same call. We all had conversation and finally snapdeal agreed to get this escalated and get the product delivered on 19th April itself, the assured delivery date. Snapdeal informed that they will call back within 2 hours. No one called back. Again I had to call Snapdeal, spoke to escalation help desk. They informed that, they cannot do anything since its out of business hours and will have to wait for 48 hours. I sighed and thought "My god! Why did I order this through Snapdeal and had to go through all this ordeal!:( To summarize, I would not recommend snapdeal to anyone. It would be at your own risk. If at all you are ordering only opt for Cash on delivery because there would be delay in delivery for sure and you can easily cancel your order and look for other avenues. The customer service is really bad and do not expect any follow up even if you escalate. Its been more than one week and I’m still waiting for my product and don’t know when it will be delivered.:(

I purchased Samsung 32GB class 6 micro SD card from snapdeal, if came with 5 years warranty. If worked ok for a month. But now it got corrupted. It is not recognized by my phone or by my laptop using a card reader. I contacted snapdeal, they told me to got to local Samsung service care center. But the service center guy told me that they are not responsible for memory cards above 2GB capacity the dealer who sold thiscard is responsible i.e Snapdeal. So again I contacted Snapdeal and they are not ready to take responsibility, they say 10 days after the product is delivered they are not responsible for it. Please help me what should I do. The Samsung customer care executive says only the dealer who sold the card through snapdeal can get it replaced through Samsung, I cannot get it replaced at the service center.

I placed my order of Laurels couple watches(1948284164) on 13thApril2014. It was mentioned on product page that it would be dispatched within 3 business days. But after 3 business days, the status of my order is still showing in progress. I have emailed them but everytime they sent automated email. Their 24/7 customer service no. sucks badly. It disconnects abruptly after exactly 18 seconds.

I placed the order on 3rd April 2014 for three sarees.. Cheap sarees for a project I was working on. The last one was marked at Rs. 67. I called on 8th April 2014 to inquire about the delivery of the second and the third product. I was told that the product will be dispatched within 24 hours. I called on 11th April, for the last product and I am told that snapdeal made a mistake on the pricing of the product and so the order has not been placed. According to the term of sale snapdeal is either suppose to get in touch with me or cancel the order and get in touch with me. In both cases, snapdeal is suppose to get in touch with me. Which of course did not happened. The status says "in process" even today. I wrote to them and the response i get is this: "We request you to treat this incident as an exception and not as a yardstick to evaluate the quality of service, we strive to achieve for our valued customers." Three times ... and that is all they write. No explanation !!! I wasted 8 days from my project deadline. A lot can be done in 8 days. I want an explanation as to why I almost failed in my project.

I ordered a TOSHIBA satellite ultrabook viz a viz order no. 1889068297 on 31st MARCH 14 and est. shipment date was 4th APRIL. I sincerely waited till 7th and made a call to their care and came to know ,they changed the seller as the product was not available with the one i ordered to and a new suborder no. 2604358158 was provided and new est. shipment date was 10th APRIL and today it's 13th and i have called several times on their shitty so called customer care and spent nearly 200 bucks since 7th and i am completely fed up with their f**ked up care service hearing their apologies over and over again, providing a new date and excuse every time with automated message still telling me that ur product will be shipped upto 10th APRIL on 13th of APRIL. i mean WTH!! I request here again to look into my order and ship it ASAP.

I bought a Toshiba laptop from snapdeal which did not even worked for the first time after unpacking the product. Understanding that sometimes product turn out to be faulty i called up snapdeal for their so called TrustPay service where you can return a faulty product. This is where my trauma started. After numerous calls and followups i was told that there is an SLA against which they work ( which is never adhered to ! ) . Every agent in the call centre did nothing except "Apologising for the inconvenience caused" . Finally my product was picked up from home for return but nothing happened after that. On calling the courier company i was told there is an audit going on and snapdeal is not excepting returns and i need to wait !!! ( I work for an international top consulting firm and we do many more rigorous audits and no audit stops you from doing regular work that impacts customer satisfaction ) . Subsequently my product was finally recieved by snapdeal, however another story began with agents telling me that they have an SLA of 48 hrs to respond with full resolution post reciept of return product. However as expected this SLA again turned out to be an eye wash and passed without any action. Pls note it is only me who are calling them regularly ( they are not bothered to update with the relevant reasons for delay ! ) . Current situation is that 15 days have passed and nothing has been done, i cannot feel more cheated and helpless than this. Their customer feedback system is crap and organisation is sufferring from high bureaucracy with little attention to customer satisfaction. They would loose all their 'repeat' customers at this level of operations. My experience is that if your product turns out to be right then you are lucky otherwise welcome to the hell !

I had purchased two products of Oakley vis a vis order# 1921231300 and 1904291516! I found the product description wrong and so the product was wrong too. I informed Snapdeal about it and I got a reply citing "Since, the product was delivered without any damage or fault, refund cannot be processed" Do you even know what is your reply? I sent them enough evidences to claim my argument. Inspite of being a loyal and long term customer of Snapdeal, this is the response one receives! I was sorry to read about ppl buying products worth 50K n above from here, just to get their patience tested! DO NOT TRUST TRUSTPAY! Their policies read different than what they say on phone! i had orderd for 2 epson L210 printers on 14/03/2014 & made payments of Rs. 18800/- , & thereafter i cancelled the order as i was getting a better price elsewhere & i asked for a refund of which i was given a refund of only Rs. 9400/-. from that day onwards ive been calling up the customer care almost everyday but they seem to be telling me that they have alrdy given the 18800 refund, i mailed them my bank statement that shows credit of only 9400/- but my issue is not resolved till date.

I ordered a couple of swing cars a week back. No update received from snapdeal even after a week though the site conveyed the product will be delivered in 4th day from my order. So I called them to get the status but the answer was disgusting and it is they are going to cancel one of my item due to high demand they can not ship the item but they can ship if I place the order again today. They did not even have courtesy to intimate you either by email or call if your order is being cancelled whatever may the reason. Until I call them I did not know if they cancelled one of my ordered items. Such a poor service I never encountered till now. You may end up in trouble like me if you order the items here for gifting. Be aware before placing order.

I am a regular buyer on shopping cart. Mostly use Amazon, Ebay, Flipcart..etc. Recently I purchased one product from Snap deal and then found unsatisfied from that product. They had mention it in the billing page if you are not satisfied with the product then 7 days money back policy is there.But when I called the customer care people and they said we have many more terms and condition. And we cant able to return your money. They I got to know how badly i cheated by this Indian Cheater company. So advice to internet buyer before buying and before seeing those offers on Snap deal page please visit their terms and condition or just avoid to use snap deal and go for some international brand like Amazon, Ebay ...etc. Just want to inform you guys to avoid any such kind of situation. Hi There is no response regarding my sony xpria L which i return back on 10th Mar 2014 , for the complaint of hanging and restarting i complaint it on 27th Fed 2014 after that there is no response. whenever i called costumer care there is no proper response other then wait for 24 to 48 Hours even for mail communication also Kindly find the previous mail for your information. after receiving i didn't use it much as whenever phone rings it hang's and rested automatically.i also visited sony services center and they changed software 4.1 version even after that there was no change in it again it was hanging so i went again and they changed 4.2 version after that also the phone doesn't work properly same hanging and restating complaint started again i'm not satisfied with phone and also with the snapdeal as there is no response for my mails and my calls.. and also they are telling false information. this very stupid service i spoke with Mr.Sandeep supervisor he telling wait for 2 days . why should i wait 2 days it's been completed time which is you haven given.. now de sided to go for legally it's better for us right ... it's a big fraud site i can promote all other social site...

With cash on delivery option, chances of getting your product on time is better, also you can cancel the product at any time, without having any problem.DON'T RELAY ON IT'S CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICE, AND DON'T TRY TO CALL ON ITS COURIER SERVICE NUMBER , IT DON'T WORK.

The worst delivery and courier service in India. In the time, where other companies are providing the products on the very next day, in this time Snapdeal takes 5-7 days to deliver the products (Though they commit to deliver in 3-4 days) Courier service, I have no word to explain about this, there is no any mechanism to track our order status, if you call on the given phone number of the courier provider, no one will going to take your call, you will waste your money and time.

I placed an order of nokia 220 for rs 2730 . order number 1848650883 and complainrequest number is 5645079. , but they sent me wrong product . when i asked them to either replace or refund under their 7 days trust policy . their representative Dhananjay Shashidharan replied me back from email address from help@snapdeal.com on march 24th 2014, stating that they will only refund rs 200 instead of 2730 back in the form sd cash(which means i won't get money in bank account instead i can buy something from their website .. they have saved my phone number in their phone answering machine and don't reply to my phone. horrible experience . when i called them on the 1st day representative told me to send pictures of product at help@snapdeal.com and promise to refund later i got following message snapdeal that they will give only rs 200 instead of rs 2730. if they don't resolve this issue . i will take this case to consumer court. review bad on website like mouthshut,com , http://indianconsumercomplaints.in/ etc. for the protection of rest of the buyers. thanks prahlad das --------------------------------------- Dhananjay Shashidharan, Mar 24 17:50: Dear Prahlad, Thank you for your response. I ordered a Philips 3D LED TV vide order number 1789481003 dated 06-march-2014, model was Philips 32PFL 7977/v7 TV. I received a used and DEFECTIVE LED TV. It was sent by GATI courier to my city Shimla, and I received it on 14th march. Package right from first sight looked suspicious as box in which it was packed was for Philips 6900 series.it make me suspicious whether I have received a right TV. I opened the pack to check whether the TV is 7977 or 69xx series which I have not ordered. First sight look so shabby, it was full of dust very loose packing with nuts flying here and there and when I checked the serial number, a fake and dubious serial number which was imposed on a Philips existing serial number, seems something has been done to hide the real serial number. And the another surprise a slip outside the box has another serial number which mentioned some detail of TV. I immediately has lodged a complaint to Snapdeal website number was 5506037. I did not get any satisfactory reply regarding this complaint number until today. I checked the TV by playing a movie file next day, one more slap on my face. LED is showing a big black line, ya seller ADITI electronics, Hyderabad (seller on invoice received) deliberately has sent a USED and DEFECTIVE TV to me. Seller knew that this TV is defective, that is why he did not send in proper box, so that manufacturing date can be concealed for any buyer like me and fake serial numbers on box as well as TV.I also made a complaint to another helpline email writetous@snapdeal.com, complaint number is 5524690, in reply to this complaint, they asked me to send the photographs of defective TV, which I sent them immediately,but no satisfactory response till now. My first complaint was lodged just on receipt of tv,no. was 5506037,it has been nine days since then,in this era of facebook,twitter,whatapp etc ,not even a single satisfactory reply for 9 days,very ridiculous indeed.it should not take more than 48 hrs to resolve the complaint.snapdeal simply is not willing and does not have mechanism to resolve customer complaints on priority basis. By buying a TV from Snapdeal, i have become a matter of ridicule for my family as well as in neighborhood. I paid money to Snapdeal, and they sent me a crap. Really a crapdeal company. snapdeal should take this junk TV from my home and refund my money.

Every time you are saying the same message, but nothing happened, my complaint was not yet resolved. since its more that 60 days you are keeping my money without any reasons. All snapdeal representatives are fraud peoples, Since last 3 days i have called snapdeal several times, They are saying there are "no supervisors available in the floor and we will arrange a call back", But till now i didn't receive even a single call from snapdeal. I'm damn sure you guys are not working to resolve the problem, i don't know in what intention you are holding my money. Send my mobile back / initiate a refund. Don't cheat innocent persons. I have received a faulty product XOLO A500S IPS Mobile from snapdeal on 20th January, immediately 21st January, I raised a complaint to Snapdeal. Since then everyday I am calling their customer service, surprisingly till today i didn't get a proper update on my mobile/refund.. I have spent so much on calling them (More than Rs. 600), i have made a blender mistake by buying the mobile from Snapdeal... Now they are saying that they are searching for my mobile. They are very well trained to say "Sorry for the inconvenience, we have escalated your complaint and you will get a resolution soon" But now i'm waiting for more that 60 days with no ****ing response from Snapdeal. They should refund my money back or should send my faulty mobile back.. i have no clue why they are having a team to support their customers. I have no idea whether I will get my money back or not?? just got a casio watch from Snapdeal.It was poorly packed and the plastic box was damaged. As per casio policy the invoice+stamped warranty card is required for availing the warranty.Called up snap-deal, they said only invoice was required.I got confused and send a mail to casio india.This is the mail I get back - Dear Customer, Thank you for sending your email to Casio Care. As per your query, we are sorry to inform you that Snapdeal.com is not Casio India authorized channel on-line partner. Further, we would like to inform you that our warranty is limited one, valid for 2 years counting from the date of your purchase and valid only in country of purchase. Please refer to the following warranty conditions in case of repair. A. Documents necessary: You should have original invoice and Casio India warranty card duly stamped by seller(a warranty card is enclosed with the Watch) with you. B. Repair under warranty is applicable only when your product is in the warranty period and the cause of your case meets the conditions stipulated in the warranty. Warm regards, - I contacted snapdeal again and told that I cannot accept the watch since it does not have a warranty.So far I made like 4 phonecalls 6-7 mails.They are so stubborn that they say that only the invoice is required for availing the warranty.I had already forwarded the email from Casio India. Now they are asking me to get a written proof from casio that they will not honour the warranty.My question how does that become my responsibility.NOW I HAVE LOST MY MONEY AND HAVE TO KEEP A WATCH WITHOUT A WARRANTY WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT I HAVE EVER SEEN, DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THEM BEWARE. I ordered Jam Plus Bluetooth speakers on 4th March and was surprised to receive a second hand Bluetooth speaker tough I paid the full price in advance. As their returns policy says that they will rearrange for hoe pic up which they did, however its a huge shock for me to know that none of the departments know whats happening in the background. I think its a bunch of illiterate people who's been hired at low salary by the CEO of Snap-deal. I received a call from the cust representative later saying that they will process a refund as they don't have a replacement model. I was very frustrated as I wanted to take the speaker for an outing and too my surprise the customer service rep said that he can arrange a replacement model when I threatened him of complaining it on other website. Than comes another bouncer wherein I received a message today that they have shipped a Lenovo A369i mobile phone and will be delivered before 20th. I called the customer service again and they assured me that its the Jam speakers that they will be delivering and asked me to ignore the message. But I called again as I smelled something fishy and got a reply from the representative that they themselves don't know the reason for order booking of Lenovo mobile hence will get revert after 3-4 days. Go to hell Snap-deal. Bunch of cheaters who don't know ABCD of online shopping and are wasting time of innocent shoppers.

It was my first experience at Snapdeal. I place an order on 6th Mar. Order generated and status showed on 7th as "product ships by 8th". But upon following on for the product, on 11th finally they procurred the product and shipped. After around 10 mails, more than 20 calls, I got the product on 15th. But the customer support response, the attitude is worse from all. Will never ever suggest anyone to buy from this site.

I received a faulty product (Sony MDR-ZX100A Headphones - Price Rs 580/-) from snapdeal on 12th Feb-14 evening, immediately i.e 13th feb-14 monring, I raised a complaint about it to Snapdeal through their Complaint form where I was informed that they will get in touch with me within 48 hrs with solution to my problem. Since that day eveyday I am calling their customer care to hear only one standard statement, "Sorry for inconvenience, someone will definetly call you back in next 24hrs with solution, I assure you". Surprisingly till date i.e 15th March-16 their 24hrs is not over and the saddest part is that again i called today and i got the same reply, how ridiculous is that? I am really surprised that how they are not even bothered to keep me updated on whats happening on my complaint. Their customer care people are of zero help as they dont know anything, they dont say anything apart from their standard statement. I have paid Rs 580/- & i have no clue whether I will get my money back or not?? Many people on different blogs say that Snapdeal's service is bad or worst..I would say their service doesnt exist only. There is no service provided by them once they sell the product. This is worst online shopping site I've come across, they took 12 days to process the order of a wrist watch and there is no update from their end about when the item will be shipped, they are continously adding 3 days in the shipment time and are saying once the shipment is done it will take another 2-7 days in delivery. It means your order will reach you within a month approx....this is total shit, other sites like Myntra and Flipkart hardly takes 3 days to deliver the product. Will suggest you guys to avoid shopping at snapdeal.

I had ordered Swipe MTV Slate on the 8th of Feb 14 and after 10 days I received the package .. but to my disappointment I received the Swipe MTV Slash instead of MTV Slate, so without further delay I informed the SD and I was told to send it back conforming it will be replaced but now without my decision or consent they have send me sms as well as mail on 10th of March 2014 informing that it will be refund and may effect the account after 4-5 days. Did I told them to refund ... being a biggest shopping online portal they are acting in an idiotic manner. My order Id was 1687437403 I know they are very smart to say we are very sorry,inconvenience is regretted but never will they take any steps to resolve. Though I got my money back after 1 month ... Hi to all buyers, I will never suggest you to buy form snapdeal. I purchased 2 HP pendrive form here. First I received 2 packets on 2 different day.(what a shipping...) Next I received one of them faulty pendrive & I also found that it is not that which I ordered. Then I raise complain as they show TRUST WAY (never trust on it).. after 2 days no response, I called/ email multiple times but they always told me "they are working on it and revert withing 48 hours" After 20 days I received a call from them, they told me they are refunding my amount (I feel ok , that's fine) BUT I was wrong, In evening they told me that pen-drive is branded product and I have to go service center.. Here is not story end... Now turns to HP service center.... I gone one of them, they send me to another one, and after the 4th service center agreed to replace my pen-drive. Now tomorrow I get my working pen-drive (still I am not satisfy because this is not which one I ordered, But I need it in urgent...) Order ID - 1763241548 I ordered a Graphics card When I opened the Snapdeal packaging I found that the box of the graphics card which had a ASUS sticker was already broken, then inside the box I found the packet in which the graphics card was present it used to have a cellotape that was too removed. Then when I tried the Graphics card it turned to be a defective one. The box of the graphics card was also a old one, edges were tore off little and at one place it was tore off a bit and someone had put a piece of cellotape on it. Called them the guy said he would set it on priority and they would respond soon, emailed them too but no reply. It was my mistake to trust snapdeal and shop from them.

Later i received a mail that the product delivery has been delayed and i would receive the product on 3-03-2014... But i have not yet received the product. Snapdeal doesn't deserve to be in business

Horrible experience. Ordered a product and they provided a tracking number. When checked for the status of delivery using the tracking number, I noticed that the Consignee Name and Address is different from what I provided while placing the order. I called up the customer care immediately for reporting the issue. They said that their "concerned team" will work to fix this issue. It has been 4 days since the product is shipped and they haven't fixed the issue. Called up customer care multiple times to get an update on the status of my order. None of the executives seems to have an idea of what the correct status of my order is. They keep saying that their "concerned team" is working on it. They even asked me to work directly with the courier to fix the issue (Why should any customer do that!!). I hope my product get delivered some day. And, if it gets delivered, I hope I will not have to deal with a broken product.

I have shopped with snapdeal a couple of times and often there is some problem or the other. Often received broken things or wrong things!! Customer service executives have no answers, they simply listen to you and ask you to wait for a call..and you keep waiting forever. Emails / phone calls have no effect on them! The delivery sucks: it's not prompt, they send 100s of emails for every unit of product which is damn irritating and forces you NOT to order too much from them! Almost feel cheated with Snapdeal always.

if you want buy something in online,please don't think about snap deal. it is poor and worst service i ever seen. and they will fool you by showing lowest price and speed delivery. please don't believe that. if you want buy anything as very urgently then you better to choose any other service or any other shopping method.snap deal is FRAUD and POOR service...

I have sent my brand new mobile XOLO A500 S IPS on 23rd of January( bought on 20th January) to check the speaker noise issue. Snapdeal replied that they cannot fix the issue. I have received an email on 6th February mentioning that snapdeal dispatched the mobile via Delhivery courier,AWB 128610227393. I have contacted Delhivery and they said that they are not providing service in our area. So they returned the parcel back to Snapdeal on 12th of February. Since then I have contacted snapdeal so many times till today I did not receive any proper response from your customer support. I'm really very much upset with snapdeal, I dont know what you guys are doing with my mobile, where is my mobile? How long do I have to wait more? Already Its been one month. Why are you delaying to send my mobile back? Every time when i call, I'm hearing the same " escalating the issue and giving high priority to your call " .But no progress yet. Is this the way of giving high priority? Even heard an Irresponsible reply as " searching for your mobile". I cannot wait anymore. I need a strong reply. I want my mobile back immediately otherwise refund my money tomorrow / replace with a New mobile. I expect your prompt reply.

I asked snapdeal when they called me before placing the order and i even mailed them. I wanted to build a new PC for myself, so I went online looking for the parts and one thing I noticed is that the prices of Snapdeal are overall cheaper than any other online shopping site. The Seagate 1TB HDD was available for Rs. 3700 which normally sells for Rs 4100. The CPU I got for 6900 which was at that time selling for 7200 on Flipkart and even more on Ebay. The Mobo/PSU/RAM was also cheaper than the rest of the stores. So their pricing is still the best among every other retailers. In the bill it was having full retails price but Snapdeal gave the discount from their pockets which is amazing and no other retailer does that. The bill of HDD said that it costs Rs 4100 but snapdeal gave me about Rs. 350 discount from their side, no one else does that. The shipment time was good. I received 6 of my 7 products on time. Only the PSU was about a week late, Snapdeal dispatched it on time, the problem was from Bluedart and it was because of the train cancellation because of the fog near Delhi. There was only one problem though, the site description said that the Monitor has a DVI port but when I got my product then it lacked the DVI port and had only a VGA port. I reported this to Snapdeal and at first they offered me Rs. 300 as Snapdeal cash. I refused taking the Snapdeal cash and asked for a refund instead. They got me a refund within 15-20 days and it was without any problem at all. It was fine, the only thing they asked were the pictures and nothing else. I got my complete money for the monitor back without any issues whatsoever. They have always received my calls, replied to my emails and the Customer Coare is friendly. One small thing that is causing problem is that their website Wishlist feature is buggy, not really a problem but I thought it might be worth mentioning. Wishlist makes shopping easier. The packaging was way too baggy but it was very protective and came with bubble wrap on all the important computer components and everything came to me without any damage. The packaging was very protective. Note to readers : When you are browsing pages like these then take them with a pinch of salt, the reason is that people mostly come to post their review only when they are having a bad experience. People who have good experience like me rarely ever come to post in these pages. So while there might be 50-60 people complaining about the bad experience, there would be a thousand more who had good experience but did not bother posting a review. Don't get me wrong, I am not saying that these negative reviews are fake, all I am saying that the reason for lack of positive reviews is because those who have good experience don't bother to post a review while the ones who have negative experience come shouting here out loud in order to get attention and hence justice and while they are completely right in their doing, but the ones with positive reviews should also come here and post their experience. I would definitely consider shopping with snapdeal again because they have really good prices and because I had no problem in getting my refund for the monitor. I have ordered senhiser hd headphones for my brother. But it was taken nearly 15 days to deliver. This is because of delhivery courier delay. When i have tried to raise complaint with snapdeal they said we cannot provide refund. If you restrict to get the product during delivery we will get intimation from courier people . After that we will proceed for refund. How terrible it was ??. I have made my payment through netbanking. Immediate payment. But the response from snapdeal is totally worst. very worst. Dont shop in flipkart.

never ever shop here people, First of i bought a xolo mobile phone oreder no 1706584501. i received the product on the 15th feb 2014 and then the phone was acting weird on the second day itself it switch off by itself and the most embarrassing is to switch on the phone back i need to remove the battery. so i raise a complain with customer support and i got an email statinting they are looking into the matter, and since then i have send so many emails regarding the same but i haven't receive any reply nor any contact from the customer service....worst experience. never to shop here again.

To start with, Snap deal customer services is based on lies and false promises. I bought an apple I pod 5 from one of its marketplace sellers. The order turned after an week. on receiving it I discovered the item to be physically damaged. Consequently, I raised a complaint but till date(21 February 2014) all I encountered is false promises, negligence, sarcasms of the incompetent, robotic and damned customer assistance. * They cultivate the most worst English with only few noted lines to utter. ** All false promises. ***disrespectful agents who are lacking in manners and efficiency. As my problem has been addressed yet I've raised a complaint on consumer forum. At the same time, I've requested all my acquaintances about it only to ensure that they never shop on "this" website. I won't let my money go waste as One of uncle luckily happens to be a very reputed consumer lawyer associated with NACA, National Association of Consumer Advocates. It is he who advised me to raise a complain on consumer forum. Would take time to extract the verdict, if my issue is not properly addressed within 24 address. But once the verdict is announced it would come with a huge amount of compensation for the time and effort I have spent on it.

I bought a Philips Go Gear mp3 player(blue) 4gb from snapdeal. The seller was Girish Electronics Delhi(FRAUD SELLER). My product was faultily packed from the start to the end..ominous of what was to come, A single layer of bubble wrap only. I opened it, to find no warranty card inside(The box was taped)the product did not have any plastic seal neither did its headphones, which were also in bad shape uncoiled & tangled. The sleek black player revealed many fine scratches on its exterior on both sides. Tried to switch it on, it did not budge.Thats when i realised i was cheated. This product was already opened & used. On top of that a quick start guide enclosed with this product revealed someone had actually written in ball point pen, the word "recordings" in italics. What a shitty attitude from Snapdeal..they sent me a defective Philips mp3 player weeks back & now refuse to even replace it or even call me back! Seriously ppl !! dont buy from them..they r such big FRAUDS! All their reps have some serious attitude problems on top of it all. Dnt shop here ppl..shop from other reputed websites lik eb** , Fli***kart, Amaz** ,etc..Never make a mistake like i did to trust such ppl with their fraudulent schemes like "TRUST PAY ", as advertised on their crap website.

Hello, I ordered hp pavilion nx007ax laptop from snapdeal.com worth Rs. 42287/- on 31/1/2014 vide order number 1652467670 using Cash on Delivery. Laptop was delivered damaged by ecom express and a reverse pickup was initiated on 4th Feb 2014. Laptop was delivered to snapdeal's Okhla warehouse on 7th Feb 2014 (ECOM AWB# 101913308). It's 20th today and still I have not received any communication regarding replacement or refund for the product. On writing repeated emails and calling their paid customer care service number I am only getting fake promises and till day nothing has happen. I am without laptop from last 20 days and lost more than Rs. 20000/- in addition; as I work from my home. How can I sue them for their 'Unethical and casual' behaviour? A note for readers, discourage yourself buying from Snapdeal (Don't go after lucrative deals they offer; first they will take so much time to ship your order, then product will be delivered to you damage and even after writing emails and phone you will never get a satisfactory reply!) Really pissed off!

I ordered a washing machine and I want to share my shopping experience with snapdeal. 1. Product they delivered was looking like a display piece with so many scratches 2. Product I received was unpacked and no packing material was used inside the carton. also carton was opened from the top. 3. When I raised a request for returning this product, SnapDeal was not arranging the return pickup. 4. I talk with courier company from which this washing machine was shipped, they were ready to send it back to snapdeal, only they want one email from snapdeal, but snapdeal was not sending the email to them. 5. For arranging return pick-up SnapDeal took around 25 days when I called almost everyday to customer care. 6. I got the same answer 15-20 times from Customer care executive that sir I am forwarding your request to our concern department and we will get back to you within 24 hours. but no response till now 7. I dropped many emails but no response.. i'll will suggest please don't buy anything from this site..

Hi, I bought this product on 17-Feb from Snap deal. Issue no 1. Discount coupon mentioned 30 % discount whereas i got 25 %. Issue no 2. I have called their customer support 8 times since 17-feb but I get same response that query has been logged but for past 48 hours there is no action taken. Issue no 3. When i requested call center executive to transfer this call to his/her manager, call is transferred to supervisor and i get same response as its been worked out. No resolution till 18-Feb 8:00 PM Issue no 4. I get a mail from snap deal that my order has been delayed and it will ship in 3 days. Issue no 5. I called up call center again and i am informed that dealer is out of stock, when i asked why was same not updated while buying, i get reply that website had a problem. Issue no 6. When i again ask for an escalation to a manager, i get a response nothing can be done more and it will take 48 hours to resolve this issue. I had purchased something online for very first time, its huge grievance to have this experience with Snap deal

Hi All, I have bought a fast track watch and one more item from snapdeal, by mistake the pin code entered was wrong but the entire address was correct so these guys didn't even call for the confirmation and direct delivered the product to a diffrent city, now when i am following up with them to update the address and deliver it on right address , they are not even giving me any exact response time, it has already been 10 days when i couldn't collect my order now when i am asking to refund my money back they are saying it can't be done as the order has already dispatched for delivery so ultimately, i am trapped and screwed up by them. I just want to get my money back but these guys are not giving any response neither any confirmation on my email. Please help me guys

Order#1690661727 I Informed the customer service on Feb 13, 2014 that the package I received was damaged and I want a replacement of that, I was told by the representative that I will be getting an update email within 24hrs. I waited for 2 Days and again called on Feb 16, 2014 I informed the same issue now they are asking me to send the images so that they can process my request, I asked for the supervisor, he told me that the supervisor is not available and he will arrange a call back within 24 hrs. I again called on the same day after 2 hrs and what a coincidence still the supervisor was not available. I called again on Feb 17, 2014 and I was told that I will be getting a call back by today only when I asked for the supervisor, he was again not available. So MY QUESTION IS THAT WHY DO YOU HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE IF THEY DONT KNOW THE MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WHY YOU ALWEAYS TRY TO HIDE YOUR SUPERVISIORS/MANAGERS OR IF YOU DONT HAVE ONE THEN LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW THAT YOU DONT HAVE ANY MANAGER. YOUR CUSTOMER IS NOT GOING TO FRY AND THEN EAT HIM. KNOWING YOUR PATHETIC, USELESS AND SCREWED CUSTOMER SERVICE I CAN IMAGINE HOW PATHETIC YOUR HIGHER MANAGEMENT WILL BE. I HAD HIGHER MANAGEMENT BECAUSE AFTER A 5 DAY EXPERIENCE I AM SURE THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE LOWER OR MIDDLE MANAGEMENT. In short: Useless site.. brainless zombie customer care dept.. impotent ceo.. I ordered a phone on 6th Feb and was told that it will be shipped by 8th Feb. On 8th, i got a message that it will be shipped by 11th. I called customer care dept on 11th and he said that my item was packed and sealed and ready for shipment.Late on 11th night i got a message that the item will be shipped by 14th.I made several calls to customer care dept in between but was every time told that it will be shipped by 14th.No other information was ever given.On 14th till around 5 pm they kept on telling me that the item will be shipped.I knew that there wont be any shipment made and they were simply trying to avoid my query.Finally i opted to cancel my order after going through 8 days of torture. Now the customer care dept says that they cannot cancel the order as the invoice has been generated. As per the policy mentioned on the website, i can always cancel my order if the shipment is not done still snapdeal refuses to cancel citing some illogical reasons. So far i have made at least 25 phone calls to snapdeal customer care. Have sent several mails to the customer care dept but they havnt replied back to anything. I have sent 5 mails to personal email ids of Kunal and Rohit requesting them to please look into the issue but they too havnt replied back. The best solution so far from the customer care dept "Sir, we cannot cancel your order. The only way to refund your amount is that when the mobile is delivered, you refuse the item and we will deliver the amount after 7 days". I asked "Oh is it? Are you really planning to deliver the item. So far it has not been even shipped. When do you plan to ship or deliver it. next year?". Customer care dept "That we cannot say sir.. but surely it will be shipped in some days"... Ha Ha Ha...

Biggest mistake of mine ws trying out snapdeal thou m a regular buyer @ Flipkart & ebay. Had ordered a induction cooktop last month & wot i had receivd ws wit a big crack 4m 1 diagonal end to d other. Wonder if it wsn't noticed by them b4 dispatching d product. And aftr complaining abt it i got a replacement, dis time no crack (Ws happy 2c dat) but wen i pluggd it, it never worked. Kept trying 4m 1 socket 2other, but all in vain. I believe it cant b jst a co-incidence. Dey r actually tryin 2sell me either a used or company rejected product. Evn d customer care service is a disaster. Only thing those executives r thought is 2cover up d shit left behind by snapdeal sellers. So d bottom line is NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM DIS TRAPDEAL.

I had a very satisfying experience with the FLIPKART, but I wanted to try out SNAPDEAL. To my biggest suprise, my experience with the snapdeal with all 04 purchase have been disater. They never stick to the commitment for delivery and their customer service always tends to do the patch work and that too giving the mis-leading information. MY SINCEARE ADVICE NOT TO GOT WITH SNAPDEAL EVEN IF THEY OFFER SOME DISCOUNT AS THE WAIT TIME THAT THEY MAKE CUSTOMER TO BEAR IS NOT WORTH.

I ordered for a Panasonic T31 mobile from Snap Deal and it was a gift for my friend�s Birthday. I made the full payment and the product was not dispatched even after 3 days from the original date of dispatch. I�m very disappointed with Snap deal and the Seller (VSERVE ONLINE ). You will regret whatever you buy on this website. They sent me a faulty phone, It took a lot of hassle and more than one month to get it returned and refunded. Initially, I thought it was a one-off experience. So I ordered my replacement phone from them again. Unfortunately, their customer service is very poor and they literally harass you. They do not want to understand your problems and their customer service people are like puppets. They dont have a brain of their own to help you or make decisions. They will repeat the same line which they have been taught. A very bad attitude. I wish I could warn everyone going to this site, especially because there are so many alternative websites like flipkart, amazon, ebay, etc.

Not a very good website to buy from. Bought 2 radiators from them for around 5000. One was good and one came rusted and broken. After repeated calls to return the product they never picked it up. First they asked me if I can keep the product and they will return 500, but I said no to it. Customer service standard reply was we have aproved yo...ur request and somebody will come and pick it up soon. It has been months since they first approved the return. They keep on saying it is the fault of courier company that they are not picking it up. I have given up on them but want to warn other users to not buy expensive stuff from this website. They are not responsible. I will not shop expensive stuff from this website. New to India so not sure if there is any authority where I can complain.

I ordered for a Micromax Turbo A250 and paid by card on 30th Jan. I duly received the tracking number and the order was shipped by bluedart. On 3rd Feb the order showed as delivered but it was not delivered to my home. I called Snapdeal immediately and got the response that they will look into this. Since 3rd feb I have been calling snapdeal and bluedart regarding the order but the only assurance I get is -'''mam we have raised your complain with the concerned team and they will get back to you.' Bluedart has confirmed that they delivered the order to a wrong address but snapdeal is still not ready to help. Not just the customer service team, I have also sent emails to the owner MR KUNAL BEHL but no response from him as well. I have posted on twitter and facebook as well but Snapdeal is not interested in doing anything. After waiting for this get resolved- I am filing a CONSUMER COMPLAINT against them. If anybody else is also interested in doing so, please let me know. NEVER IN MY LIFE WOULD I SHOP FROM SNAPDEAL OR RECOMMEND IT TO SOMEBODY

I had purchased one Trust Tri wrap paper dispenser from Snap deal.It was delivered to me on 05 02 2014 in a broken condition The plastic was of highly inferior quality,which got broken during transit.I told company to replace it or refund my money but every day they send me sms for sending images ,inspite of the fact i have already mailed images to them.How many days they take to process the complaint God only knows.My advice to all Never buy any thing online because first thing you 'don't get to see product quality,most of them cheap chinese stuff.Secondly the harassment caused to you by making frequent calls to them for which you are wait listed for minimum 5 min and then getting refund/replacement.

I purchase a tablet BSNL penta model: IS701C before 1.5 month. After 3 or 4 weeks of purchasing its not turning on. They claimed that there will be 4gb internal memory but from starting it was showing that "sd card dis damaged,please format it" whenever i use my dongle in it. It got hanged several times. It has manufacturer warrenty for 1 year. I have registered a complaint in Akosha.But i didn't get any response fron there too.Now what should i do? Is there any way to repair my product without the help of consumer court?

Below is my email which i've been sending Snapdeal and there's no response yet. In the very next 5 minutes of receiving the order i filed d complaint of FAKE/Counterfeit of the product. Moreover the product is DEFECTIVE as well. Still they don't have enough decency to reply back once. Sir, I received my order of Klipsch S4 Headphones yesterday in evening on an order no. 1663011856. Being a certified DJ from India's one of the most renowned music academy and throughout my career I've never ever seen such a FAKE/Counterfeit product of a renowned international brand name. The product I've received is purely a counterfeit of the original and that too also defective. Detailing most of the FAKE symptoms: 1. The box had a lamination on it which undoubtedly and definitely is a local and cheap lamination as compared to the original KLIPSCH headphones which come without any lamination. 2. The graphics on the box are solely fake and tailored just so as to look-alike the original. 3. There's a small white price tag pasted on the reverse that shows the price of the product as ₹1990. So, at this point only I've been assaulted with a FAKE product at a higher price. 4. The box is of tenderly low eminence and thoroughly different from the original one. 5. I also noticed that Klipsch logo on the side of the ear-buds were entirely bulging out and all set to be worn off. 6. The case is a taller and shinier on the FAKE tin box whereas it is not so as in case of original. 7. The "V" shape underside the Klipsch logo overlaps the "K" on these which is NEVER in case of the original Klipsch casing. 8. The "V" shape on the actual ear-bud itself is larger and so counterfeiting the original. After finding all the above symptoms I was very sure that these are counterfeits. Still just to give them a chance I took out the earphones and plugged to my iPhone. The left side of the earphones is working whereas the other is NOT. The sound is the biggest give away. The bass is muddy and somewhat overpowering. Mids/highs are extremely unclear which certainly is never as the case in genuine Klipsch. Now coming to the most important and evident instance of false item. I scanned the BAR-CODE (doesn’t match) behind the box and it doesn’t show any of the results or associations with Klipsch. I had purchased a motorised treadmill from snapdeal which was received by me on 3rd jan.2014. When the product was unpacked it was damaged, which I had informed to snapdeal customer support immediately ; for which they had asked me to email the snapshots of the damaged product. I did the same. A reply mail was sent to me assuring that the customer support would contact me in 48 hours. But nobody respond me properly. This process is still continuing between us and i am waiting for reverse pickup for this damaged product. So many times i have contacted to their technical department and floor manager Mr. Manoj but these guys always having some excuse. Then finally I mailed to snapdeal owner "KUNAL BAHL & ROHIT BANSAL" complaining against this. They are also not worried about their customers. i.e owner is not caring us so what we can expect from their customer care. Don't know when this problem will resolve? But its clear that Snapdeal is worst site to purchase any product.....

1.I ordered my Gate books from snapdeal sadly the conditions of the books where bad. It was dirty with mud stains and folded cover page. 2. I ordered a samsung smart phone from snapdeal and opted for Cash on delivery (COD) but sadly because of their every changing price tag my order was cancelled. 3. I ignored all these days the experience i had with snapdeal but not any more this time i ordered for a "HP Pavilion 15-e026AX Laptop" I placed the order on 1st Feb 2014 and the price was Rs35888, the promised date of delivery was 4th Feb but received a SMS that there has been an unavoidable circumstance and my order will be delivered on 7th Feb which i got after writing an email to snapdeal. I called them and they told that its 7 day return policy and after that the seller Since then I am struggling with them just for Disney Contact so that I could return the watch, I called 10 times, mailed at help snapdeal more than 20 times, they don't bother to response, please provide some escalation point. Hi, I had order Roti maker from Snapdeal and received the product 25th January. when I opened the product it was broken and was unusable. Product CD was also broken in multiple pieces...I immediately contacted customer care and they asked me to share the images of the damaged product. so i sent them snaps within an hour. after that..no one from snapdeal contacted me and taken the product back. I had ordered another product from Amazon India and they delivery the product on same time i ordered on Snapdeal . also the product was received from Amazon India was in good condition but the experience I got from Snapdeal is worst. I had bought a laptop Samsung NP350V5X-S01 (Order ID - 1613083159) and paid cash on delivery. There is no display in the screen of laptop. i have complained (ticket number 4828673) and asked for replacement, 48 hours have passed and they have not yet contacted me. it seems to me as if they are intentionally delaying the process so as to cross the trustpay 7 day easy return/replacement policy time limit. it looks like they are planning to cheat on me. I request everyone to at least think ten times before buying any thing on snapdeal as it seems that the trustpay guarantee is only to fool people.

Delivery date of my product was 22nd Jan 2014, and later on it was re-scheduled to 27th Jan 2014. After speaking with the customer care at snapdeal, I didn't find any solution for early delivery. I provided the option to either deliver it within two days or refund my whole amount, Team Leader from customer care named "Saurabh" directly cancelled my order and didn't promise to deliver the product in time which I asked to do. This is the worst online shopping option. I will never even think about visiting snapdeal website, forget about shopping from there. I wanted a laptop for my business purpose on urgent basis, but due to these idiots, I has been delayed for another week.. :(

Dear All reader, I ordered Cosmos Ninja Tricycle (request #4600271) (Rs. 1218 /-) from snapdeal on 30.12.2013, I received the mail from Snapdeal team on 30.12.2013 for delivery . there is no issue of delay for shipping of the product. but I received the damaged products (problem with wheel ) with different company log for which I written a complaint to snap deal team on the same date when the product delivered (04/01/2014) but till today 13/01/2014 I didn't received any reply or call from them as they told me to revert back within 48 hours. I also sent them a photo of the product on the same day when I received the products. I sent the continous reminder 4-5 times . Also calling and following them through mail but every time snap deal customer care was noting my complaint and telling me that you will receive the call within 48 hours. till today there is no follow-up for the pick up of item. i want the refund of same (as it is saying no question for 7 days ). I ordered Panasonic Lumiz LZ20 Camera (Rs. 8040/-) from snapdeal on 17.10.2013, I received the mail from Snapdeal team on 18.10.2013 that we have shipped your products and it will be delivered to you on or before 21.11.2013 but I received the product on 23.10.2013 I received the damaged products (Battery Re-charger) for which I write a complaint to snap deal team on the same date when the product delivered to me but till 25.10.2013 I didn't received any reply or call from them as they told me to revert back within 48 hours. I also sent them a photo of the product on the same day when I received the products. I also call them and they told me to again send the photo which I already forwarded them. I was continuously calling them and following them through mail but every time snap deal customer care was noting my complaint and telling me that you will receive the call within 48 hours but I had to wait till 02.11.2013 They arranged for the reverse pick up on 05.11.2013 and as per the tracking report the product has delivered to them on 13.11.2013 but they told me that we didn't received the product in our office Till today I didn't received any kind of cancellation confirmation and not any updates on the return of the damage battery re-charger. I bought this TV from Snapdeal. It was delivered in just 3 days(Delhi)-excellent. But here comes the dark side of this story-it was dead on arrival-not working. I called the snapdeal CC, they registered my complaint and promised to call me back in 24-48 hrs-which is ridiculous-what it takes 2 days to call a poor harrased customer. Nobody called me from SD, I was doing all the hard work. I didn't receive any follow-up call from Snapdeal-they sent me an email saying that i need to call brand customer care Toshiba. I called Toshiba CC at about 1000 hrs and in couple of hour they sent their Service engineer to see my problem, the engineer said that this tv is dead but don't worry since you tv is has 3 year warranty we'll change your tv in 4-5 days for free of cost and guess what i got my tv today. I don't care what people say Toshiba is the Best. Snapdeal needs to improve their CC service. I am happy with Snapdeal, they were ok but not good. I feel like cheated..from Snapdeal part.

I bought a Nokia Lumia from Snapdeal on Jan-2014. Snapdeal lured me with a cheapest offer price and big promises of timely delivery and "Trust Pay" policy. Little did I realize that these are all lies and what was about to happen. Here are the sequence of events: 1) The product apparently got dispatched within the promised time and I was informed via SMS (so far so good) 2) It was sent via an unknown courier company ecomexpress. I noticed the product in transit for some days and wondered how long does it really take to ship a product within India. I called ecomexpress a delhi based number. Then the fun started! 3) EcomExpress IVR number rang and rang and rang. No-one picked up the call. Even after repeated attempts could not even get through to them 4) It was Saturday and I contacted snapdeal and they responded they will look into it. I asked if they delivered on Sunday as i had plans to go out and they said no they do not deliver on Sun and I should expect delivery on Monday (the committed delivery date) 5) On Monday, product was still in transit. Contacted them again and was told that they tried to deliver the product on Sunday and found the house closed. Checked with Security of my apt..no one had come from snapdeal nor left any kind of note!!! 6) A few days later after repeated follow ups status was updated "Delivered:"... and no one had even made a call for delivery!! Checked with Security again and they said again that no one had come let alone deliver anything. 7) Calls to call centre yielded no result. Calls were answered by ill mannered, unprofessional people who didn't care a damn about your product and you. There is no escalation mechanism so you are at their mercy once you order the product. It is Friday and I am still waiting for Snapdeal to grant me the favour of delivering the product that I had paid for and had gone through so much trouble to get. You can decide for yourself if you want to shop here...

WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERY

I had ordered BSNL PENTA WS802C DC, vide Order ref no.1583228036 for COD of Rs. 7490/-. The order confirmation also specified the model number correctly as above. However, the model actually delivered vide Blue Dart Airway Bill no. 59198087071, was BSNL PENTA WS802C (NOT DC), which is a LOWER version of the said product. Therefore, I have been cheated by delivery of a inferior product for a higher price, because the version actually delivered to me was available from infibeam.com at Rs.6,589/- and other websites such as flipkart, naaptol, amazon, shopclues,etc at the same time. Hence, It is evident that the SNAPDEAL.COM is NOT RELIABLE AND NOT TRUST-WORTHY. Therefore, buyers shall NEVER attempt to buy any product from SNAPDEAL and shall instead consider other options.

I have order Nokia Lumia 720 on 26-dec-2012 my order number is 1547153845 at the time of ordering a product they shows the shipping date is before 31-Dec-2013 but still on 9-Jan 2013, they didn't shipped the product yet and after the number of calls Customer care guys saying we don't know when the product is shipped.

I placed a order for lint remover along with charger vide order no. 1569181404O dt. 03.01.2014. The charger was supplied with the lint remover. Against my complaint I was offer Rs. 50 through SD points which can only be adjusted in my next purchase in case I make otherwise I can not get the money. My request to pick up the lint remover and refund my money has not been responded. Snapdeal arbitrarily credited 50 SD points to my account which I will now never use. The co. has cheated me by charging for lint remover and charger and supplying only lint remover.

I donot normally review products online.I have been buying products online for quite some time now and i have had very good experiences with flipkart and it remains my trusted online shopping partner.My advice about snapdeal is simply this."JUST DONT GO FOR IT".My experience with snapdeal has been so bad that i would nevr dream of buying anything from them again cons 1.delay in delivery due to wrong address given by the website people 2.very bad customer support i still havent recieved the mp3 player i ordered a week earlier and the customer care ppl keep assuring me i would receive the product that day n it nevr came. i have deliberatly left the star rating part cz i give 0 stars to snapdeal.

I bought a handbag a week before from snap deal when i viewing the handbag was of normal handbag size which we can use regularly ,but once delivered it was not the handbag. It was like the size of wallet we use. How they cheat like this. If it is a wallet they should-not put photos like handbags. I think they don't know meaning of handbags.. very nice cheating i ever had in my life.

Hi Purchased 2 corded telephone from snapdeal in 1st week of December but i received both the products damaged and I initiated the return of product on the same day I received delivery but after 15 days return of product happen and still after return from more then 10 day I am waiting for my money back or correct product to receive..... My order number is :1501774537 And Return pickup id is : 128610296590 And when call customer care they all are donkey sitting to take your call. I Must say NEVER BUY PRODUCT FROM SNAPDEAL. I think Snapdeal team is just doing Ctrl C + V to resolve all issues listed here. My issue still persist for a month now and last week I got a confirmation from customer care that SD cash will be given to you for my below issue. All misleading communication and fake commitments by snapdeal. Not sure how much time their team will take now. I ordered Kent grand plus(+) (order no- 1496790788) and Snapdeal delivered Kent grand. Not sure what tracking mechanism they use, I have invoice of Kent Grand plus(+). I raised this issue long back (complain number- 4404255) but till date I don't have any confirmation. All the time customer care is sending me a mail that your number is not reachable. Most unreliable statement. I think the team chose easiest way to delay and escape from the issue. Snapdeal can be a good choice to buy product of 500- 800 RS where risk is low but above that don't even think of it. I don't want to replace the product. I requested the difference of price to be credited back in my account but when I call customer care I am listening from them that your request is forwarded to the concern team and we don't have any timeline for the resolution. Its 3 weeks now and end of the whole episode I am feeling cheated.

For more than a month I have been calling snapdeal .. This skullkandy headset. I got a faulty product and i just returned it .. Then it took almost 3 weeks to get the courier refund. For the same i had gone to the courier centre for receipt , proof of delivery etc. Then I received the same headset stating that it is working perfectly. I dont knw what kind of machine has performed a test since one of the head hardly produces any sound. I have lost my money time and everything on this. And I am still getting this reply 'We will update a complaint and we surely get back to you in 48 hours' Previously I have purchased a Macoro Notable Black Slip-on Shoes Delivered Rs 862 Transcend MicroSD Card 8GB Class 4 Nokia Lumia 720 Delivered Delivered Rs 16329 Transcend 8 gb pendrive worth 400 Lumia 520 cyan 8000 ITB hard disk and more In total i have purchased things about 30000 or more and now i am getting response like this for a product worth 500 Money spend onthis order is almost Product 483 Courier 180 (Refunded to sd cash which i am not going to use) 30 40 times called customer care Rs 200 I had spent almost 800 rs on this order I must get that money or i am going to other ways of getting it.. I've ordered two "Sesa Anti Dandruff Shampoo 180 ml" on 23rd Dec. 2013, according to the order status in Sanpdeal.com it should be delivered on/before 27th Dec. 2013. But I did not get the product on time. Then when I email to their support team regarding the product delivery, they replied me "we can't say the deliver time or date". On 30th dec. 2013 when I check my product deliver status, it shows me on bluedart.com "Delivery Attempted-Consignee Premises Closed. Contact Customer Service". And I want to make sure snapdeal that no-one come to my address or contact me regarding dliver. Friends suggest you NOT to buy from Snapdeal. Fake Promise by Snapdeal.com.

i have ordered a titan raga watch worth rs9,500. they deliver the watch in a plastic box. that too damaged box. cant imagine so grand watch to be delivered in such a cheap box. moreover i paid online so courier guy handed over parcel to the maid of my PG. when i called customer care regarding this query, "they were like watch is product not the box" (never got such kind of reply from a customer care- for a customer box is also a product for their kind information). they asked me to click and send images. they cant trust hat the customer is saying. i refused to do so. they didn't process my complaint and forced me to send the pic. they took 5 days to lodge my complaint. when i asked them to return the product, they said they ill see and approve and if they feel it is good to return they will do else no. after this horrible experience, never ever logged in to snapdeal website. and i will suggest you to do the same.

Don't buy on Snapdeal. Save yourself from agony!

I have had no issues buying low-price products on snapdeal before. That’s the reason I went for a slightly expensive purchase in this instance. I will have to curse my stars for that decision. It was really horrifying experiences that followed. I had placed an order for a 32 inches LED TV on 5th December 2013. I wanted this before Christmas and believed in their’shipped in 3 business days’ offer. The offer stood as an offer not honoured. After several delays and follow-ups the product was finally delivered on 17th December. When I unpacked the product I got the biggest shock. It was not the product I had ordered for. I was given a much cheaper TV with lower features and specs. I wonder when they’make’ a mistake why don’t they make a perfect one by supplying a superior product to the one I had ordered for. I called the customer care immediately and asked for a reverse pick up and 100% refund as I had already lost faith in Snapdeal. I didn’t want to go through such horrendous experience again. The customer service person told me a complaint has been registered and it will be resolved within 48 hours. After two days they asked me to send the pictures of the wrong product. I did that immediately. And that’s the last and only action from Snapdeal in the last 10 days. I have called the customer service more than a dozen times(NOT toll-free) to enquire about the status since raising the complaint. All I get is a one line reply from the customer care people - "we have escalated your request on priority - wait for 2 days". I really doubt what they mean by escalation. I have been waiting all these days with absolutely no action taken from Snapdeal’s side. I have started feeling whether the product that I didn’t order for will be taken back and the money refunded. The customer service by Snapdeal is so unreliable and only make promises that they don’t deliver. I could have saved myself from this sticky situation if I had done a bit of research on snapdeal before I ordered the product. Social media is flooding with complaints about pathetic service by Snapdeal. Do go through MouthShut, Twitter and Facebook(Snapdeal Facebook page, twitter handle’snapdeal_help’) and you will realise it. Don’t be lured by the offers and low-prices on Snapdeal. They will only deliver sub-standard products and services. They don’t live up to any promises made on their website. It’s all fake - don’t get cheated. Snapdeal will take you for a ride with your hard-earned money. Please stay away from the seller’Technix Electronics’/’Tech Traders’. They are the biggest frauds out there. If you want to save your money and a want a peaceful shopping experience, please stay away from Snapdeal.

Pathetic worst support (Nightmare for replacement)

Pathetic support from Snapdeal. I had raised a request for replacement of product with new size and it has been about a month replacement is still pending. First they reverse pick up and send the same product without changing the size, on the next complaint they had raised the reverse pick up of some different product. I had earlier placed a order (1468411421) containing two item, later I found that size of 1 product( shirt ) is not proper, so I raised a complaint(4183941) for replacement, later snapdeal arranged the reverse pick up and replaced the product, but on opening new parcel I found that the product is same( of same size) which i had returned,later on I raised a fresh complaint(4396580) for the same product again, but this time it worst , they raised the complaint for some different product and arranged the reverse pick up for some other product, Its about a month since ordering the product and making paymnet , but I am still not able to use the product In other Scenario I placed another order (1461899649 ) containing two item, later I found that size of 1 product( shirt ) is not proper, so I raised a complaint(4252436) for replacement, but till date no reverse pick up has been arranged, and the worst part is that in mean time they had arranged reverse pick up for different complaint (having product of same company and vendor)

Ordered a speaker. Last week was ETA for deliver. This week i call, they tell, they will do it ASAP. Call again , they tell will deliver ASAP. They are telling its not their problem as the courier are not delivering it. Every time i call , they tell they are working on it. What is the update ? They say you are not the only customer , they are working on it. Any progress ? ; we are working on it. Did you find the issue ? its courier problem. It happens like this. Any concrete progress on when will it be delivered ? as soon as possible. After this I ordered another product from amazon and its already working at my home. If ever i have to provide an example for WORST service provider , Snapdeal.com is the WINNER by miles.

I purchased a mobile, the order delivered as mentioned. The mobile is the gift to my uncle, who is a senior person. After using it for around 15 day he felt something is not correct and went to the nearest Nokia showroom and the the showroom guy said the phone screen and battery needs a replacement( the product is even not 1 month old). Then he enquired about the product replacement instead of replacing the major parts in a new mobile. Service center guy advised us to contact dealer( snapdeal). Uncle informed me and I called snap deal, they are not even interested to hear the problem and keep on saying , snapdeal will allow 7 days return and not allowed me to tell my concern. He simply said go for parts replacement. I have already purchased with flip and ebay and this is the 1st time in snapdeal, won't turn back hereafter and I won't recommend to anybody too. This site is selling the damaged products and cheating the customers. Please refrain from this fraud line shopping site. Snapdeal please you first trust your customer, nobody will come back and waste their time if the product is perfect. 100% I won't recomend this site for shopping and won't buy anything even though if it is offered as free from snapdeal. Worst after sales support, once money is transferred you forgot the money even though if you received the faulty product.

Dear Balaram, I agree on your comments I faced the same issue...I ordered one Spice MI-496 on 5th Dec. 2013 and when I opened the box & inserted SIM the phone was defective when I escalaetd the issue to Snapdeal team they asked me to show the phone to service center. After checking the phone with service center they issued me DOA letter and sealted the Mobile.. The snapdeal reverse logistics picked my phone on 12th Dec. and till today No one is replying on my mail when can I get the refund....Snapdeal is big cheater selling defective material and giving lot of tension to the customers. Don't purchase any Mobile or electronic Item from Snapdeal you will also face the same way we are facing...... This is a big Fraud company.....Cheating by showing low price but actually the products are defective......Think 100 times before placing order on snapdeal.......

I bought Samsung Smart TV from snapdeal on 9th Dec and it was delivered on 19th Dec (order ID1490341200). Today the service engineer from Samsung came for installing tv and found the LED display is defective and displaying lot of blue dots in the middle of the screen when the TV is on. He informed me to change the tv with another piece since LED panel is completely defective. I raised the ticket with snapdeal and they are asking to wait sometime. But they are not saying how long I have to wait. Snapdeal is not trust worthy to buy costly things and they are not bothering about the customers. Quality of the product is not verified before delivery, Customer care is utter waste and they keep on saying the same thing again and again instead of listening to the customer. Courier service is pathetic and for delivery of product it is taking 10 days from the date of order. But in the website they advertise within 3 business days.

One of the worst site in customer satisfaction. I ordered a product from your site. I waited for 2 weeks for it to get delivered, but there was no update on it. When i called the customer care, your representative told that the item is out of stock, while it was still showing available in the website. If the item is out of stock please update it in your website. And your customer care representative was more that happy to cancel the order instead of giving me a alternative choice. He agreed to cancel the order as if he was waiting for this. Anyways I am highly disappointed and I will make sure I or any one from my contact never buys a product from your website. Cheating people by selling the faulty products

Hey all ....Please be aware about Snapdeal ..As from my personal experiance what this company does is finding the vendors who have the faulty product which they can't sell directly to the customers. They are paying huge profit to Snapdeal by giving lot of discount and clearing there rejections...This way we are always getting best prices on Snapdeal...Problem starts when the material is delivered and money is collected from you...After that when you actually open the prodcut & find it is faulty. Once you call the customer care they will every time give you reason but you will never get the resolution. Because this is their game plan how to make people fool by cheting them and I don't know how to get the refund...From last 15days I am not getting any reply from them.....Only reasons we have not received the material back...Even it is picked up by their reverse logistics.... Reverse logists that is also one of the big cheater(Delhivery) they have given the conatct number on ite but you can't reach them....Improve your service otherwise every day you will get this type of feedback...

Selling faulty products

I ordered Spice MI-496 from Snapdea Order No:-1483365558 l on 5th Dec. 2013 and product was delivered to me on 8th Dec. 2013 from the same day the prodcut was faulty. I called the customer care and they asked me to visit the Spice Center and get it checked....So for this I wasted my one day..On Tuesday 10th Dec. I visited the Spice service center and they issued me a DOA letter & sealed the Mobile. Snapdeal is just selling the faulty products which are rejected from the market. On 12th Dec. Snapdeal reverse logistics collected the mobile from my home and till today everytime I call customer care they say we have not received the Mobile. I am from Delhi NCR and to deliver the product in the same location can't take more than 2 days...You should improve your service & make customer happing not cheating them & losing the customer... now a days there is a huge ecommerce sites in india and if you treat your customer like this no one will visit your site next time..

Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased transcend 32GB memory card .My order ref no 1313141904 dated 08th oct 2013. Currently it is not working. I checked with the transcend service center in chennai "SUPERTRON ELECTRONICS". They are advising that the product is not unique. Product is duplicate like that they are telling.. In that top of the product 10 digit serial number is missing so we cant replace the item like that we got a message from Transcend Service centre. Snapdeal Team, Hat's off to you, the type of worst services you provide I am amazed and will try my best to pass the same message across as much as I can. I am based out of US currently and placed this order assuming that everything will go smooth as snapdeal is not a new name in the market but the type of services and customer support which I received felt that this is the same type of a local website which doesn't believe in customer satisfaction and just believe in cheating people. I placed Order ID - 1490072394 and Item Bunch of 12 Mix roses from seller Sofia Raj which states on your website that it will come with 12 roses, 1.5 kg chocolate cake, 1 small teddy and free friendship band. I ordered this for my friend well in advance and was waiting it to be delivered on her birthday as a surprise. I called Sofia Raj at the time of delivery and they said sir it is delivered on time. I called up my friend to check and she said nothing has been delivered. Then I called up Sofia Raj again and they said no sir it is delivered and we have proof of delivery, I asked them to provide required details to whom it was delivered for which they said it can be provided only in the morning. With this whole idea of surprise went for a toss. After this later in the night, someone came and delivered her a set of roses that too looked like re-packed. I called up snapdeal customer care and registered a complaint and after numerous follow ups for last 5 days you know what snapdeal offered 150 SD cash, isn't it so good. 150 SD cash for so much pain, I am amazed. I recently bought a IROCK PORTABLE speaker from snap deal. tHe product was pathetic and off very low sound quality. When i requested snapdeal for a refund , they refused. Its an humble request to all that do not buy and electronics, speakers, mobile as they donot replace it . even if the product is off inferior quality. there reviews and images are all misleading.

do not buy from snap deal

I HAD PLACED AN ORDER FOR PHILIPS SOUND BAR ON 28 NOV 2013.I RECIVED ONLY WOFFER ON 6 DEC 2013,I MADE FULL PAYEMENT BUT TILL DATE I HAD NOT RECIVED THE BAR,WHEN EVER I SPOKE TO SNAP DEAL CUSTOMER CARE POOR RESPONCE ORDER NUMBER 1454589916

Sent Product About to Expire: Health Hazard

I had ordered a labrada pro whey protein 3 lbs bottle from snapdeal. My decision was based on the lower price that they were offering compared to the likes of Health Kart from where i had bought earlier. I received the bottle in a week and was about to open when i saw that the product was about to expire in 5 days! A protein pack is supposed to be consumed over a month and a half .. and they sent me something which was going to expire in 5 days!! It could have been a serious health issue. There have been several cases where people have been hospitalized. I was furious, but decided to give them a second chance. I asked them to return and replace the product. My order number was 1344007359 and the date of my order was 19th October 2013. The reverse pick up was scheduled and that was the end of it. I have been struggling till date to get either a product or my money back. Today is the 12th Dec 2013. Almost 2 months and nothing. It's very bad to have a big gap between your loading cycle when you are training hard, but thanks to snapdeal they would ensure that if u don't die from expired products you sure can ruin your health by taking a long gap in between. I call up the customer care everyday and explain the same thing. Each time i hear the same rebuttals ..We apologize for the inconvenience when clearly I feel they are used to saying it by now to every customer. I am writing this review to make people aware of the shady practices. Moral of the story, pay extra on other sites and live to see another day!

Information showing on products is not correct in Snapdeal

Information showing on products is not correct in Snapdeal. I ordered(order 1485475010) a head phone with mic.I sorted with required information. Finally i chosen product. After receiving headphone i come to know it doesn't have mic. I asked for reason but worst response got it from customer care and technical support team. So dont believe snapdeal, don't believe words like "7 days no questions asked easy returns policy" "No Question Asked Policy" "Easy Returns if not satisfied with product quality" "size or delivery 100% MoneyBack if issue not resolved in maximum 30 days" "Not Satisfied with the product received? Use our 100% Moneyback Guarantee ". In "Search" showing with mic but products few are without mic(Philips On the Ear SBCHL140).

Worst customer service

I ordered a wall clock from snapdeal. The product got delivered with 2 days delay than the given time. But the big shock was when i opened the product. The wall clock that i ordered and the one shipped was not the same. They shipped me some ugly one. I called the customer care and asked them to take back the product. They said they will arrange a reverse pickup. More than 10 days has gone, and i am regularly called the customer care, but they give brain less excuse and tell me that they will pickup the product. But till today no one has come to pickup the order. Finally i got the snapdeal courier guys number and spoke to them, they replied me back saying that they will not pickup large parcels (saying a wall clock is a large parcel). But the poor part is, in last 10 days no one has communicated this to me. It is by my self i spoke to the individuals (more than 6) people daily and found out. Now the wrong product is left out with me, and there is no answer on how do i send the product back and get my money. Never pay the money in advance to websites like this, always pay the money on deliver after checking the product. Order Id and purchase date : 1458446993 27 Nov, 2013 no more shopping with snapdeal, they are just good for cheap deals. With services like this they can not make a hit in e-commerce in india. I felt better with flipkart service, they had good standards over snapdeal.
